The remodeling is complete and absolutely 💯 top! Way beyond my expectations. Ive dumped my previous PC for this one. Who needs the prices of Whole Foods when you have this newly redone PC which is just as good. They have So much to offer and great selection. Service so far has been great. I am disappointed in Corporate for Not giving employees discounts (long story 😑 😒, found out by accident in a convo w/employee). Yo Price Chopper Corporate give your employees a discount! As a customer you wont be disappointed with this store. I love their set up, displays, variety in selections, stock availability and their fresh ready to eat options 😋 😀Well done!

Ive been shopping at this store for 20 years. Its always been a great supermarket and after the recent remodel its even better!

This is probably one of the most expensive grocery stores in the greater Marlborough area. That being said, the selection is pretty good, but be sure to shop deals. The store is transitioning to Price Chopper’s more refined “Market 32” brand, and the store has been a bit chaotic lately, and prices are also starting to creep upward as a result (Ive shopped other Market 32 stores, and they’ve always been a tad more expensive than Price Chopper itself). Be sure to shop the ads before you stop in to make sure you get the best deals.Highlights of this store include the bakery and the newly added beer and wine section, which offers a good selection of craft, domestic, and import beers, and a lot of interesting wines.

The redesign of price chopper looks nice, I am just not convinced it is worth the corresponding sudden jump in prices.

Marlborough Price Chopper has been remodeled and is now called, Market 32 by Price Chopper. Looks more high scale than old store. Now stocking beer, wine and spirits. Made the produce and cheese sections classier. Some more specialty items, but basically stocks same items as before remodeling. I no longer need to travel to Shrewsbury store for better quality food.

Slashing deals for the greater good! the aisles are so good, one minute you’re looking at mustard, the next minute: bread.

Most expensive food place ever been to. Target isn’t even as pricey. But the open 24 hrs would nice; what’s the hold up with that

It was wonderful. The staff was helpful. The store was clean even though they are doing some renovation. This community wants them back open 24 hours. They are losing revenue given to market basket

Such a wonderful store with really great staff. I recently needed liquid smoke and could not find it. Not one, not two, but three employees went out of their way to help me. Theres a great selection of items, the layout is easy to navigate, the carts are well maintained, and the staff is again stupendous.

Price Chopper is a pretty coolSupermarket. Not only is it close to a few other interesting stores but it has a few points going for it. Going in to the store it always has bread and pastries sold a ridiculous prices (good not bad) that if your on a diet it can be torture. Their donuts are good and I like their bagels better then most Supermarkets. If you want great bagels go to hudson bagel. Their sales are good. I also like their prepared meal section in front left side. If you dont want to cook one night and your wallet is on take out fatigue you can pick up some tasty interesting stuff there at good prices. It seems to also carry some items not found in other stores. Also provides wider aisles then other places. I just prefer them. There open pretty late even at this time. Good shopping.

I only buy meats here when Im in a bind, their meats are already bad over half the time when I buy meats from here. Everything else is good though! Their seafood counter is fresh most of the time.

It’s a grocery store with more extended hours than most of the other stores in the area.Standard grocery store products, and no complaints from me.

I like Price Chopper, its close,the seafood dept. will cook your lunch,I go in to order appx1-1&1/2 lbs haddock then I shop after 10-15 min. and my food is hot and ready to eat, also available are meals so you can get fish & chips,as far as cost goes Im told that Price Chopper is more expensive than other places,Ive checked it seems prices Are cheaper on some items.The things I eat not much different.The customer service is good not so much at other places.

This is my favorite place to buy groceries. They always have what I need (and Im gluten free) even during this pandemic. There prices are going up with inflation but most of the time are still reasonable

Great Store, but I recently bought a gallon of milk here it doesnt expire for awhile and already on puking it up after I drink it or mix it in my food.Im not allergic to dairy, but something is wrong with their milk. On top of that they dont have the food I enjoy eating. I feel like Im in a foriegn store buying immigration food.

As a weekly shopper at price chopper I enjoy the fresh produce area, there is always a large selection of veggies and fruits to choose from.I tend to only shop the perimeter of the store which includes the well stocked meat department... variety of cuts...premium red meats to choose from. Whether you need a chuck roast or a prime rib its there. As always I will stock up during sales.Poultry...lamb....and yes ribs all can be found .Great selection in the dairy department.The store is well organized, and clean two concerns that are very important to me..There are so many grocery stores to choose from in the area, So why shop here?1. I usually shop here for distance/convenience. Market Basket in Hudson is much cheaper. After my experience today I will never go there again. 10 bucks for 4 rolls of toilet paper. The had 6 package on the shelf. Price gouging during a pandemic is sinful. I would rather wipe my tush with leaves than pay 10 bucks for 4 rolls of toilet paper. At market basket my cart is filled to the top at price chopper you get less than half a cart full for the same price. The should change their name to “Price Gouger” instead of Price Chopper

This location is clean, well stocked, signed, and organized.

They need to get new people to work on the meat department. My mom has bought meat from them a few times and she had to return some of them because they were slimy and they smelled disgusting. Someone ia gonna end up sick if they dont take this seriously.

I purchased price chopper brand chicken from PC(you know the kind u buy cause it’s a little cheaper, we’ll know I now why) mid February that contained a 1 inch piece of metal. I did inform them immediately and took 3 days for a response, another 4 for a person a corporate which I had to hound over and over no one would return my messages. When I did inform them of the gross neglect they did state “I’m sorry” but they didn’t really care that I sustained an injury. Person stated-we sent you a letter in the mail that we contacted our supplier for that chicken and you need to contact them. Since being injured by product with the price chopper label I haven’t been able to eat, fearing this will happen again, and from the mouth pain that lingers even though the wound is closed on the outside on my gums. If you would like to risk your life please shop at price chopper.

