Do NOT do business with Certified Collision in Marshall, Texas. Eric Nichols, the owner, is not only unprofessional, but also a terrible business man. He is too busy trying to get in younger girls’ pants to handle business properly. Rather than keeping things professional and strictly car-related, he would rather send me flirty, suggestive messages. Not to mention, he’s MARRIED. Disgusting and unprofessional.Regardless, the whole operation is shady and dirty. Lying to me to to lure me into his establishment just to withhold my vehicle is unethical and unprofessional.I am highly disappointed with Eric’s actions regarding the whole situation, for I’ve sent plenty of business there while I was working at Marshall Ford. Never have I ever dealt with anyone so egotistic and immoral.I will NOT be recommending his shop to anyone here forward.

I was told 2.5 hours for a windshield replacement. They had the windshield the day before my 10am appointment. I came in at 12:38 pm to check/pick up my vehicle and was told thatthere was a problem and it would be an hour more. I never received a phone call and I had to call back after an hour and 45 minutes to check again. I was told it still wasnt done. Once I told them I had to have my truck and I would come get it either way, miraculously it was done!!!!???? Never again, customer service is dead apparently and a 1 minute courtesy call is just to much to do.
