The team was great and squeezed me in for a hitch receiver upgrade from a class II to a class III. Despite the old receiver putting up a fight the guys were able to get everything taken care of in short order! Thanks again!

While waiting in line for the drive up BOA ATM next door I watched a mechanic open the trunk of a car. He then unzipped suitcases and rummaged through them. He looked through everything in the unsuspecting customers car from out of state. I didnt notice if he took anything but I couldnt see what he did inside the car. I didnt have my camera with me that day. I was in a rush that day but really wanted to go speak with the manager or the police about the employee. This happened on a warm day when all the bay doors were fully open. From the bank of America parking lot I get a good elevated view into Midas. I was not driving by but parked in line watching what was going on in Midas 3 car lengths away. Its only a few feet away. The employee had no reason to open up the suit cases. He didnt remove them. He opened them in the trunk. It was a long line that day for the ATM. I watched the guy open the truck rummage through everything and close it back up. You have at least one dishonest employees. The car owner probably was not in the waiting room but across the street shopping. Thanks for making up excuses for your peoples lack of morals. Do you really think I would be an actual customer after what I saw? I would not trust your shop to change my oil or anything else. Check out the rest of my reviews. Im not normally negative. I never had any experience with this Midas prior positive or negative. I have had a ok time with a different shop in the chain of repair shops. Why would I make this up?

Went in for an oil change less than a month ago. Just had to top off my oil because they did not fill it properly. They also lied in order to upsell me to synthetic oil.

A few mix ups with ordering tires and then scheduling issues. I went in for my appointment on Sat but they ordered the wrong tires. I was told I could come on Tuesday when I got out of work for my make up appointment. I even managed to get out of work earlier then I had thought but when I got there I was told they wouldnt be able to do it untill the next day. After expressing my frustrations they eventually managed to squeeze me in. Honestly ...sloppy service at best.

STAFF WAS AWESOME! I came in the other week to ask for help in inspecting the underneath of my car after hitting a deep pothole. The guard had detached and the fellas stitched it back up without charging me anything— good guys and really made my day!

I went to find out what was wrong with my window that wouldnt open. They spent two hours on it and said it was the switch. They wanted 620 for a new switch and another 112 to put it in. I asked if I got one from the junk yard if they(midas) would put it in. They said yes just pay the 112. So I went to get the switch at post road I saw it just had two screws and three easy plugs. (Midas said an hour and a half to change it!!!) Took it to some Spanish guy on mechanic Street and he charged me 30 to change it and got it done in five minutes. The window still doesnt work. The Spanish mechanic says there is nothing wrong with the old switch or the new switch. I just wasted so much time and money and still dont have a working window. Im really glad I didnt go for the 610 dollar switch. Stay away from this place, they take forever, overcharge and dont get it done. The old man at the front made a point of patting himself on the back because he only charged me the 50 he quoted for hunting down the problem. TY for charging me fifty and making me buy a new part I didnt need and then paying to have it put in all for nothing and wasting two days of my life. Yes. Congrats to you for only charging 50!

They quoted $700.00 to supply and install a wheel bearing hub!I was able to find a local shop to do the same job for under $100.00 plus the part.

I am always hesitant to go to commercial shops. However, this Midas was great. The staff was courteous and the mechanic who did my brakes was an expert in brake repairs and did a perfect job and they did it within the quoted price which was very fair and reasonable.Plus, I was able to use a $25 off coupon which made it a great deal.I am definitely using this shop again!

Wanted to get my oil changed but they attached a spoiler to the roof of my minivan. I then found a working wall outlet in the floor of the car!! There was also half a ham sandwich on the dashboard! NEVER GO HERE, THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!!!!!!

Ive been bringing my vehicles to the Marlborough Midas for 15 years and they have always been the epitome of professional. The employees are courteous, considerate and extremely helpful and their workmanship is top notch. I cant say enough about how wonderful this place is.

I made an appointment for a basic oil change for 2:00, which means absolutely nothing. I even arrived 10 minutes early. My car didnt get into the garage until 2:45. I did not get my car back until after 3:45. They literally spent 15 minutes trying to figure out how to change the oil light! Yes, they run good specials on oil changes. But what you save in money, you severely waste in time. I will be using the Valvoline from now on. I highly recommend not using this Midas.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I used websites request to obtain a quote. Received an email on 5-9-19 stating I would receive a quote in an hour. 5 days later still no quote. They stated it would be 1 business hour from the time they sent the email. Midas or at least the Midas in Marlborough clearly do not want my business. I would recommend going to a place that values new customers not here. Additionally, I left a review on the website and shocker they did not want publicly show the review as they are not into full disclosure. Very poor business model

This midas is a decent one. Ive been here twice. The people behind the counter are nice and seem pretty down to earth. Prices are decent but okay... im not a car petson so i can only rate this so well.

Awesome service! I broke off a bolt on my stabilizer bar bushing bracket and Mike took it right in, tapped it out, and got it squared away in 10 minutes. So thankful for great service! Thanks Mike!

I cam in to get a diagnosis on my car and never got one i was told to go home because no light where on to indicate a need, they are so Unhelpful, I left and went somewhere with much better help.I went back for a new issue with my car starter, i had them replace it and when i picked up my car the car would not start. My keys also will not lock or auto start my car. The manager mike is rude and lacks customer service. These mechanics are clueless do not trust them.

Took my car in for an oil change. It has a frequent change interval, so I thought Id try having someone else do it, instead of myself.They overfilled it, and when I took it home to remedy that, the heavy steel skid plate underneath my engine was missing one of its three bolts, now replaced with a broken zip tie. That would be a fun thing to repair when it gets ripped off by the wind at highway speeds.

Got raped on an oil change $65.41. I dont even pay that at the dealership. ($50 thatincludes all taxes ect.) Absolutely crazy.. Will never return. Also with the Appreciation event is going on which is $10 off premium oil change so if it wasnt for that it would of been $75. You guys are insane!!!!

Been going to this location for several years for all kinds of repairs and service, I rate them top notch. Getting ready to take my there for struts!

We brought our car and minivan to this shop for repairs (wheel alignment, engine lights, brake work, etc.). Couple weeks later, we had to bring the vehicles back for re-do. It does not look like they did a proper job, or knowledge to diagnose the problems correctly. Next time, we will find another shop instead.

Lost my muffler, went in without an appointment and they installed a new one, promptly and competently.

I work right accross the street from the Marlborough location so you could see how it is very convenient to get my work done here. Everytime I go here they seem to always say theres something wrong with my car. I went there not too long ago and ended up leaving because of this service. They said I needed front break pads & roters, back shoes and drums, a front end alignment, surpenteen belt & a new tire. Brought my car somewhere else and I didnt need half of that. Horrible

My experience here was very poor. I made an appointment a few days in advance and when I showed up the guy at the front desk didnt know anything about my issue. When I told him what I had made the appointment for he asked if I was leaving my car and asked if I was sure that I wanted this done because it would be potentially very costly. The person on the phone previously had said that it would be about $30. The guy then convinced me that since my alignment wasnt that far out it would be better not to do it. He was also carrying on a conversation with another person in the waiting room the entire time.Please use other garages in the future. People like this should not be running a business.

Was my go to place for many years but unfortunately service has greatly deteriorated.
