The service was friendly and drinksMade quickly, but when I got my first, pictured below with the label and asked foe a “splash of cream”, there was so much cream i couldn’t even taste the coffee. I rarely ask for a remake but I did because it was so bad. The picture without the label is the remake. I didn’t have time to ask them to do it a third time. Splash of cream doesn’t mean 1/2 the cup. Perhaps this is a training issue but I was disappointed to have spent $6 on a cup of cream and not coffee. What a waste of money.

The coffee is absolutely delicious, the only reason this review isnt at 5 stars is because of the fact that they barely ever have the option to order coffee online anymore and they also dont have some of the ingredients we like a lot. Great coffee, just disappointed in the fact that they dont have all the ingredients we love like oatmilk and online ordering is an option.

The young lady who made my chestnut praline drink was kind, friendly, and had the coffee ready quickly. The Kroger Starbucks site is one where I dont mind splurging on a good cup of coffee.

Typically avoid this location because how rude the older woman is. The younger lady is very nice though. That’s the only reason I’ll give one star.

Cute little Starbucks inside Kroger. They didnt have a line for once so my daughter and I stopped. The kind barista offered to make my drink cream-based since she overheard me debating on a drink to share with my daughter. It was so tasty!

This Starbucks is inside the local Kroger store. Picked up the peppermint mocha which is always delicious and today was no different.

Did not make it correctly. The older woman working looks like she was on drugs and nodding out. She could not keep her head up or eyes open. And my Frappuccino was disgusting . Thankfully the Starbucks on 95 replaced it for me

Its hit or miss with the quality of drinks here. For the price you pay youd like to think youd get something better tasting than hot milk. Theres an older white haired employee that should not be employed. She notoriously makes poor quality drinks and I tried to avoid her this visit but she came back from break. Now I have to finish my drink off when I get home because she forgot the toppings that I asked if she put on and said yea she did when they are clearly not there. Take an extra 5 min drive and go to the other one, I should have.

1/19/2016 @ 12:15 pm. I just left the counter of this Starbucks and Im very disappointed in the way I was treated. I could tell the lady at the register was fairly new because she had to ask questions about how to fix the price because she under charged me. They fixed it, but still under what normally pay. I decided not to ask them to fix it again, Id just give them a bigger tip. Moving on... I simply asked for a coating of caramel in my drink on the inside of my cup. Instead, I got a tiny little drizzle in the cup. I asked again if I could please have a coating in my cup. The lady refused. She said that she was being generous as it was and that they didnt charge me for it. I said I would pay for it. She said that it would be the same thing. She didnt understand what a coating was. I asked her to think of a painted wall. Is there a drizzle of paint or a coating? She didnt know how to answer that. So I walked away and purchased caramel in the Kroger that Starbucks happens to be in and fixed it myself. This lady needs educated in simple terminologies before dealing with future customers. I feel bad for her. And I didnt leave any tip.

Went in after a dentist appointment we go once a month because we live an hour away and worst service ever from Clara! I dont normally complain EVER but for $10.00 for two of the worst COFFEE and SERVICE! VERY DISPOINTED!! WONT GO BACK Clara didnt speak say hello, goodbye, thank you just looked at us like we were bothering her

I have been to numerous Starbucks over the us . This is the worst ever. Slowest most unfriendly person I have experienced from a Starbucks . That’s not even mentioning the latte was not very good and received a grande when I ordered a venti. She was so unfriendly didn’t even bother just left and will never return

By far the worst starbucks I’ve ever been to. Slow service (there was only one worker). I brought in my own cup and straw because I actually care about our environment AND SHE MEASURED OUT THE LIQUID IN A PLASTIC CUP AND THREW IT AWAY. It defeated my whole purpose of bringing my own cup. My boyfriend ordered a drink with almond milk and she used cow milk. He just took it because we already waited 20 minutes for her to make 3 drinks. NEVER AGAIN. Just drive to the other one where they won’t screw up everything and are timely.

It may be a bit expensive but its definitely worth it! They are nice, best coffee ever and food is great!

Well the coffee here is really exceptional and I loved it the only problem I had was my kids had no place to play and there is no kids Neal drinks or food for them to indulge in. The coffee like I said is amazing but it is very overwhelming priced.

I treated the same way I was treated when I was in Mississippi. The Lord have mercy on them. Judge me by the content of my character, not the color of my beautiful black skin.

They have the best-selling drinks & sweet treats. Im addicted to the Black & White Hot Chocolate w/gingerbread syrup,& topped w/choc sprinkles & nutmeg.

Really enjoyed my Carmel frappe and chocolate covered coffee beans. Delicious

I dont get the hype about Starbucks. Those frappuccinos have no flavor and the coffee is weak. They cant stand up against a cup of Maxwell house or the moo latte (frappuccino blended with ice cream) from dairy queen.

Always friendly people and usually a good ban on Saturday night reasonable prices on everything and the the kitchen has good food and reasonable prices
