FAILURE TO DISCLOSE POOR CONDITION OF BOAT RESULTING IN UNWARRANTED TRAVEL EXPENSESThe condition of the boat was completely mis-characterized and mis-represented by the Salesperson, Bill. I was deceived by omission of the flaws with and poor condition of the boat. I asked specifically about scratches or repairs to the fiberglass, and the condition of the seats. He stated how good the condition of the boat was and emphasized how clean it was and how he wanted to buy the boat himself. No flaws of any kind were communicated at any time or shown in pictures. Basically it was represented as being in top condition. I would never have made the long distance trip to the facility had any of the several major flaws with the boat been disclosed.Some of which but not limited to being:Major repair work and discoloration of the fiberglass at the bow seating area at the starboard side.Major repair work and discoloration along with a current crack of the fiberglass on the starboard side.Major damage and disconnect of the front tow hook plate.Large crack in the fiberglass at the ladder.General uncleanliness of the boat including but not limited to worn and mildewed condition of the seats. (They hadnt even cleaned the boat for sale)Poor carpet condition including large tear in rear of carpet.Inability to show boat in good working order. (Couldnt even test drive the boat or turn it on because both batteries were dead)Again, had any of these disclosures been made I would not have wasted time or money in further pursuing this boat.To add insult to injury I had to obtain my own financing as H&W failed to provide competitive terms. This resulted in initial cancellation of trip (costing approximately an additional $300) due to extra time and complexity of obtaining my own personal loan.I feel H&W completely misrepresented the poor condition of this boat by failing to disclose, and therefore should be responsible for reimbursement of my travel expenses ($1083.36) which were incurred under false pretenses.As an additional note about the level of professionalism here, while I was trying to leave and confirm my hold deposit was going to be refunded, the salesperson was nowhere to be found for over ten minutes. Another employee confirmed he was in the bathroom.Response from GM Kirk Webb and ownership was their salesperson did nothing wrong.Boat is still for sale BTW for full asking price. I wouldnt have even paid half in the poor condition its in. Buyer beware!!!

The bike was sold to me with a dead battery despite paying for a service fee that the sales man said would take care of any tune up issues. On top of that Ive paid for the bike in full and they still havent shipped me the Title. Ive been calling and reminding for 5+ months, always getting a response like its not ready or well call you back tomorrow with an update. Just all around poor customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealership.

Been there several times looking to buy something but nobody ever gets out from behind their desk to ask me if I wanted help. In the last 12 months Ive shopped at Shreveport after leaving here. Bought 2 new dirtbike (crf150r&crf125) 1 new four wheeler (outlader)and a new side by sidede(defender). Tried to shop here first.

I dont usually write reviews. However after hearing the exact same experience from another person, I had to do it. Went in there to check on a ATV get pricing and so forth. Salesmen never really acknowledged me being there. They just sat there and messed with their cellphone. I went back another time same thing so gladly took my business elsewhere

Nice guys in shop. Repairs on bike were done earlier than expected. I paid over the phone and they kept it for couple of weeks until I could come home to pick it up. Runs smooth, rides even better.

Hands down the best service I’ve ever had at an ATV dealership! I came in H&W Honda not knowing anything about 4 wheelers or ATVs in general. After a solid week of Kirk Webb answering every single one of our many questions he found us the perfect ATV for our family. He went above and beyond to get us in what we wanted! By the time all the paperwork was signed & I was out the door I felt like I was a part of the H&W family! The inventory alone speaks volumes & sets them apart from any other dealership. They literally have something for everyone and if they don’t have what your looking for, they’ll do their best to find it for you! Wouldn’t dare do business any place else!!

Went in to buy a bike. Did the credit approval did not like my interest rate said no thank you. They apparently start a credit card right away when they do this I just got it in the mail. Now closing it and starting it dings my credit. Don’t use them or if you do don’t sign anything until you read don’t do what I did

Was riding through town on a recent road trip when I blew a tire about 1/4 mile from H&W. Andrew, MItchell, and everyone in the service department took very good care of me. Got a replacement tire and was back on the road in just a few hours. Great customer service and helpfulness all around. Thanks again guys!

