I brought my van in to try to determine where an oil leak was and they found it to be something I replaced myself, which I felt I could try to do again for much cheaper, so I declined their repair. I asked what I owed for the diagnostics and they said that was free. I insisted. They didnt cave. When I picked the van up I again offered to pay SOMETHING (I had $20) for figuring out where it was coming from for me and they (Jake) again declined.I do admire this as I believe, as a matter of principle, there is too much freebie seeking in the world, too much entitlement. I try not to be. I prefer a quid pro quo approach and the oft-ignored golden rule. I figured I can at least pay them a 5-star review if they wont take my dag-gum money! I recommend them.
Brought my car in a month & a half ago because my air stopped blowing in my front of my vehicle but not the back (I have third row seating) and also because my floor boards became soaked in the front. They charged my AC and sent me on my way. Paid over $100 for that and as soon as I got in my car there was still no air (must not have made sure it was working before saying it was finished). I walked back inside and they said they couldn’t even look at it again for another week & a half. Brought it back and needed a new blower motor. They installed and that was another $250. I asked about reimbursement for the unnecessary recharging of my AC but wasn’t given one. Asked about my floor boards and was told the drain was fine. Same day I picked it up after the blower motor was installed it was blowing great but no longer blowing cold air. Called them and they said they couldn’t get me in for another week and a half. Brought it to another shop Instead and had to have AC pressure sensor replaced. Floor boards became soaked again and brought it to a different shop and turned out my AC drain was not fine and had 3 gallons of water inside which drowned my brand new blower motor. Had to have the blower motor replaced again and all that was the problem was a black rubber piece that was stuck and stopping it from draining properly. Called Sundance to ask about warranty for my blower motor and told them what happened and only then is when I was told my AC drain was actually not fine when brought in and that there was a lot of water inside (which, if known prior, could’ve saved me from replacing a blower motor twice). The secretary was friendly and very helpful and sympathetic but am not happy with how much time and money it took to get nothing fixed from there.
Horrible customer service, receptionist was so rude we took our business elsewhere. She acted as if we were a burden and wasting her time!
They are always very professional about the work they do. I took my work vech. in because I thought it needed brakes because it was making noise when I backed up. Came to find out that it did not need a brake job after all. They called me back the same day told me what was going on with the vech. A lot of other shops would have done a brake job and not even told me that there was nothing wrong with the brakes. You dont find a lot of shops that are very honest now days. So I will go back to Sundance auto repair when I need work done on my cars. Thank you Sundance Auto repair for the great work you do.
Worst mechanic shop ever when it comes to timely work being done. I was told it would be done by the end of the week last week, only to find out it will still not be done today. Ive been told it should be done by the end of the day two days in a row. I brought it in on a Monday, was suppose to be done by Friday, and now it still isnt done the next week on Wednesday. Absolutely ridiculous and I do NOT recommend them for any work past an oil change. I dont even know if I would recommend an oil change because it would take a full week to get it back at this rate.
I was in a pinch to get an oil change and they came through for me. They also rotated my tires for me in the same visit. Would definitely recommend them.

Like many people, the super cold temps cause trouble for my dads car. They got us in as quickly as they could on a busy day and fixed the problem (a blown fuse) promptly and professionally. They have done a great job with our Nissan and my dads Kia. Its difficult to find someone local who works on those makes, and they do a fantastic job.
Always courteous and professional staff. Reasonable prices. Highly recommend You give these guys a chance if you are having problems with your vehicle.

I had to cancel two oil changes here cause my car kept dieing but as soon as I got to their shop they got me in right away! I got my battery situation figured out and did the oil change right there then! I was beyond grateful for the work they did. They said it would take and hour and it only took 40 minutes. Andy was the guy who worked on my car and he did a wonderfull job. They are professional and very friendly, I will surely be sending anyone I know there way!

Had a failed water pump on the home to St. Cloud. Guys at B &A Sundance were great. Fixed it up within 2 hours. They even drove us to Perkins to wait it out. Personable, knowledgable, good workmanship.

Went there multiple times hoping it would get better, but seems as tho even if you have an appointment you won’t have your car for 7-9 days. Only looks for concerns by the customer and no other related problems.
Fix things without asking. Took 3 days and still wasnt fixed. Gave them one shot and will never do business there again.

Brought car in 3 times for the same problem and still not fixed. Now he wont fix it because he is waiting for the parts store to replace or pay for the part again. Getting bad parts twice and still not able to get it fixed. Finally got new parts and problem solved. Took time but problem solved.
Too busy for any drive up customers
First i was stuck waiting almost 2 hours after my appt for my car to get looked and then tried diagnosing an oil issue with out any physical diagnostics just oh i smell it how pathetic and not professional my car didnt even go into the shop!
