Body work looks great, but timing was longer than anticipated due to technician resources issues and I didnt receive a rental vehicle that I needed. That said, they did have great communication with me regarding the progress and updates.

So Monday 04/26/2021 I was on my way to town on a day out when all the sudden a pheasant started crossing the road and I tried to miss it and up and into my grill and bumber it went did a decent amount of damage including causing the radiator to start leaking.. so I called my insurance though statefarm and let them know what happened and drove the last few miles and dropped my 2015 gmc terrain talked with them and they were really friendly which was a plus.. They also loaned me a car to take while things got figured out and all they asked was to fill it back to gas where it was when I took it.. the next day they called me and gave me an estimate and then the rest was history they got straight to work and had it back and ready for me to take home 04/30/2021 all I can say i was impressed I was expecting to be with out my gmc for a couple weeks or more..

This place does excellent work. I had my car covered in hail and I couldnt believe my eyes when I got it back. I was like, this isnt my car. Rest assure, Don the manager confirmed it was my car. Not only that, Ive had my windshield replaced by them and body panels repaired. Every time it has been done the craftsman ship has been amazing. Pheasant flew out of the ditch and did damage to my grill on my Buick Encore and brought it to Abra and they did there magic and fixed it in a day from drop off to pick up. Great teamwork Abra

I had a great experience at Abras. I was traveling and got a chip on the windshield. I called and asked if they would be able to help me repair or replace my windshield. By the time I got there is was close to closing time and they were busy but they were able to squeeze me in. The gentleman who looked at my windshield was helpful in explaining how he would repair it. I was in and out in under 30 minuets.

Fixed a squeal coming from a bad seal in my windshield. The tech was able to diagnose the problem and fix it quickly!

I had a great experience with ABRA. They did very well explaining all the things that would take place with the repair. They estimated about 10 business days after I dropped my car off on a Monday. I was back in my car the following Tuesday. Not only was the work fast and seamless as possible, but they even cleaned my interior! I only expected to have the quarter panel and bumper repaired, but they definitely went above and beyond. ABRA doesnt get a gold star, they get a platinum!

I had a great experience with Kent Hayworth, customer service manager, from Abra auto body and glass. He was friendly and very honest. His honesty was a breath of fresh air. This guy is the real deal and I am very happy I went to Abra auto body and glass. They arent trying to sell you anything, they will tell you the truth whether they make money or not, now thats great customer service thats very rare this days. Thank you Kent for great service.

We have used them a few times over the years. Most recently I noticed a little bubbling in the clear coat in paint job they did. This job was performed over 13 years ago and they didnt skip a beat when I showed it to them, the estimator simply replied lets get you an appointment. They did a great job and I swear there was a small dent that they took out that wasnt necessary! They have always done a great job and kept us up to date with progress.

One thing more stressful than the wreck was dealing with ABRA.1. Over three weeks late (still have not received my car). Car has been in the ABRA shop for almost two months now.2. Significant disconnect between management and rest of the employees. Employees settings schedules and making commitment without management involvement.3. Constant delays cost me over $1000 in rental car fees. No help from ABRA on sharing some of the burden.4. We agreed that the car was going to be finished and ready for pickup Friday afternoon. Drove to the shop and talked to the manager, just to find out that car was not finished yet.5. Manager (Kevin) gave me a story about how there is a large backlog of car repairs due to hail storm coming through little while back. My question is....Why did you take my car in he first place?I will update this post once car is out of the shop. Im very worried that the workmanship quality will follow organizational quality, which is almost nonexistent (September 2017).

