I would really like to see this company go back to providing items by what we use and ask for. Not just ship whatever and hope it sells. Plus they dont have proper amount of stock. This started way before COVID and what is up with the ugly clothes? They use to have way cuter selection no matter your size.

When traveling I always make it a point to find those Murphy stations and recommend you become a member that way you can save even more. From my experience traveling across country almost everywhere Ive been Murphy gas makes it a point to beat the competition in their area by at least four or five cents not to some people that may not be a lot but it really does add up and the more you use them the more rewards you will build up with the rewards membership its free to join and you can save up to an additional $0.10 off a gallon when you want. So whether youre just topping up or filling up earn those rewards and then use them when youre getting that full tank of gas fill up running on empty and want to save those pennies $0.10 a gallon on a 25 gallon tank is an extra $2.50 you can go pick yourself up some coffee with that. Murphy is definitely the gas station for me

Hands down. My Walmart So far. They always have it nice and neat and the workers are always busy. I never see them standing around talking and not working. If talking it seems to be work related. This Walmart pretty much always have everything that I need and I love love how they stay stocked well on everything that I need.

Harassed by the clerk at self checkout while purchasing toys for donations. How about checking that guy walking out the door with a 60 inch tv? Ridiculous. Merry Christmas.

Employees were very sweet and helpful. But I needed the handicap restroom and both were out of order so an employee took me to the family bathroom which was locked but opened it right up. Thank you

We always order our groceries online and just do pick up but the service from the pick up department is very exceptional. Great thanks to all the runners that put the groceries in the car and also the shoppers that fill the orders!

My father recently started having to use the in store scooter chair. Everyone has went out of their way to accommodate his needs. The only negative would be that on Fridays, they are usually short on the above mentioned item.

They have the best hunting department of any Walmart.

In all the motels I have been in I like this one the best. It has free internet. I have never been in a motel that has a couch like this. I think any other places I stay I may always pick Days Inn.

This is the Worst Laziest bunch of any WM I been in in 49 states Many a Rude Employees standing around but not willing to help & argue with paying customers in line & then its my turn same thing! all they can do is push buttons, scan & argue!

The only reason I even went there was for the pharmacy. They refund my money for my insurance. Then the next month something they couldnt get my insurance to work. Rude employees and wouldnt listen to what I was saying at all. I asked for refund and they still acted like what I wanted was beneath them

I would like to see Walmart actually care about customer loyalty and remember that it is the customer that makes the company profitable.

Went to this store looking for a 5 gallon bucket and lid. Also a brass nozzle for a water hose. Checked out the HomeDepot.com. Set my store. Went to said store. Couldnt find the nozzle. Where the website said the item was located, it was not. They dont keep up the site. . . . Parked in the handicapped parking at the entrance. After walking half the store and with my problems, I was about worn out. THEN I had to walk all the way to the other end of the store to check out and to exit the store, only to have to walk all the way to the other side of the parking lot to where I was parked. These stores need their entrances and exits in the middle of the buildings so that its more convenient for EVERYONE! Home Depot why do you have 5 gallon buckets at the end of each aisle but you dont have the lids with them? FYI to other customers. . . water hoses and nozzles ARE NOT in the Garden Center. 5 gallon buckets and their lids are in the paint department.Now for the positive. The employees I encountered were polite and friendly. The lady working the self checkout was kind enough to scan my purchases, even though I was able to do it myself. Thank you nice lady. I wish I had gotten your name . . . The store was neat and clean.

I like Walmart because of the wide variety of items they carry. Often the other stores will have the same item, but in a smaller package.

Nice place. Mostly like all other Walmart’s. We found everything we were looking for with no problem. It was clean through out and the staff was friendly. As a matter of fact, they appeared to be having a job fair and there were lots of people in line for it. They must be a pretty good employer for this small town. The men’s room was clean and stocked. I did not use ladies room, but assume it was taken care of like the men’s. A very nice shout out to Tomeka, our cashier! She was terrific and funny.

Keep trying to get them to carry a good vegeterian stock but no ones listening, have to travel to longview for my main menu.

It was a perfectly good Walmart, nothing sketchy and not especially different from others.

In terms of Wal-Mart this one is an average Wal-Mart with just about everything you will need. Here lately there has been a lot of items that were out of stock. I am a very repetitive shopper and this causes problems with my budget and weekly planning. Plus there are never enough lanes open (unless you count self-check out!). And today while shopping there, there were several grocery pick-up employees darting around the store grabbing items for pick-up customers and I had to wait on one who clearly knew I needed to get by but didnt care. Have some respect for the in person shoppers. We probably spend more money anyway!

Probably the worst Walmart Ive ever been to in terms of stock. the store physically is fine but i consistently walk out without completing my shopping . theyre constantly out of stock on some of the basics.

They are wanting the customer to check out all their items instead of the employees doing it !!!!!!! They have almost gone to all self checkout !!! If I wanted to checkout my own items, I would have an employee badge and get weekly payroll. I told the lady that asked me, that there was a Brookshllre store and a H.E.B. just up the road, and they not only checked out the itemsThey would put them in your vehicle..