In the last few months that i have been buying, every time i go to the cashier the value is different from the value advertised on the shelves, i feel cheated.

Picture this: fresh fruit & vegetables to make your 👄 mouth water....Id say its a win..win situation... Prices are very competitive here because of the various supermarkets saturating the area. I 💘 love the convenience of self ✔ out because its slightly faster than the express lane. The staff are super friendly and helpful...The aisles are clean from debris and are always restocked...What more could I ask for?

Poor can return policy. Return machine only work periodically. They blame the customers for the machines breaking down. They no longer accept cans not accepted by there machines that they sell! In addition service counter is very poor. One is forced to wait sometimes for 20 or 30 min for service or to return can receipts. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE on this matter whatsoever.

The oil only reaches ssd on I ever go to p chops is when they have good deals (very good deals). The produce department is in need of some serious cleaning. I always see moldy fruit an fruit flies. The deli is way over priced compared to Shaws an Hannafords. Every time I try their cooked seafood dinners they are over cooked. Since covid they are having trouble getting the shelves filled while other stores are not. I think the young kids there working during covid are doing their very best an they are frightened. I will say that buying soap, deodorant, razors etc... they have amazing deals for these items. So yes sometimes I sneak around an go there for those items🙂

I find the store to be convenient, and the selection is good, but somoene should have a talk with the people that work on the self service registers during the dinner hours, they have no customer service skills at all, and unfortunately they dont know it.Update: Ive seen a change in the store. The express line people seem to more helpful and friendlier, so I changed this to 3 stars. I hope it keeps up.

Half the shelves are empty all the time whoever is managing the place does not know how to order convenient for some items but its kind of an outdated store Market Basket in Hudson and Stop & Shop in Hudson a better choices

I only bought a small amount of groceries but I was in line way too long. I noticed that the couple in front of me were bagging all of their groceries,just to speed things up. When it was my turn I started to bag my own groceries also. I heard a man at the next cash register question that cashier also saying “do I have to bag my own groceries?“ He was clearly irritated. The cashier almost seemed like they were surprised that they needed to do that. Then I looked down about four or five cash registers, and there was another man bagging his own groceries as well. When I finished I asked my cashier… “Is this a new policy that customers bag their own groceries“? His response to me was a half hearted but nice... “ahhh no” and then he said have a nice day.I spoke to who I believe was a supervisor about it and although I felt “heard” I really don’t feel that anything will be done.Surprisingly… The woman who is behind me in line came up halfway through my conversation to complain about the exact same thing. She didn’t even realize why I was there!!.I moved back to Marlborough five years ago and I must say Price chopper was my ultimate favorite years ago but no more. The quality has gone down and the prices have gone up and now you are completely blowing the customer service aspect. I can go 3 miles to Price chopper or I can drive 3 miles in the opposite direction to three other grocery stores. Guess which direction I’m going next time.

Just finished my shopping and would like to leave a positive comment about bagger Jeffrey O. This was one time that all canned goods were not put in one bag making it almost impossible to handle. Bags were all easy to handle for this elderly woman. Very considerate of him. Think he deserves a 5 star rating. Thanks Jeffrey.

Produce is not always restocked and choice is lacking. The 24hr schedule is the best part for convenience. Love the free seafood cooking options offered. good place to grab something quickly when you dont want to go too far but not favorite.

Prices are ok if you shop the sales. This particular location is passable. Often times the produce and dairy departments are in need of attention. However, the convenience of being open 24 hours is a big plus.

This is a very clean store. The lay out makes sense, which is rare these days. Items are clearly marked. I am always greeted by employees as well as asked if I need assistance. The deli is quick and courteous, I love that the management is always around helping, cleaning, setting up. These are a few reasons I shop here.

The Marlborough location hasnt been the same since they changed the store around. Theyll have a lot less of a selection now. A lot of times items are out of stock. That seems like the prices have gone up a little

Shopped tonight 1/5/18 at the Marlborough Price Chopper. The clerk who managed the cash drawer ignored my question and kept hugging her Spanish/Portugese speaking friend. My question to her was why wasnt the cantaloupe got scanned. She didnt seem to understand my question and continued to ignore me. I ended up taking the cantaloupe without paying and I felt bad about it. I tried to call and tell the manager but the phone rang for 15 minutes with no one picking up. This store is going to be out of business if it continue to operate like this.

Its an ok store. The prices are pretty good and they have a good selection. Its also nice that its open 24 hours. The one problem I have is that a lot of the employees are rude. They also dont do a good job displaying whats on sale and what isnt.

I really like the fact the Price Chopper is open 24 hours a day except for some holidays. From Route 20 its a bit hidden being behind CVS and AutoZone. It does become only self checkouts later at night.

The reorg was pointless, in my mind, and confusing. But my main concern is that the gas program now only gives you a nickle per $100 spent, instead of a dime. They cloaked the downgrade by sugarcoating it with a new name. Just wanted to post this so everyone knows.

I find the prices high.

First time there I really didn’t like the condition of the store but oh well, while my items were being bagged the bagger got a piece of food from a co worker and put it in her mouth along with most of her fingers and still bagged my groceries, second time was at the meat dept. and the man behind the counter blew his nose while waiting on a customer and didn’t wash his hands, I saw that went straight to the manager then walked out, I will never go back...

Why stay open late if NOT 1 Single lane is open after 10.The place is packed, because only store open at that hour, but why stay open if customers cant check our. Self checkout even durring the day is a mess.
