Cool little joint downtown Marshall. Seems to be a family affair. Great coffee laid back atmosphere. Saved this to my locals folder, we will be back.

I periodically visit Joe Pine when in need of a simple and sweet place to read and enjoy coffee. Side note, I love the natural light in this place.

I went there today on the way back from a road trip and I loved it. I was there right when it opened and the girl at the counter was super helpful and cheery. The drinks were awesome and the decor was light and refreshing. I should have bought some merch!

I stopped here after a train ride from Arkansas. As I awaited an appointment I googled coffee bars. So glad I did. Presently I’m enjoying a mocha latte and a slice of quiche. It’s early morning as I watch the traffic go by. Perfect location to relax and have some amazing Joe. 😊

Went to Jefferson on a girls getaway and drove over to Marshall for coffee. I really enjoyed my Iced Mexican Vanilla Oat Latte. My niece got caramel steamed milk and said it was the best shes ever had. My 8 year old drank all of her honeysuckle latte. Everyone else enjoyed their drinks as well. I always seek out places who make their own syrups, sauces, and/or mylks...it just tastes better IMO. If ever in the area again, I would stop back by Joe Pine.

Rented the shop to host a bridal shower for my niece.They made everything so easy. The baristas were amazing❤️It’s a great place to host events. 10 out of 10.

Never thought that creamy would be a word Id describe a strawberry soda. I would have never thought of such a flavor combo and the little bit of strawberries was just perfect. I am totally trying out the other sodas

Great Place, Great Atmosphere, Great Service❤❤❤...I Love when I go in this Place the Workers are Courteous, the place is Clean and Inviting🤗....ALSO, the WORKERS ARE PROPERLY WEARING THEIR MASKS AT ALL TIMES... I visited another local coffee shop and ALL the workers were wearing their Masks under their Noses(not a nice sight😧) and most the Customers were not wearing Masks😧 as well...it just makes Big Difference in this Pandemic!!...the Staff workers here are very knowledgeable of the items they are selling..Love this Place❤

This family owned coffee shop is a wonderful place in downtown! Syrups are housemade and many ingredients used are from small family farms, as well as baked goods from local bakers. Great ambiance to enjoy on your own or when catching up with a friend!

The Mexican Vanilla Latte is great. Very polite staff.

My experience at Joe Pine is always a good one, Especially when Morgan Jochum is the barista. She always is consistent with her coffee making and art, as well as bringing a friendly attitude that lifts me up! Thank you Joe Pine for hiring great people! Joe Pine is the new but undisputed flagship of Marshalls downtown. Open from early morning to late at night (except Sundays!), its a great place to start the day, do some work, or just unwind and enjoy the East Texas life.Ive never had anything but fantastic experiences with them - theyre some of the friendliest and kindest people around for sure. While the lattes and teas are great to explore and savor, the real star is the house blend. Days are always better after a cup (often two) of what is some of the finest coffee Ive found.Ill keep coming back as long as they keep pouring!

This is an adorable coffee house with amazing coffee. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. This is a cool place to go and study or just grab a quick coffee and pastry. There is outdoor seating as well which is something that can be hard to find in East Texas. Definitely check it out!

Really a nice coffee shop. In the heart of downtown Marshall, you get the ambiance, of the old town but remodeled. Very good coffee but the only downside is there is only one size. Very comfy chairs. Would definitely go back.

Great hang out spot for me and my friends. The Mocha Latte is the best thing ever!!!EDIT: After months of coming here the coffee has gotten better and the staff is always very nice and inviting. I can come and just relax or wind down after work either way my experience is always top notch

I visited Joe Pine while on a work trip to Marshall. It is open late, which is nice and sometimes hard to come by in small towns. It is a relaxing place to come with a friend or get some work done. The coffee was more expensive than I expected, but it was tasty!

Friendly people here, coffee and hot cocoa is really good too. We enjoyed it very much 😊

I very much enjoy the environment, also the pour it forward chalkboard is pretty awesome. Love that idea. Feels cozy and has a nice vibe. The coffee is stout and the treats are sweet and all the ingredients are listed on the packaging. I enjoy that, greatly.

Awesome downtown coffee shop with unique flavors! The drinks are good and strong with the perfect touch of sweetness. Not too sweet like other coffee shops. Definitely recommend if youre in Marshall!

Relax in a comfortable and cozy setting. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor area is covered and is shaded in the evening. Best of all, the coffee is top notch and not priced as highly as in the national chains shops.

The coffee is so nasty, doesnt matter how much you try to hide it with milk.... get an americano and youll definitely know. Only reason this place gets good reviews is because everyone thinks the are posh by going there.

First time at Joe pines and I am absolutely in love with it! So much better than Starbucks and is worth the price!

We ordered one mocha latte, two caramel lattes, one vanilla latte, and an ice tea. They made us one mocha and three carmels. When my daughter went back to the counter to let them know her coffee should have been a vanilla latte, they would not make eye contact with her, so she eventually gave up and decided to just drink what she had. In addition, my mocha latte tasted burnt. My husband doesnt drink coffee, so he ordered an iced tea. After waiting for 15 minutes plus to get our coffee, they realized they had run out of ice tea and had to make it. I would definitely not recommend this place.

Im from CA and work at Peets. I LOVE coffee and really appreciate it when coffee is made well. I wanted an undertow, which isnt known by many. I told the baristas how to make and they were very nice in accommodating me. The espresso shots were pulled very well. I had to try a popcicle, and that was amay as well. First time here and would definitely come back when possible!

Nice place friendly people...... first I was told all their pulls are doubles.... you used a single portafilter. Second BITTER, no crema, no flavor. Mexican vanilla latte...... tasted like drinking non fat milk out of a used coffee cup. Again no flavor. And no spice. Free wifi and macs does not equal good espresso.

Do not recommend. They got my order wrong and when I told them they said they gave it to another person and wanted me to switch with them after that person had already started drinking it. Refused to remake the drink. Coffee also tasted burnt and lacked any flavor.

This is the super cool hip coffee store from a big city you always wished was here. If you don’t have a MacBook they may not allow you in. I counted 8 on my last visit, no lie. 2$ regular coffee, $3 bottomless cup. WiFi, chalk outside for the sidewalk.

This is THE coffee shop in Marshall. Hands down. If you truly enjoy coffee. The Mexican vanilla latte will have you say “que bueno”. Good music not too loud and fantastic place for a business date or just a coffee date. Hope that soon they will start catering breakfast and lunch.Oh, and the baristas are so welcoming and friendly you feel like family.Great experience. Every time.
