This place is NEVERRRRRRR stocked. Everything is empty. I figured maybe it was a fluke at first but have stopped in over the last 6 months when I’m at the mall and it’s the exact same, never any products on the shelf. The customer service isn’t superior by any means either, helping customers seems to be the last priority for this store. Won’t be back……

I went here for the first time a couple of days ago and I dont think Ill ever be back. I went in with the intention of leaving with a pretty expensive product. However, the employee made me feel so uncomfortable that I left within 3 minutes. She made snide remarks, stood right behind me the whole time, and just made me feel generally uncomfortable. This was probably the least comfortable atmosphere Ive ever experienced in a retail environment. Ive worked in costumer service and this is not it.

Unfortunately, this Sephora does not deserve even one star. I was in the store last night looking around. I noticed two of the employees personally shopping together for themselves and did not pay any attention to anyone. Although, a complete different employee was kind enough to help me find a particular product and as I wanted to check out she said that she could not check me out and that one of the other employees would do that for me. I was immediately confused to why this employee could not check me out herself but I patiently waited for 10 minutes while the two other employees were still shopping for themselves. I then gave up waiting and put the products back on the shelves and was about to head out the door. The two employees noticed and finally came over to me as I was heading out and asked if I was all set. I did let those two employees know that I was not all set and I have been waiting a while to be checked out and that I was leaving. The employee looked at me, laughed, and said okay as she gave me a thumbs up. Never have I ever been treated so poorly in a store before. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back.

Unfortunately when managers swapped over recently you can tell the employees are no longer driven to love their job like they did before. She seems to be creating a hostile environment that none of the employees are satisfied in. I hope that this can be resolved quickly as I frequent this store often and would hate to take my business elsewhere.

Kristen is a great consultant! She assisted me with finding everything I thought I needed and even suggested items that I now love love love😍 I didn’t have to wait for assistance and Kristen was soo pleasant. I’m looking forward to stopping by and paying Kristen a visit so she can see how gorgeous I look.

I actually went their today because I won a gift certificate for the best sales at my work. I went to pay. The blonde girl that cashed me out definitely had an attitude. Not friendly, didnt ask if I needed anything else, so I waited to see if she was going to say thank you. Nope, so I said thank you. Then I told her she needed some customer service classes. Ive been a professional business women my whole career. I always greet my customer, ask them their needs and wants and when my service is finished, I say Thank you so much with a smile. Its not that hard. I will go to Ulta from now on...

Wow has this store changed! Its so clean, stocked and the Sephora consultants are super helpful. The new Manager informed me I can shop with my JCPenney credit card in Sephora. This is my go to Sephora now!

Employee followed me around the store while I shopped, not asking if I needed help just looking over my shoulder and standing behind me. This made me very uncomfortable and I ended up leaving because that is not acceptable customer service.
