This business doesn’t know the first rule OF business : The customer is always right!When I went back to get the furniture I bought (which could already be in my home) they said I owed more money on it, even though I had pictures of the pricing ON the furniture I bought & with a receipt that says All Sales Final they withheld my furniture I bought until I paid the “remaining balance “ . The bold black outline on your receipt that reads “all sales are final” only works in their favor.If you have a brain, don’t shop here .

Dan hooked us up with a great bed set. With the expectation of shipping delays due to COVID-19, we understood that there would be a bit of time to get our bed set. Management and staff are great and stand behind their products. Overall very good experience!

We have particularly been impressed with their service, in terms of expertise, timeliness and fair pricing....even though it has been rarely needed due to the quality of their products.

The service department is terrible. I have an extended warranty through Whirlpool but they told me to use a different repairman as “it’s too much paperwork!” for them. Also when the pump quit 1 week after warranty expired they said “too bad”. I called Whirlpool and they replaced it free!
I went to Household Appliance to look for a new dryer. Found one I liked, but I was wanting to compare prices and delivery time. So I went back to ask for a written quote, the manager said no. He was unwilling to give me a quote because I was comparing prices!!! Are you kidding me?!?!? This is the second time I have had a bad experience with Household.