I got involved in my first accident (any plans that I had just got canceled until I was cleared by the authorities, the insurance, and finally the auto body group). Luckily, the other driver was empathetic and understanding, and so was my insurance. After giving the police my account of what went on, I visited with my Insurance and gave them my account as soon as I was able too, I was told to come to an auto body shop (as part of my homework, lol) and provide an estimate of the damages when they come to look at the damage themselves. When I asked if they were alright with Abra, they said absolutely and off I went. Abra has had a very LONG and strong reputation of being the place to go for auto body work in the community, so I was very nervous about approaching these people. The receptionist was very kind and empathetic, and the technician was very thorough (taking photographs, easy to talk too and ask questions) and honest with the estimates; because it wasnt too pretty for what I thought was a simple fender bender, but it is what it is and its why you have the professionals examine the damage to determine what is bad because I dont have the experience or the credentials to determine this but Abra does and it showed today. Whew... Adrenaline takes a while to kill out as it seems, otherwise its been a long day...

Absolutely would not recommend these people to anyone. I called and talked with Cathy. Set an appointment for a few days later. Was there about 10 minutes early and was told something totally different than what I was told on the phone by Cathy. And I was talking to Cathy when I got there. I asked her about the differences and all she could say was sorry. Was told when I was there that it would take an hour longer than what I was told on the phone. Also was told that I would be waiting before they even started on the vehicle as there had been several drop-ins that day. I said I thought that was what making an appointment was for. She was very rude and I was told I could either have the work done there or not. So I said since you put it that way I will go somewhere else and get it done. They may do fine work. But their customer service skills are severely lacking. I will not be taking another vehicle down there.

Very thorough, professional, listened well, helped fix small things (seat belt) without adding an extra fee to the bill, promptly emailed the estimate, carefully explained line by line (not just listed item - but why each item as well), and worked easily with our insurance. They even honored an estimate six months later when we finally got done negotiating with insurance.

My pickup was wrecked and needed repairs done quickly as i had a vacation planned. I was a little scared to leave it at the Abra store but they told me we would have it back in time to go on my trip. The truck was finished with two days before my trip. GREAT JOB ABRA! Thank you for great service and cleaning my vehicle up for me. Everything was good

I had a minor fender bender, for which insurance offered a few different options for repair shops. I picked one close to my home.Abra stated it would take a 2-3 days (less than a week) to repair the damage. They took about a month. When I would call for updates they would let me know that the car was being worked on and was not done yet. They would provide no actual, or helpful information.Now my car is leaking water via the panel that they repaired. I have been calling them so that I can bring my car in to verify the issue and proceed with a warranty claim. I cannot get any straight answers from them, nor can I get them to call me back for the initial visit.I would strongly recommend that if you need any sort of repairs on your car that you DO NOT USE this body shop.

I always go to Abra for all my auto needs. I stopped in and asked if they would look at my drivers door because the wind had caught it. I called beforehand and he met me at the door, fixed it in 5 min, and as he opened the door for me wished me a great wkend, and all at no charge.

I would not recommend anyone to take their vehicle to this location! The staff are incompetent, unorganized, dishonest, and unreliable. My husband was t-boned by a woman with great insurance, however, they didnt let us pick the place were could have a truck repaired. Unfortunately, I already had one bad experience with Abra Auto Body prior to this accident.I thought last time was bad, but this time was a nightmare! It was so much worse, I considered hiring an attorney because I could not stand to speak to these people anymore.Abra took 5 weeks to return my vehicle in one piece, but it took another 3 weeks of fighting with them for throwing away my hubcaps, blowing my speaker system, and not leveling the brand new door they just put on. My door is still broken and my speaker system had to be rewired by my husband due to their mistakes.My husband and I own a business and would never treat people with the lack of respect and horrible customer service that we received by the staff at Abra Auto Body.

I bought 90$ worth of parts to put back on the rear bumper cover of my 98 Cadillac Deville, I figured I would get an estimate to see what it would cost to take off 2 tires, undo some screws, replace the pieces (the 2 plastic bits I already bought) screw the plastic bit to the bumper cover, put back on the tires. I didnt want to do this myself because I dont own any tools and I live in an Apartment. I was quoted $138 for an hour long job at most worth of labor. I said that may seem like a fair deal to someone with no mechanical experience, not to me.

It took them 5 weeks to fix my car and they didnt put my front bumper on right the first time I had to take back and point it out to them so they had to order some clamps and something else for my bumper for them to fix it when they should have done it right the first time
