These folks made the best of a frustrating situation for me on 10/22/21. My tire was fixed & I was back on the road in a flash. Best $15.32 I have ever spent! I appreciate their kind attitudes & great personalities.

David was very professional, assisted me with my tire. Explained to him that I had purchased a used tire to make it to Gateway and that I want to keep the used tire & place the new tire on the front. Wait time was not long, very friendly environment, lobby was clean. I would definitely recommend Gateway Tire the best tire shop in Marshall & when you get there ask for David.

They installed a new sensor and had my car relearn my tpms. Thanks guys!

Good customer service with limited seating to maintain social distancing. Surprisingly, longer than average time to complete basics i.e. tire rotation and oil change. Second visit to Gateway Tire and managements ability to handle adverse situations will keep our business.

Not bad tire store

Was there on Friday for a good deal on 2 tires. They broke a stud and took 3 hours to put 2 tires on. Tried to do new brakes on Wednesday and tires could not be removed because they had crossthreaded 3 bolts. And didnt replace the original broken stud . My husband is there now waiting for it to get fixed. Almost 1.5 hours and they finally ordered the parts. Guy inside was nice but the guy in the bay Tyler? does not know what hes doing.

Fast, friendly service! Great price on tires for my car. Efficient and timely. Comfortable lounge with TV, magazines and snacks while you wait. Very pleased with these folks!

I would like to Thank Gateway Tire company, they are absolutely awesome! My daughter is attending College in Marshall, her car had all of the coolant spill out of her car. I called Gateway for help, as I was 4 hours away.The gentleman answered and was ready to help, even offered to pick up my daughters car to check it out. I have to say, they helped ease my worries. This place is great. I have a 2002 Ford Mustang and I use stock tires. I wanted something with over a 600 rating on treadwear, the man Daniel made sure that I got this and it was Yokohama tires. Then I was to pay over five hundred and something dollars. At this point I looked at my account on my phone, I showed him and I told him I dont want an overdraft. I asked if he could ask if he could come down to about $540. He did. Now mind you, I bought tires that would cost over $700. See you tell me if gateways an excellent place to shop. Oh, and the service was great and very fast. I was coming back to Carthage and I accidentally was doing 90 because the car was so smooth.

I had been told that a flat tire couldnt be fix and needed a new tire. So, I took it to Gateway Tires. The leak was very slow and took several professional people to just find it. All 4 of my tires were new. I waited for them to repair the flat. They told me the keys were in my truck. As I tried to pay out, I was told there was no charge. I was told this, If you ever need new tires come to us. Great place, and I have used them before and was very satisfied with there workmanship.

They meet you as soon as you pull up. Fast, friendly, wonderful service. They do the job right the first time or recommend someone who can do it for you. And in some cases, they will drop you off and pick you up. Gateway tire and services are the only auto shop I trust with my car!

We were traveling through TX on our way home and had tire trouble. Although it was closing time, the guys were SO helpful and remained open in order to replace our tires and get us on our way. So very grateful!

We took our car in because it keeps overheating. They kept the car overnight and told us that they turned it on left it in neutral for 2hrs running to see if it would over heat. They didnt test drive it or even check under the hood. And it overheated the same day we picked it up. Where is the logic in this process. Just poor work ethic.

These guys are good to go! My battery died across the street from them and they brought a guy out to jump me and replace my battery. Kinda rough but good guys.

Got a trailer flat on our road trip. They had it changed fast and reasonably priced.

There okay. Usally do good work. Today I was not impressed. And they spilled oil causing it to smoke.

Great place to get tires on car

They had no help i was there for 2 hours to change 1 tire. I needed 2 i drove to there other store in Shreveport for tire 2. No key to take off the tire. This shop had it 1 1/2 hours drive. Took from 10 am to 6 pm to get 2 tires.

I have long exceeded the average time spent here. Ive been here about an hour and a half with only 1 car in the bay and mine is still sitting outside waiting. No one has said a word to me about how much longer it may be.

Only place ill take my car to for tire repairs/replacement. Very honest shop and i dont feel like im being hassled or scammed. Service can take awhile if you wait ro late in the day tho.

The man inside was nice but the man that changed the steering tires on this truck scratched both wheels really bad, to lazy and didnt care enough to use a mud flap so he wouldnt scratch them.
