Hannaford sells great Fruit Pals, they are a cup of cut fruit for $2.Their produce is always fresh, as are their meats and seafood.

Pricey, but good quality. I love their bakery cakes. Depending on baker, they will customize the cake and add layers to it.

I do like the store..its very clean & there is good selection of fresh produce & locally grown fruits & veges. Prices overall are reasonable. Deli clerks are usually cheerful & accomodating. One of the older men at customer service really helpful & pleasant..not so a couple of female cust serv clerks. Snippy, disinterested & one even manages to turn very checkout issue into the customers fault. Online inquiries to Hannaford mgmt. about policy issues get preprogrammed responses rather than direct answer to a question or comment. Unfortunate.

Theyve really done a stellar job adapting to the pandemic. I give them all the praise in the world for how clean and well operated the business has been since Covid reared its ugly head. The first few weeks of the shutdown were very nerve wracking going anywhere. The team at Hannafords in Marlborough saw to it that all expectations were met as you were walking in. Signs were posted, disinfectant and wipes were placed in readily available areas, the employees helped out with the queue system setup for the registers. Everything changed, but all of it felt so smooth and easy to navigate. This has and will always be my first place to shop for groceries because of the approach they took to keeping their employees and customers safe. Thank you!

Food shopping a week before Thanksgiving can often be daunting, but Hannaford is always ready for the onslaught. Plenty of fresh veggies and fruits, deli meats to go, a large selection of freshly cut meats, and the old standby turkey offered at good prices. Everybody is wearing a mask and the employees are friendly and helpful. What more could we ask for?

THIS LOCATION DOES NOT FOLLOW COVID DIRECTIVES.They let customers walk around with masks down, and have employees wearing poor excuses for face shields instead of actual masks that do not cover the nose or mouth in any way. I saw a customer go through checkout with his mask around his chin without any employee saying anything.Update: I emailed Hannaford customer support about these concerns. Here is their terrifying response:“We’re asking that our customers wear face coverings while shopping in our stores, unless they’re medically unable to do so. This is in accordance with CDC recommendations, as well as local and state laws in many locations. Our associates are not enforcing this with individual shoppers, but we strongly request our customers’ help in keeping our associates and customers healthy. We have posted signage in our stores, taken out newspaper ads, sent email notifications and posted on our social media channels encouraging the use of masks and asking customers to wear face coverings in our stores.”To me, a policy you do not enforce is not a policy at all. Avoid this place is you care about your health or the health of others.

Googles directions brought Me to Hannafords easily. Once inside I noticed the store was neatly stocked. The floors were clearly marked for customers to maintain safe Social Distancing practices according to CDC guidelines. Cashiers were friendly and prompt. I was completely satisfied with My out of town shopping experience ✌🏾😷

Have unique items I cant find anywhere else

Find their women employees rude and sullen, particularly when they have to get involved when items won’t scan at self checkout. Mentioned this to the manager, who said I should shop elsewhere. I’ve been spending money at that store since when it was Victory Supermarket. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. Newest manager is indifferent. He was outgoIng when he was enlisting people in their loyalty program, but when there is a problem he is useless.

Usually I have a pleasant trip in and out of the store. Not today...I understand theres a pandemic, but the staff could at least be civil and try to help customers instead of saying I dont know and walking away.

They offer a great variety of fresh fruits...also sell cooked rotisserie whole chicken or chicken wings for lunch. The salad bar is good... All for take-out. Prices are reasonable and quality is generally good.

Always has what I need and everything is pretty easy to find. The staff are also very helpful when asked to find something.

Hannaford is a nice, clean supermarket in a convenient location. Prices are okay compared to some of the other large grocery chains in the area, but the are not the lowest. They have all of the typical groceries you expect.

Great produce, and if you get early in the morning one can find great deals on yesterdays meat. The bakery has nice stuff, although a little pricey. And as a nice bonus, there is a free fast electric car charger in front.

Go to Boston Market instead!!! For the best whole chicken for only a few dollars more. Dont waste your time with Hannafords chicken! Be careful with the produce, it isnt always fresh. Not sure how much I trust the meat behind the meat counter, meat often looks discolored. I also wish they carried more brands instead of their own.

I feel Hannafords is going in the wrong direction. They always cared about the food an presentation. For the past month they have really let the store go. Moldy fruit an veggies. Expired food an moldy bread. They use to be a great store, I have no idea why the lack of caring but it shows. They need to step up their game especially with all the competition.

Real world pricing, great selection with a large scale organic section. The meats and bread are fresh. They carry many good products not found elsewhere.

It was busy today but they had plenty of help. That is why I went there instead of MB which is a few pennies less but not nearly as good. I really wanted a red onion thai but not one liked good at all. Other than that perfect visit. Other produce was great that I bought.

Although limited products selection versus modern stores, it has a very large selection. Staff is great, and the place is well maintained and clean.

Nice people behind the register and on the floor --helpful and knowledgeable. They do not have any wine. The fruits and veggies were fresh and reasonably priced. Some good cheeses were on sale -- good prices. Other items were middle to high priced for what you could get elsewhere. Dont buy makeup here unless youre desperate -- the prices are far higher.

It happened that I stayed in a nearby hotel when last year I was visiting Massachusetts, I bought organic milk, and some fruits, when I consumed food products, I find my stomach gone bad, it seems it was not organic but they put under organic. It was over priced as well.

The fruits and produce are just not fresh at all. Many items are left on the shelves past expiry. Organic fruits and produce options are slim.

No disinfectant wipes when you go in store or when you are leaving. Didn’t see one person cleaning anything. My cash register girl didn’t have a mask on! Not going back there!

The store itself if great, but the Deli Dept. needs to slice the deli better.Meaning after they cut the meat, the meat looks like it went through the shredder.

Good selection and prices are mostly reasonable. However, there are never enough cashiers. If you go Mon-Fri during the day, only one lane is open so expect to wait an extensive amount of time to check out (especially during the lunch hour) or be prepared to use self checkout without a dedicated employee for that section. If you run into a problem or need help with the self checkout, you have to wait for the service desk.

Almost always find what I want and things seem fresh and less agribusiness than many chain markets. Enough ethnic choice to keep it interesting but prices stay low. If you want more boutique products go to Delucas in Boston, because you wont find a better every day market than Hannafords.
