I appreciated having a clean storage unit for my belongings. The staff on hand were always helpful if I needed assistance with finding a cart to use. I appreciated that the restroom was also in clean condition when I needed to use it. My two storage units were only one row apart making things easier to locate what I needed.

This place is awesome! Joe was very helpful and very nice. We had a number of questions and concerns and he was extremely patient, knowledgeable and above all helpful. If Joe is any indication then I’m sure all the workers there are equally nice and professional . Building is very clean and well organized. I highly recommend cubesmart.

Setting up my rental online was easy. I didnt set auto pay up right but the staff at this location were awesome about fixing that. Jordan has provided me top notch customer service any time I contact the office.The facility is clean and there are always carts at the doors for customer use

I used a Climate Controlled storage unit for 6 months with no problems. The last 2 months the summer time the air conditioning units failed and caused a tremendous amount of mold to grow on my belongings. This caused over $7,000 of damage to personal belongings. The facility never reached out to me to tell me they were having A/C issues. I discovered the issue on my own and when I asked them about they said they have been having some trouble. Did you get insurance?Give me a break. Will never use this sight again.

Easy and convenient plus access hours are very convenient.

I would give it one star if I could. They have a mice problem. Droppings in my unit and on my stuff not to mention the mice also gnawed on some of my stuff (a foam roller for instance). Would not recommend if you care for your items. Management didnt respond at all when I said I was leaving due to mice problem. Stay away from that place.

Very helpful and friendly staff at Marlborough MA location! Paul talked us thru reservation process in advance and Jordan was in contact with us late in the day to help us finish processing our contract over the phone. Jordan was super nice and helpful even when we showed up 5 minutes before closing! Location is very clean and easy to access. Extremely pleased renting a unit there and would recommend without hesitation!

This is the 3rd Cubesmart facility I have rented from in the past several years and it is by far the nicest. The facility was clean and looks new. The unit was large and clean. The doors of the facility opened automatically which was an awesome feature when unloading using their dollies. The staff was great. They had my keys and fob all ready for me and explained the features of the building and unit to me as well as obtained me a dolly to use for my first trip. I would recommend this Cubesmart.

The sales rep on the phone told me that I’d be able to use my space up until 10pm being the first time I check my cube out, thank god I made it to the actual location right before they closed to get a gate card to let me through and into the building! I’d give Paul 5 stars for helping me out right before closing time, but 4 stars as the sales rep on phone needs to have their information be accurate.

The Marlborough CubeSmart is clean, bright, and airy. Everything feels brand new. My unit is easy to access by elevator. Card access to the gate and the building means I dont have to remember any access codes. The manager was really friendly and helpful when showing me around and setting up my account. 5 stars!

I did a lot of research to find the best storage at the best price and Cube Smart won. Super clean, climate controlled, easy access and handy handcarts. We worked with Sam, the General Manager, and he was so nice and answered all of our questions. He gave us a great deal. I highly recommend using them.

Started out great in May, now poor in August. I had a voicemail from this CubSmart location July 12 to call them, no reason given. Found out Aug 4 when I accessed my unit that roof had leaked. You would think that CubeSmart would have left message to that effect, but it is against company policy to state a reason for any communication. The on-site manager was sympathetic, but has no authority to do anything other than sign leases and take ones money. Must get a district managers approval to relocate and get any compensation for loss. Also against company policy for on-site manager to provide district managers contact info. On-site manager must be the go between. After 1 week of dragging wet moldy belongings back to a home which we are moving from to salvage or toss, and numerous calls to various managers (one in particular couldnt be bothered), we were allowed to move to another unit not on top floor and got a free month. Now well have to file an insurance claim to get some furniture refinished. Other priceless family items cant be replaced along with the lost hours dealing with. Bottom line, probably better off with a locally owned facility where you can get to the owner.

The location is secure, clean, and accessible. The price could be a bit lower, but Im comfortable with the facility.

Had a great experience setting up my storage unit with Issac! He was knowledgeable, informed and friendly. It was a quick and painless process. The facility is clean and well lit. I highly recommend Isaac and CubeSmart for your storage needs.

It was very good to experience everything very clean and organized.

The attendant made the whole process easy and quick. There is a card you use for entry, no codes to remember. The level of security is awesome and the prices are great. I was renting at another facility a 5 x 10 outside unit and got a climate control 8 x 10 here for the same price, its a no brainer.

The CubeSmart location in Marlborough MA is less than a year old and in pristine condition. I looked at two local competitors that were not nearly as nice yet were more expensive. This was truly a no brainer! In addition to a sparkling facility the security is terrific with bolt cutter proof locks, digital access cards, and a comprehensive security camera system. I also was impressed with motion activated lights that come on as soon as you enter an area or hallway. Speaking of hallways they are very wide and easy to negotiate. They also provide very sturdy four wheel dollies to move boxed and furniture. And finally, and perhaps most importantly, renters have access every day from 6 am to 10 pm. The competition only allowed access during office hours, generally 8 am to 6 pm.

I am a customer and I paid my storage just about $200 on Friday I informed the gentleman that works there that I would be paying on Friday and that Id be going there on Saturday to pick up things that I need it for my new apartment that I moved to I drove all the way from Connecticut to Massachusetts and Marlborough to come to find out that they still have their lock on my storage unit so I was not able to get into my storage unit made me wait over half an hour for them to show up to come in released the lock off my storage I am not a very happy person at the moment because now I just noticed that I got an email and now they are trying to upcharge my storage unit without my notification I did not agree to it but I agree to is what is on my lease and now theyre trying to tell me that this is what I have to pay Ive never had any issues with any storage unit except for this one and I think if I could give a zero-star thats what I would be doing because I am not happy with the service whatsoever

It was a Saturday morning when I initially checked in. There was only one person in the office but several customers. At one point I was asked to leave the office and go outsidewhile the office employee locked the office door so that he could go into the building and unlock someone elses storage unit. It took almost an hour to register and access the new storage. The phone arrangement a couple of days earlier was but the execution for the move-in was not enjoyable.

If I could give negative stars I would. They had a HVAC malfunction during the spring/early summer (they wont tell us exactly when) and didnt notify any of their storage customers. The HVAC malfunction caused the moisture levels in our storage unit to increase so much that most of our items were covered in thick, yellow mold.They wont reimburse us for any of our belongings, any of our storage fees, they wont allow us to bring in a company to test the mold and they wont allow us to bring in a cleaning crew to help remediate the items. Weve even offered to pay for the cleaning ourselves (something I dont feel we should have to do) Instead they want us to abandon our belongings, which they would sell at auction and keep the money for.Avoid this location and cubesmart entirely. CubeSmart doesnt have full control of this facility, they just handle the day-to-day management and the property is privately owned.They absolutely do not care about your stored items, they just want your monthly fee.
