I work nights, so seeing they had fed ex and it opened just after my shift at 8am I was very pleased. My pleasure subsided as I arrived at 8am just be told they dont open until 9am. When I said the computer says 8am, her response was yeah, thats not right. I couldve been in bed. My time is important and she was nothing if not dismissive.

Horrible experience at the marion store of course it is marion however Karen didnt think she should have to look up prices for a customer how horrible 😢

Store is ok. Staff is semi knowledgeable about computers. I feel like I’m the only customer in the store whenever I’m there.

In experience printing department had great customer service last week with a young lady and today the customer service last behind the printing desk was very in experience. Never had such poor service all of my tears I have been coming here. If you have time go to Polaris more experience and friendly employees.

Some of their items are overpriced. I remember one time I needed to buy a cardboard poster board for one of my kids school project and went to Office Depot since Walmart was out of them. It costed me $10 which if Walmart had them, it would have only cost me $3 or $4.

Nice staff but are not knowledgeable about computers. I asked if a particular computer could run games and had a Microsoft office license, was told yes to both. Only reason I bought the computer. Turns out not only cannot you NOT game on the computer (50$ game wasted) but there is no Microsoft office license so I now have to spend an extra 150$ on top of the computer price for the license for the office that the salesman told me the computer had. Now I have 2 computers I cannot use my old one and an overpriced new one.

I purchased 7 items from them. They put my order on two separate purchase orders. They lost the 1 order and after 5 days of not being able to find it, the order had to be purchased all over again. How easy is it to lose a file cabinet and 2 floor mats. These people are incompetent. Don’t do business with them. The worst part was the attitude they gave me when I didn’t give them any!

Nice to be greeted by a friendly sales associate who was very knowledgable in location of products. Had a great experience here

Went in to get a mailing box...did not have any more of the size that I needed.I asked if I could buy the display box. Manager said no.i will not go back. Really! Dont care about the customer
