Mel was AMAZING. After a very long search for the perfect mattress, she had exactly what I needed. Very honest and knowledgeable about their inventory. Went there for a mattress and also left with a gorgeous dining table and chairs!We came from almost an hour away and will definitely be returning!

The experience we had with Comforts of Home Furniture store was amazing. From the minute we walked in the store, fitting us for recliners, to taking materials watches around to help us pick out a sofa, to the awesome delivery team everybody was friendly and helpful. They also had a full Warehouse so we were able to get our furniture delivered in one week. I want to personally thank Mel for making our experience so fantastic. I met Mel about 8 months ago when we stopped on the way back to Noblesville. We loved the outdoor furniture they had but wasn’t ready to buy. I went back in the late fall and spoke to Mel again. She told me the glider I was interested in was on sale! I put it on layaway and picked it up a few weeks ago. I couldn’t be happier with the service, the price and the high quality of the 3 person glider I picked up. 5 stars all the way. Make sure you ask for MEL! She will crack you up.

Looking for quality Polly furniture and was visiting Gas City. Stopped into this furniture store and was greeted. Told lady what we were looking for. She worked with us on style and colors. They ordered furniture and advised it would be 6 weeks. 5 weeks later they called advised furniture ready for pickup. Drove up on Saturday morning. Furniture was as ordered. Staff helped load into are utility trailer. Wife was very happy with service and product. Look forward to doing further business with this company.

Nice furniture, nice staff, owner does not have consideration to peoples lives and changes that happen. Also no compassion for situations out of peoples controls. Also expect to wait 6 months for delivery. Its fine, lesson learned and we will not be return customers.

Service, quality, price, and delivery all went well. Wait for furniture was long at 8-10 weeks but they were upfront about it. Delivery guys were polite and did a great job setting everything up. Very happy. Would return.

Mel sold us two couches and was an absolute blast while doing so. The couches are great! But, lets face it. You can buy the same couches at other businesses. What you dont get at the other places is Mel and the rest of the team we dealt with.The two young ladies at the sales counter were awesome also. We discovered that one of the ladies had a similar paint scheme to ours in her home. She had a couch that was the same color we were purchasing. She showed us a picture of her place so we would know how our couch would look.The delivery guys were great too. They were fast, professional, friendly, and informative.This purchase was an all around great experience. Thanks guys!!!

We were nervous about buying furniture due to a bad experience the last time. We were on the fence about just going to marketplace and calling it a day. We stopped in and was greeted by braden, I believe was his name. He asked if we needed anything then let us walk around with hovering.I am not a person who reviews unless it is great service. I would like to share my experience to hopefully help out anyone who might be thinking of shopping at this store. My fiance and I were out looking for a mattress last week and when we entered the store we were greeted by a women who introduced herself as Melissa. We told her what we were looking for and she took us back to the mattress section. My fiance had stopped at the restroom as Melissa and I continued to the back of the store. Melissa began telling me about the mattresses showing me the selection and told me you need to lay down to get the full effect. I was hesitate because I felt she was coming off a little flirty after my partner was no longer by my side. She insisted so I laid on the mattress and she laid down beside me. At this point I was very uncomfortable she was asking questions about who the women was that was with me and made a joke about not seeing a ring on my finger. My fiance returned and I told the sales women to give us a couple of minutes to discuss how much we would like to spend. She gladly disappeared through a door in the mattress room. So this is a warning for couples entering this store beware of the older blonde women who obviously has little to no boundaries. I am unsure if she was wearing a wedding ring because frankly I was not there to pick up a sales women I was there to by a mattress. She was probably close to my mothers age as I am in my 20s. If you are looking for more then furniture this might be the place for you! And if this is how they train employees to make a sell I have no desire to spend my hard earned money here. Some professionalism and manors could go a long way. You will not get my money by coming onto me and I am guessing this would be uncomfortable for most men shopping with their soon to be wife.

I have ordered furniture from a lot of places. I see that some other reviews say the pricing is high, and if it is a higher then it is worth it for the customer service and the fact that you get what you pay for. I cannot tell you how many times I have gone somewhere else and had to have something delivered 3 different times because the furniture was ripped, or scuffed, or torn. This place does it perfect.

Memorial Day Sale is false advertising. Sale is only with mattresses $299 and up. Outside store it reads “50% off mattress and free box”. I called and was not informed of this, as well as online it did not say this anywhere. Only manager new of this. Lost my business as well as three others interested in sale.

The bar stools were very nice, but they were overpriced. I found the same stools and they cost $150.00 cheaper. I wish I would of shopped around more. Then when I went to pick up my stools, they were not even wrapped up and she wouldnt wrap them. Wont go there again

Waited the 6-8 weeks for our couch to find out they never ordered our furniture. Was told that this kind of thing happens from a sales rep like it was no big deal.
