I live 254 miles from Marshall Ford but a friend advised me to call them so I did. Glad I did. I had my best new car buying experience with Marshall Ford. The deal (custom order truck) was made in less than 10 minutes over the phone and I was kept advised during the entire waiting period. I was treated more like a friend than a customer. When I arrived 4 months later to pickup the new truck I found all the people at the dealership were the way I remember Texas folks from my youth, friendly and laid back and made you feel at home. I miss those old days. The last car I tried to buy prior this was from a DFW dealership. Everything was done except signing the final paper. But the people were so pushy I finally got up and walked out. Went down the road and bought from a different dealership.I will send everyone I know looking for a new Ford to Marshall Ford and you can be assured when the time comes Ill be back also.

The only positive thing I have to say is that I bought a good car at a good price. This is my second vehicle to buy from Marshall Ford in 4 years. It will likely be my last. The salesmen we talked to knew we were coming to look at the car the next day, but while on the way there, he calls to tell is he sent the car to get detailed. We Came later in the day but he wasnt there. Then the next day, he says other people are interested in the car and need $500 deposit to hold the car for us.I havent even drive the car, and he wants me to send money. I tell him I want the car and will be there in the morning to come get it and to remember that I am a returning customer. He said he was sending someone to drive it overnight and they would probably buy it in the morning. So I started looking for other vehicles. Next day he calls me saying that the deal fell through and asked if I wanted to send a deposit. .I say no. I thought the car was sold so am looking t other vehicles. He then sends pressed texts to me. I was ready to not buy the car. But it was what we wanted for the price we wanted. Only reason I did business with Marshall Ford.

Took my lincoln natulus in for factory recall(Replace small wire under seat)Also needed software update to solve transmission glitch. I ask about transmission fluid change, was told I was way early for change per recommendation from factory guide lines. Was going to get oil change also and was told I was still two thousand mile before due.They fix my transmission problem, and didn’t try to stick me with unnecessary fluid changed.They were helpful and polite.I’ll be back

Anyone considering or looking for a Ford vehicle this is the place to go. I’m the type of person that cringes at the thought of purchasing a new car and dealing with a sales person, well not at that this dealership. We were immediately greeted by Tyler Self in a warm and friendly manner. He was very knowledgeable about the Ford Escape that my husband and I were looking at. Curtious, they took time to explain what work needed to be done, and why. They were quite busy and explained that would take several days to do the work, but got my truck serviced 2 days earlier than was told.

By far the worst experience Ive had. Picked my truck up had oil/grease marks all over my bumper. Also charged me for batteries after I told them they were dead and just needed a charge. But they put new ones on and charged me for em.... my old batteries are only 2 months old brought em home charged em work great...

So normally I don’t post reviews of anything too much, but after the experience that I’ve had with this dealership there needs to be a light shed on this.I was in the market for a secondhand Ford raptor. I wanted to certain color with certain features in this dealership had it exactly as I was looking. After reaching out to Stephanie we were able to work out a deal for the truck. I live a few hours away and was not able to go physically see the truck, so she sent numerous pictures and videos. After making the deal, they delivered the truck to a meeting point and i drive it back home. Everything was perfect! THEN....i get home and try and open the tailgate, but it was not working. I reached out to Stephanie and she got me set up with their service manager and without hesitation, he said that they will repair it. I brought it to my closest dealership, their Service manager called the service manager of Marshall Ford and got everything taken care of. Marshall Ford did not have to do that at all especially since I declined any warranty after the purchase. It’s things like this that make customers come back to this dealership. Honest and integrity. Thank you Stephanie for all your work and thank you Marshall Ford for helping me with the tailgate broke. Fantastic dealership and amazing customer service.

Outstanding Dealership. Bought a used car from Marshall Ford and they allowed us to view underneath as well as check the engine Diagnostics. Ive driven the truck to California, have towed my jetski and quads on different trailers and the Truck ran like a Champ. Even with an appointment the wait time for an oil change is way too long! No communication as to why. No employee talked to me at all! I had to inquire why my vehicle was sitting in the service area unattended. It was finished and who knows for how long. I will not return to this dealership for service.

This place is a joke my girlfriend just went in there to get an estimate because she ran over some debris on the innerstate, so the guy kept saying well call the insurance company you need a rental car kept kept trying to get her to rent a car and leave the car there but we still havent even got the OK from the insurance company yet these people are all about money and not about customer service . I told her that we will take it somewhere else that isnt so pushy ....His response to me. this shows you what type of persons the owner is which is a good thing for me Ill go elsewhere with by business. And then even had the nerve to make fun of my name, what a child.

Marshall Ford is the best Ford dealer in the northwest LA area and the east Texas area. I purchased a F-350 Power-Stroke back in the spring of 2020 with a 410 gear. I was a little hesitant when they told me fuel mileage would be around 16mpg; 17mpg on the road new, 19mpg at 8k miles.If you want service on a vehicle, go to Marshall Ford. Left vehicle at a dealer in LA for minor issues. Three (3) days later, went and picked up vehicle and took it to Marshall Ford which is an hour drive. That’s the reason I went to Marshall Ford. I took my car out to Marshall Ford and explained to Doug, the Service Manager that I had to boost mly 1918 Ford Explorer of to get it started over the weekend and I noticed that the battery post was covered in acid build up. I cleaned the battery up and I noticed that the positive post was loose inside the battery but the car started anyway. I drove home parked and let the car sit overnight and when I got up the next morning, I had to do the same thing over again. The Service Manager stated that, that was not good and that he would get a Service Tech on the matter right away. I was told to wait inside have a cup of coffee. I was only in the Dealership a little over an hour. Doug advised me that the Battery was still under warranty and that I was good to go. I think Doug went over and beyond his duties.
