Always spotless excellent service

Ive had my cars repaired here at least 3 times over the years and they always do an amazing job. They make the process very easy in regards to scheduling and dealing with insurance. I had some major work done this week from a 3 car accident and was expecting to wait AT LEAST another full week for it to be ready. I was shocked and excited when I got the call it was ready today. As always, it looks so much better than it did even before the accident. I will always use and recommend this place, you literally cant beat the quality and their customer service is exceptional!

This car body shop makes it real easy for customers. Drop off your car and pick it up when ready. They deal with insurance companies, so just pay deductible and you are good to go! Their work is high quality, i have had concerns with using aftermarket non OEM parts, but this shop handled that with integrity.They also explain everything to you and treat you with respect.You will also get your car cleaned and waxed.The one thing that could be improved is communications on delays, but this is still a solid 5 star review.

I have had body repairs done in the past but never experienced the professionalism or quality of work done at Precision Auto Body. What a great place! I learned they were a family business but never expected that Id be treated like family. The work was completed sooner than Id expected and my car was perfect!

Excellent work and craftsmanship and did little extras that made it great experience such as detailing car before pickup and buffing out couple dings that were not part of deal. Only suggestion I would make would be contact half way through process for update with repair progress.

I have worked in the Auto industry for 10 years and deal with body work and repainted vehicles on nearly a daily basis. The quality of precision auto body is nothing short of excellent. They communicated with me throughout the entire process and helped me deal with my insurance company and even coirdinated getting my rental car.Sherry is excellent and she did a great job of keeping me informed through the process. I will use them for any future body shop needs.

Wow, Sherri really came through for me. She and her crew took my car in immediately for major collision repairs. She worked with both insurance companies, the garage did quality work and even detailed my car inside and out. No hassles. I am very impressed with the professionalism of this business.

Unfortunately, I have been to this shop more than once. I cannot say enough about their great service, punctuality, professionalism and always cheerful attitude. They do an impeccable job, mechanically and aesthetically. I have always been more than pleased and highly recommend them. (The fact that they are a preferred provider for my insurance company does not hurt either! :-) )

Customer service is outstanding. They kept me posted on the status of my car. These people know what they are doing. I heard of them from a family member and Ill never go anywhere else for body work.

I cant say enough good things about this shop ! They are helpful, professional, experienced, trustworthy and courteous. This especially matters in a stressful situation. An accident around the holidays is not easy to deal with. Sherrie (in the office) arranged for everything; the alignment, the car rental and dealt with the insurance company. The car was immaculate on pick up - it looked brand new - detailed inside and out. I couldnt be happier ! I hope you never need a body shop - but if you do - this is the place to go !

Easily the best experience Ive ever had with a bad situation. They took me the same day I called, helped me get a rental car - the exact vehicle I wanted - and detailed my car before returning it to me in PERFECT condition. Everyone I dealt with was super-friendly, helpful and professional.If there is a more than highly recommend I would use it to describe the incredible job they did!!!

Depending what season your accident occured will ultimately depend on the turn around time...Certain Insurance Companies have contractual obligations to refer their clients to any auto body shop they want. Precision Auto Body shop located in Marlborough, MA in my opinion have the best staff, mechanics & auto body technicians to revitalize your wrecked car and restore it back to its former glory (when you first drove it off the dealership lot)..Granted if you can bear to be without your wheels for an extended period of time then its magic in the making. All other body shops around the Marlborough,MA area pale in comparison to Precision Auto Body utmost care and compassion for stranded motorists. Helping repair busted vehicles since 1979..

Precision Auto Body came through with excellent work when two of my cars got banged up in a Thanksgiving day driveway disaster. I appreciated their clear communication in person and when I called about status. Both cars look awesome.

Sheri in the office is great, she kept me up to date on the progress of my car. They also handled everything with the insurance companies. I was really impressed with the whole operation and customer service. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

I have had a handful of dealings with this establishment and I have always had a great experience. They are detail oriented, honest, professional and do a great job repairing. They give personalized service, arrange for a rental, and overall you leave with a great experience. I would recommend this place for jobs ranging from paintless dent removal to big collisions. Exceptional work!! My car went in for some bumber work, paint was damaged. Bumper looked brand new like it never had damage. Car was washed, nice and shiny. Inside was vacumed and dash was even shined up!Thank you so much Precision Auto! :-)
