I havent been there since August, but Ill have to have my car serviced again soon. Im always happy with the service here. Nice folks and good prices. I never feel like theyre trying to pull one over on me. Great shop!

These guys are fantastic. Honest, straightforward with a touch of classy humour to keep you smiling when your car is giving you headaches. Very skilled mechanics. Dont ask they wont touch a Land Rover.... with good reason.

I had a flat tire but needed to get to office in a rush. They went out of the way to help and made sure the tire was repaired quickly, with a reasonable price. They are honest, kind, and capable. You dont often get all three merits together. Highly recommended!

John and Mark are exceptional. My family has been bringing our cars to A1 for over 30 years. I live on the North shore now and still drive my car to them. I found this business on the CARTALK website years ago and my relationship with John and Mark has only grown deeper. I started with an Avalanche which I kept for 13 years before giving away to one of our kids. Then after testing multiple vehicles, I followed their advise and bought a Sienna so I could continue my art supply transport and curb shopping. I am very happy with the choice and trust their judgement implicitly.

I have been taking my cars to A-1 for 30 years and find them to be consistently reliable, smart, conscientious and very good to work with. The peace of mind in having them taking care of my car is worth so MUCH! I take my car in every 3,000 miles (or thereabouts) and they not only change the oil but check everything.They keep track of the tires and let me know how much tread is left; they keep my washer fluid full, they lubricrate all the hinges -etc etc. just keeping an eye on everything! I love them!I give them 5 stars.

A1 is the best auto repair shop we have been to. They have cared for our 2 cars and helped us evaluate a new (used) car. They never oversell services, yet let us know when things need to be replaced now, or soon. We have moved an hour away from Marlborough, but still make the drive back when possible because we know we will get honest service at a fair price.

These guys are just fantastic! Been with them for probably 30 years now. Always excellent service at very reasonable prices... no matter what the problem... theyll fix it!

These are the nicest and most honest car guys Ive ever dealt with. Every time my dealer tells me something is about to imminently fail, the A1 guys give me the honest answer, and a lot of the time I walk out with no work needed. They have done a great job on my two Honda vehicles (1 09 Civic and one 03 Odyssey) but they do Toyota and many other makes as well.They are only slightly cheaper than the dealership for brake work, but I have had zero problems with my brakes there and they always seem to last a good long while, in fact Ive always sold my car before it needed another brake job! Other places Ive gone were cheaper but inevitably there were problems with the pads or rotors within 3 months and I ended up going to A1 to have them do the job right.

Been going to these guys for about 5 years. Best repair service Ive ever dealt with. Actually Ive been to one other place that was about as good. I recommend them to coworkesr routinely and all report similar great service. jw

These guys are great. Brought my van in because the sliding door wasnt working and they were honest enough to inform me that it was simply due to a button having been inadvertently pressed near the dashboard. They could easily have told me there was an issue and charged me for a repair without my having known the difference.

A1 Auto had been my preferred service shop for over 12 years. Straightforward, no BS/upselling, great advice. Free WiFi in the waiting room, coffee/tea, and rental vehicles for longer jobs. I highly recommend them.

I have taken my 07 Acura TL here the past few issues Ive had. The guys at the shop know what theyre doing and wont charge you for ridiculous false charges and inspections. I trust these guys from day 1. Bring your vehicle!
