Bargain stuff at bargain prices. Used to be closeouts and clearance items but they seem to have a number of new and better quality merchandise anymore. I treat them more as a general store than anything specialised. As long as youre not looking for something specific you will probably find something that will work here. Will continue to check in from time to time to see what new additions they have.

I always find stuff there. Furniture may bit be best quality but it looks good and does last awhile, just got rid of the couch I had for six years there. The best is still holding up and comfortable from there.

Terrible experience. The first lady in furniture was of no help, and then finally had another lady in furniture help me after a really long wait of no help at all... One lady should be fired.

Ok, third time was a charm for me. Been in this place now three times. All three times it took over ten minutes just to get someone who was willing to go look for the item I was looking for. Same lady working up front doesnt know anything, or at least acted like it. Snobbed me off. Didnt have the item three times, after waiting to each time. I took a offense to the fact I was denied for credit, I am a store manager for Autozone, making plenty, but because I use a green dot card instead of a bank right now because of the American economy tanking, I am not good enough. Ridiculous, rude and just felt disrespected. Will be the last time I walk through the doors of any big lot or big lot owned company. Thanks👍

Love their furniture it is very durable and not overly expensive. The staff has always been very helpful and kind. I would prefer they bring back delivery it made shopping easier, but they do have business cards for a business that will deliver for you.

Had a wonderful experience at this Big Lots Store. An employee named James greeted me with a smile. Made me feel welcomed. I came in to buy some shelves. The Shelf color I wanted was not on the shelf. I asked James if they had it in stock. He came out with the Color I wanted and even helped me load it in my car.Good service and Good employees arent always easy to find..... Lucky for me I found both at this Store Location! Way to represent James! Keep up the good work!!

Use to have so much to chose from at really good marked down prices.Seems to have expanded its furniture area to half the store, and really reduced everything else.Miss all the items it no longer carries. Got some great deals there the first 15 years. It was my go to store, to check first for what I needed. Now I rarely ever go into it.Not the great prices it use to have. A lot of things are the same price or more for the same item at Walmart. No longer a store with lots its bought out to sell at better prices than the big stores. Too bad.Sale prices still can get you bargains, esp. if you look .Most of staff nice, helpful.

I paid 500$ for a bed bug infested couch didnt know it for several months i paid for a exterminator 800$ to do my whole house only to find out that the couch was the source point for these litte critters. not only that but upon carrying it through the front door when i got it a bored bout 6ft long came out of a already ripped fabric so im pretty sure i got pre owned infestes junk and because i didnt get a warranty basically screwed myself in all i spent 500 on the big lots bugs 800 to exterminator amd another 1200 throught a rent to own place

They are everywhere from Arizona to Ohio and beyond, great place to shop.

I havent been to Big Lots in years I felt it was too trashy prices went as good as he should be no helpful people. Im trying to save money on canned dog food I chose to go to Big Lot Big Lot to see what they got. I found like I can food there for my dog $0. 20 cheaper than a quit at Walmart. The staff was very friendly I asked him some questions they gave me the answers. The store was clean well-organized Anna prices they were reasonable some things I could buy some cheaper somewhere else but I still buy a lot of things are cheap. I will be back to explore the more the store more. To see other things I need and how much money I can save. All I can say is you havent been to Big Lots in a while try them I think youll like it

The prices for the home decor were a little higher than I expected. I really wanted to find some deals but couldn’t for the items I was interested in. The store was clean and the employee at the check out was welcoming upon arrival.

Pretty good service. Had exactly what was advertised and for the advertised price. Also helped me get my purchase to the car.

Selection is ok. Prices are good, but the quality isnt really there. So in the end its kind of a wasted buy. Unless you are looking for a temporary fix.

WE PURCHASED A FUTON WITH THE SO CALLED EXTENDED WARRANTY IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG WE REPLACE IT EVERYTHING EXCEPT HUMAN BLOOD. GREAT SOLD. WALKED OUT THE DOOR WITH SUCKER WROTE ON OUR FOREHEADS MINUS $400.00 AND SOME CHANGE. SPRINGS POPPING OUT OF THE MATTRESS I CALLED TO LET THEM KNOW I WOULD BE BRINGING IT IN. THE RIP OFF PLEASE CALL THE NUMBER ON YOUR PAPER WORK FOR A REPLACEMENT INSPECTION. NOT WHAT WE WERE TOLD PURCHASING THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE JUST BRING IT IN FOR A REPLACEMENT WE WERE LIED TO,JUST TO GET EXTRA MONEY FROM US FOR A WARRANTY THAT DOES NOT EXSIST. NEXT STOP CORPORATE OFFICE MAYBE THEY ARE NOT AS RUDE AS THE MANAGEMENT WE SPOKE WITH.

Whats in stock isnt consistent, but you can count on coming here to get some good inexpensive snacks. Their whole furniture thing is easy to work with too. Your house wont be the Taj Mahal but you will have furnishings.