I went to get spray paint,a phone card, and dog food. They did not have the dogfood i wanted in stock. And the spray paint isle was in need of major stocking and organizing. Looked under staffed and a large majority of the floors and shelves were dirty.

Had a free old spice body wash coupon and had to wait for help but service was good

We tried to get come fabric cut and three times we had to have someone paged to come help us. No one showed up. We waited at least 30 minutes. We gave up and left.

Never enough checkers / cashiers! It’s so frustrating! Just fed up! Other than that, the store is clean and stocked. Employees are very nice especially Willy in Automotive, he’s always super helpful always goes out of his way to help anyone, knowledgeable about Automotive, Paint, Fabrics, you name it. He’s the only reason I keep going back and put up with the lack of cashiers. He doesn’t work Monday or Tuesday apparently so I just don’t shop on those days anymore because I know I probably won’t get what I need if he’s not there.

I never have any issues here. Good prices, clean restrooms, and the staff is friendly. Heres a tip though: I dont work there.. I will stand in line for an hour before I use the self checkout. Give me the employee discount, and Ill happily do it myself. P.s. Wal-Mart+ is worth the cost.

Most store associates are friendly but the pharmacy is a different story older blonde is rude and disrespectful and I absolutely do not like dealing with her at all at the Marshall,tx location.

Linda, the one in the yellow vest, in self check is so unprofessional. She actively and purposefully only watches people of color check out. She stood leaning to her right to let me and everyone else know that for some reason she was watching me self check. During other visits Ive noticed her hovering over black customers as they check out at the same time she turns her back to white customers while they self check. Also the associates at this location will not give customer service. Good luck finding someone and when you do they just point in a direction. For example, I asked where are the mask and the associate exclaimed the mask are in the middle aisle. Also the people who gather merchandise for the curbside pickup push those carts violently thru the store. They will run you over. So rude. During a recent visit I stood back and watched her and she is profiling black customers. She stood at another register across from a black man and just stared. When it was my turn she came over and started replacing bags on the register I was actively using. There were other empty registers and she was not paying attention to white customers.

The family grocer has been there as a staple, thanks for your continual support of the community.

Extremely busy and couldnt fix my issue. However, the gentlemen working the automotive dept were the most friendly and helpful I have met in a long time. Especially for Walmart!! Thanks Lebon and Joe!!

The lady didnt get a chance to catch her name it was about 5pm on June 1st by the groceries wanted to blame my wife for their machine locking up after she tried using a Wic card at the self check out where there are no signs post an there was only 2 lanes opened for check out. So yeah if you want to be blamed for the lack of machines working come to the Marshall location.

I live 3 minutes from this Wal Mart... The service had gotten worse through the years but this past year, it has went down to another level. One checker usually, long lines, groceries and stockers down every aisle, who will not speak to you unless you speak, no excuse me,, nothing. Usually several employees in groups talking with friends

First time the Walmart in Marshall TX. The Staff was Friendly ans the shelves were stocked pretty well throughout the store. I just wish the Sam Waltons Philosophy of When there are 3 or More Customers waiting in Line, You Open Up another Register was still in Effect!!! There is NO NEED For Corporate Greed!!! Take care of Your Customers and Theyll take care of You!!!

Surprisingly very clean and neat! The first thing I saw walking in was an employee cleaning baseboards and in corners near the entrance/exit. There was a cart cleaner/greeter present and actually doing their job, there were actually cashiers in lanes, the self checkouts werent backed up or all red lighted needing assistance, I was able to easily find the things I needed without assistance, AND even though I chose to checkout in a self checkout lane, an employee approached me and still informed me on a good deal they were having at the moment on $1 lunch kits. I was pleased with my visit here and would come back again as well as recommend it to others.

It would be higher if the produce were more plentiful. Sometimes, there are very limited choices of tomatoes, potatoes, lettuces, etc. These are everyday items.

Went in the self checkout and was centered out all of a sudden to have my receipt and cart checked. I agreed and then asked why the other two customers werent being watched and checked. The manager came up and said oh youre absolutely right and we appreciate your business. I watched for another few minutes and witnessed no one else being watched as close as we were. We spent well over $300 and did not appreciate the accusations towards us. Do not shop here!

Didnt like it there was only 3 cashiers and 4 self checkouts open the store was packed i was stuck in line almost an hr with my 2 kids this is ridiculous this is why I rarely shop at Walmarts...

Everyone was polite and helpful but when I left my phone number still hadnt been ported from boost to my new phone and the girl didnt give me any paperwork on the plan I got which is through sprint who just got bought out by t-mobile so when the phone has very limited phone call and no internet capability or service the 2nd phone call lady said to go get a t-mobile sim card but it wont work in my phone.its a whole different network .... CDMA, not gsm.

I Thank God for Walmart Shopping Centers. I Can Get Just About Everything I Need From Walmart.
