Staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Ive gotten all I need in nearly every trip. I go here about once a month or more for feed and farm supplies. Im never disappointed.

Went 5 minutes before closing. Just needed 1 thing and would have been out before. Lady very rudely said they were already closed.

Well my husband and I went in on the 17th of March 2021 to buy a lawnmower. But not just any lawnmower a 6,ooo dollar one. We where told they had to order the one he wanted and I would be in Wednesday the 24th and would be ready for pick up. Well nedless to say it wasnt ready. Well here it is Saturday the 27th at 2 pm and we a have still yet to see out lawnmower. This is ridiculous. When u spend that much money in a store and they dont take pride in customer service. No phone call to even tell us it was late my husband had to go up there to find out.. Then they tell him it is not here and they will have to get from the Tyler store. So we r sitting here still waiting for it. I guess the grass wont get cut before it rains. Thanks tractor supply!

I ordered all my stuff online and early in the morning. My order was ready fast and I was able to go and call and everything got loaded fast and efficiently. Very pleased made my life easier

Tractor Supply in Marshall always has a cashier greet you as you come in. The one thing that gets me is the fact that there is rarely anyone available to help you load big items. I am lucky enough to be able to load my 50+ lbs of dog and cat food by myself but I know from experience how hard it is to get help around there. Maybe there are not enough employees to keep up with how many people shop there. Either way, it is easier for me to just do it myself.

I need a fire ring for out the back yard but they were out so they ordered me one and then called me when it was ready and I went out there and picked it up. Its a nice place to shop very clean and Excellent customer service.

Cant go wrong with Tractor Supply. We buy all our chicken feed and supplies there. Plus, anything else we think we might need that they sell. Thats the first store we go to and trust. And I enjoy looking to see what kind of home and yard decor they get in all the time

Its a great place to fill up your propane tank when you are RVing

Love shopping at TS. Doesnt matter what store I go to because they will price match which h is very handy. Plus their dog food prices are great compa6to other places. Always friendly staff as well. Ive been a long time customer and I foresee many more years to come!

Always out of propane or nobody there that knows how to fill it, and if someone is there that can fill it prepare to walk back inside and tell them you need propane filled at least another time or two or you will sit out by their gate all day waiting. Been to many other locations and had good luck but this one is horrible.

No masks on employees, one guy that worked there sneezed in his hand 3 times the wiped out on his shirt. I going to order more and more online

I went into the store Sat June 13th not one employee in a mask. I guess store management does not care about their or anyone elses health

I started with them looking for the 7 in 1 shots for my dog. Sure enough they had them along with the wormer medicine. That leaves me with a cheap Vet bill for just the rabies vaccination. They even had a great sale on Wranglers jeans.

I usually do not like coming here because they are the least farm equipped and friendly for ag products we need. Square bales at least are usually good but always need to be inspected. At least some of the help is as helpful as possible.

Friendly and courteous employees. Very RV friendly for filling our Class A motorhome, was able to pull straight through. Awesome job on this idea. Thank you.

Can almost always find what Im looking for here and if cant find it theyll hunt it down. If something they dont carry can usually tell me where I can find it. Had a question on how to hook something up and employee took the time to explain it so even I didnt have any trouble.

They didnt have what I wanted because it was out of stock which is rare for this location still was a great visit to the store

Usually get great service but today there was a girl by the name of Kendall, super rude! Doesnt even greet you and just has an ugh face. There was an older lady in front of us and she asked for something that was outside and she said I need two and told her the price and the employee was like ugh well I gotta go check while tapping her damn shoe. Annoyed!

Staff are not always very helpful and often times they are out of stock of the items we use. This is the most convenient feed and supply store in Marshall and has a good variety of equipment and supplies for pets and farm animals.

Seems a little pricey to me, but great customer service

I dont shop at tractor supply in Marshall unless I have to I dont like the manager he is a smart ellic and does not treat his employees like people I cant believe the company keeps him around .I know a few employees that left the store for better paying jobs he.will not let them even shop at the store.thats a fact I couldnt believe it one of them went in with me to buy a sack of feed they told him he had to leave the store for no reason. I would like to know whats up with that..its bunch of bull in my book..if you dont believe me ask someone that is to work for them..

It will do in a pinch, just understand selection is poor and prices are a bit high.

Way to long of a check out time, employees are nice but there arent ever enough to either get help, or to check out in a timely manner. 5 people in line on a Saturday, and most of that is for feed.

Do not provide any customer service. They give no support if on any items in stock or not.
