Gerber Collision and Glass was incredible after our recent accident. We are not from the area and ended up stuck in Marquette until our car could be fixed. The employees went above and beyond by provided housing and entertainment recommendations. They were all incredibly friendly and professional. I would highly recommend!

Weve had to bring our Subaru here twice this year, both times for complex repairs. Both times they did a great job on the car, and provided a loaner vehicle to fill the gap since it is our only car. Theyre always patient with our queries and accomodating to our requests. The front desk staff is courteous and professional and gets questions answered accurately and quickly. They worked seamlessly with our insurance to get the repairs covered. Thanks for the service!

I brought my truck into Classic Auto after an accident that nearly totaled it. While there were some delays along the way (with the insurance company, shortage on parts, etc) Classic Auto was constantly giving me updates. They were open and honest about any issues that were encountered. They gave me a vehicle to drive the entire time mine was in the shop, which other repair shops could not promise me. On top of all this, they fully detailed and cleaned my truck before returning it and gave me a certificate for a future cleaning. I cannot thank Heather or Classic Auto enough for helping get my truck back on the road after I thought all was lost. Would highly recommend them to friends and family. If 10 stars was an option, that would be my choice.

Extremely happy with the work that was done, my truck looked great! It was done fast and efficiently. They were very helpful with dealing with my insurance company. The went out of there way to make sure it all worked out the best for me. Very accommodating and friendly. I was able to get a loaner car, and when I had trouble with that one they gave me another to use! I cant say enough good things about Classic Auto Collision!

I have used Classic Auto Collision multiple times for accident damage, custom part installation and even motorcycle painting and have never been disappointed. Jen Kinney and her staff are the best. Their rates are always super competitive, actually lower than other shops, and they have always completed my work in the time frame and cost they quoted me. I do not know of a better auto body shop in the Marquette area.

We have had our vehicles at classic auto in Mqt 3 times now! Twice for details and once for body work. Each experience was exceptional. Friendly customer service, quality work. The inside of my husbands truck looks brand new! We have 2 dogs that shed - so it is hard to get the dog hair out, but classic auto manages to get it done. Highly reccomend and will be back.

So, I initially had a bad experience with Classic Auto Collision In Marquette. Scott and Jen worked very hard to fix the problems and took full responsibility. Scott even drove up from Escanaba to meet and make sure I was happy. I do appreciate their efforts to address my concerns and frustration.