Great buying experience all around! I wanted a bike that had been discontinued and was more difficult to obtain. They got it for me anyways, got it there fast, shiny and new, and had me set up in no time. Everyone involved with the process was quick, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. It was easily the smoothest and fastest vehicle purchase Ive ever made.

They have had our quad for over a year and still have it NOW and every time we call about it they give us the same lie we wont be buying or bringing our quad here for repairs again

They had our side by side for 9 weeks, we picked it up and it still wasnt working. All they did was replace the fuel pump. Brought it back and they had it for over 20 weeks, we picked it up and got it home and it still isnt working. Paid over $800 for nothing. They dont even deserve 1 star. Worst maintenance department we have ever dealt with. Go elsewhere!

Buyer BEWARE! My brother bought a 2020 Pioneer 1000 Deluxe. It caught fire and almost burnt his house down and his dog that was stuck in the side by side. Honda has had several recalls on previous models where the same thing happened yet.....they will NOT cover it and refund his $$.

Mine did about 9 miles down from here, broke down major on my bike, no money, no body, and no place for help to call. These people, all of them, here at H&W Honda in Marshall, Texas stepped up above and beyond the call of service and kindness and without being asked took my situation, made it all of ours then resolved every single issue without expecting anything back and no strings. Thank you guys at H&W Honda..

Do yourself a favor stay away and plan not to have a business that stands by the product they sell. Twice they forgot to send info to get license plates. Still have not received my title!! Manager called me after I called him about a issue I had with my bike and never returned my call after discussing. Very poor service. Bike is under warranty and was told they could not duplicate electrical issue. Same issue came up again. Finally took it to G and C Honda in Shreveport. Was told all electrical connections were checked by H and W. Go figure G and C found loose starter cable wire nut and problem solved. H and W lied straight to my face by saying they checked it and didnt. Is this the kind of shop you trust to work on your bike?Service department is dirty. Guys dipping in front of you and smoking in the shop. I will not be returning to buy or for service. Very dissapointing.

Great for buying a new or used bike. Great place to get parts and accessories. But NEVER Bring you bike there to be worked on. My bike got screwed up every time I have been there. I finally gave up.

After 4 weeks at the service department I finally picked my bike up, untouched. I kept getting one excuse right after another. I work as an automotiv technician and we have never kept someones vehicle more than a few days, usually waiting on parts. 4 weeks is unacceptable no matter what issues you have.Was also told that G&C Honda was 2 months behind. I dropped my bike off on Thursday and picked it up on Saturday. It was a quick and simple fix. I was at H&W in 2009 with a 4wheeler and got great service. What happened? I have only had this bike for a year and it is now my daily driver.

Dan Kennedy was very helpful and hooked me up with a demo on a Honda Goldwing. First time on a Goldwing and now I know why they are so popular! Met a guy there that drove all the way from Dallas just to deal with them. The place to go!

Went with a friend to purchase a motorcycle and paid cash. The customer service there was below par in my opinion and my buddy said the same. Most places always ask if you want help to load up, but I had to ask for help. It seemed like they just wanted their money then wanted me out of there. Then almost 2 months went by and I never received my plates. The only reason I got them is I called them back to ask for them and found out the never sent the paperwork to get them. The price on the motorcycle was more than fair, but like I said the customer service was below par, and the buying experience was below par as well.

Drove there cause they had some real good deals on the internet on 2017 ranchers 4x4 once i arrived was not greeted or felt welcomed i talked to salesman and got the numbers on a atv while doing this i kept getting another salesman beside him telling me i had so long to buy a atv or he jacking up the price on the atv. I went there for a bargain on a 2017 rancher they wanted to sell me a last year model for the same price as a 2018 model. 4700 atv turned into 6400 dollars why would i buy for that price The staff is rude and customer service sucks. I do not recommend this dealership at all.
