Super impressed with the variety and quantity of available trees, especially native species trees. This summer I’ve made several trips to Blooms and purchased ~20 trees to be delivered and planted In my neighborhood. The entire Blooms team was friendly and knowledgeable, but a special shout out goes to Corinne, who was particularly helpful with my tree selections and coordinating delivery/planting.Also, if you’re looking for a unique gift, be sure to check out the gift shop… many super cute plants and gifts are available.I highly recommend Blooms… shop local, and let’s do what we can to replant our community’s tree canopy!

Found the exact tree I was looking for with Gabes help. I had driven to many places looking for trees and endless hours Googling. They had a good variety and different prices. Very happy with my purchase.

There are no negative reviews because they delete negative reviews, instead of following up with the unhappy customer to help solve the issue. They dont respond to phone messages or emails. Terrible service. Will never go back. Theyll say they tried to contact us, but thats not true. We called and emailed, left many messages, that were never returned. When we did have the opportunity to discuss our displeasure it was on the off chance we werent screened and Pete or Kathryn were available. Reviews overall seem very positive, and thats good, I wish no ill will. Just sharing our experience with Blooms/Bladeworks, after spending a good amount of money there.

We needed a few plants and called in first. The staff checked out our list and called back within ten minutes to confirm they had most of it in stock. They worked with me to maintain social distancing and loaded the plants in the back of my vehicle. And, of COURSE, the plants are all healthy and beautiful. Thanks for so graciously helping me get the plants I want and maintain the distance I need!

Came in on Saturday 6/27 totally clueless about plants or gardens, but knowing we wanted to replace the dead plants in our pots with some alive ones. The employees were awesome at getting us everything we needed (we didn’t even have tools). So glad we came here to get started and will definitely be back!

The plants are nice, not very beat up and even for the end of the year. Staff is friendly and helpful. Its a pleasant place to walk through. The inside is nice as well. Lots of great trinkets to buy as gifts and have wine and canvas classes at! I have a friend who wants a bridal shower there so it will be interesting to see what they do as Blooms grows. So glad to have such a nice locally owned place to shop.

I went in with a plant I had that was doing poorly hoping to get some guidance on what I could do to help it and I got that and then some. I was giving plenty of advice and solutions as well as reassurance in what I had. Also the staff was extremely polite. Highly recommended

I love the Chive products they sell, but I was really disappointed that they wouldn’t allow me to return a planter because I lost the receipt. In today’s world stores can look up purchases with the credit card used without needing a receipt. I just don’t understand why this store demands the receipt to accept a return.

Spring 2020, called in a tiny order of 4 kale plants and 4 brussel sprouts plants. They didnt mind the small order, and the plants havent suffered any transplant shock! Buy local, friends, because the plants are already suited for our climate here in NE Iowa.
