It took 25 min. For the man ahead of us to exchange a item and my wife and I to get a override on Taco Shels. Three people working that could do this and it took all three of them a trip each from the (back of the store) to fix both problems. 25 min. for just two people to check out.PLEASE fix this problem. I LOVE the store it is VERY well organized clean and employees are all great.I retired from retail management and sad to say this will not work. Most people will not do this more then once unlike me I will try and try again. All because I love the store and I know how retail is.It was 6:45 PM. Attentive staff and decent service. I got some good sale prices on a few, cheaper, snack items. Its still Big R, but with a financial restructuring and name change. Overall, I wasnt impressed.

Its a good place it was closed for some time but, is now back open and doing really well. I think when the time comes I may work there

Staff friendly. Store recently reopened under different name and there is a lot of empty space. They mentioned they have orders and stock coming in. What is there is organized and priced well.

I’ve been pretty disappointed in this place since stock and field took over, used to buy everything but groceries here back when it was big R. If they can bring back a good selection of guns and ammunition, motorcraft batteries, fishing gear, and carhartt clothes I’d gladly continue to shop here.

A wonderful and friendly staff! A little disfunction as with any store starting new! But they are working day and night to figure everything out!!

Stock+Field 2.0 is horrible. Nothing in the garden center. Very high prices. Virtually no organic fertilizers. Its just a higher priced Lowes or Menards with half the inventory. This may be due to backend vendor contracts not in place yet. Only time will tell if it gets better.

We went because we saw the going out of business sign. Everything in the store is 10% off. I saw a sign at the checkout stand that stated they were emptying their warehouse and new items would be added daily. The store seemed to be well stocked. I am not sure how long the sale has been going on.

Same thing, over priced and old merchandise. Look at parking lot and you can tell this place just isnt popular. Should of opened a Rual King instead.

Shelves are empty, but in these times thats prolly not their fault. Ill keep checking back periodically.

I was excited they reopened, but for an outdoors store they are pretty good at towing the liberal line. I will go back when they loose their employees from the ultimatum of mask or jab as their only employment choice. Let people take care of their own health. Want to make a difference? Let people take off from work when they are sick and dont give them grief over it.

Very well equipped store. Employees are friendly and helpful. Zac in sporting goods is very knowledgeable about products in that department.

I asked for help loading 15 bags of salt and didnt receive any help, worker walked by I told him I didnt receive the help I asked for . He said he had three other jobs, all the while there were plenty of workers inside including a manager that must be to good to help an elder ! There is plenty of places that do price matching and will also give senior citizen help .

Store has really went down hill. Hardly any dog food, bird seed, or any farm animal feed in stock. Employees are nice and acknowledge that they never know when they will get anything in. It really was a nice stocked store before they got bought out. Makes me sad to see it go downhill so rapidly.

I was there yesterday 03/18/2021 and I bought a pellet burning grill that was marked 50% off and when I got to the checkout they took another 25% off. They are going out of business and the store is not quite half full anymore an I dont know how long things will last . They still had 13 of the pellet burning grilles left. Reg. price 499.99 I payed 200.00

Nice store found what I was looking for except suets for my woodpeckers. Out of almost all stock of bird feed of any kind. Hopefully it will be stocked back up soon.

I wasnt thrilled with Stock+Field! We went for fishing gear and they had very little gear. Not to mention the girl that checked us out was more worried about the conversation with the other employee standing there. Usually youre asked if you found everything ok, and then at least told thank you or have a nice day. She just grabbed our stuff and rang it up and kept talking the whole time to another employee. Not thrilled about ever needing to go back.

Typically find the products I require and occasionally a sale product I cant pass up. It would, however, be helpful if there was carry out help for senior citizens with heavy objects.

Big R has changed their name but inside it is still the awesome store it always was!I love this place! They have some of just about everything an outdoorsman or someone who works outside for a living could want!Went unto the fishing section today and found a lot of new lures added to our selection.I cant wait to see what it will look like when the do the spring stocking!

The store in general is alright, but the spring water is not. They have raised the price and the bottles misshaped, crooked, I even got a crumpled bottle. Not happy about it.

Went bankrupt then reopened. Good selection but rotten service! One lane open for check out with multiple people waiting to check out but 5 employees. Then they started shutting off the lights to hurry us up! Everyone was already in line (the only one) and they were trying to rush us!?!
