We have had three of our vehicles worked on by Platinum this past year. They have done outstanding work on each vehicle. The staff is very professional and courteous, and the quality is amazing. If something is not just perfect they will work on it until it is right. Amazing folks! Hopefully I want need one often, but when I do, this will always be my choice for a body shop.

We took our 1976 Corvette to Platinum Collision after a minor accident and they did an awesome job. The paint matched perfectly and you can not tell there was ever an accident with the car. The staff was very professional and helpful. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely use them again and reccomend them to anyone looking for a great experience with their vehicle. 5 stars!!!!

Everything about my experience with Platinum Collision, was positive., Not only were the people proffesional, they were very personable in adressing the concerns and questions I had about my car. Big Shout out to Betty for taking time to listening/answering and for going over my car with a fine tooth comb. They kept me updated as work progressed, and I was able to pick up my car on time, on the day they said it would ready. The staff at Platinum did a flawless job, my car looks as close to knew again as possible, Hope i never need a body shop again, but if I do : Ill be back !

Had a great experience at Platinum Collision. I wrecked a Ford F350 that was in excellent condition. I thought it would never be the same again but I was wrong. Platinum Collision restored it to new condition. There was great communication with the insurance company with no headaches. I will definitely be returning with if need be.

I have had multiple cars fixed by Platinum Collision over the last year. Most recently was my brand new 2019 F-250 King Ranch after a head on collision. The truck came out looking brand new again and runs amazing. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my cars

👎🏿 Paint is peeling off and chipping already. They damaged parts that where just fixed. Left old parts on the vehicle. I recommend inspecting their work cause they will definitely try and pull a fast one on you if you don’t.

Ive used them two or three times over the years, and am always extremely happy with the results. They do excellent work and my car is always spotlessly detailed when I pick it up. I never have issues with payment - Martha takes care of everything. Wonderful business!

I will never go here again. The new owner sucks and under pays their employees. They fired Butch Reeves who is the best painter in town. For no reason at all. They hired one of their friends who doesnt do half as good of work as Butch does. Over half the business from that shop was because of butch. They will learn. He will get a job that treats him and pays him what he is worth! They hire a bunch of druggies and pill heads up there

I was not initially told that there is a storage fee, added fees like a $250 administration fee that is categorized as material that is not explained, when you dont use your insurance. I paid alot of money that I couldnt afford to platinum to just have them release my car to me because everything was not explained. This is not against any of the ladies up front because they were polite even while cashing my bill out.
