Had the same experience going here vs every other Menards. The employees are helpful and not rude. Nothing spectacular.

Bought a washing machine. Madison from the Marshall store answered all my questions about the machines and the extended warranty. And I had a hard time deciding and she helped the whole time. Very much appreciated.

Worthless employees. Rude management. An embarrassment of a Menards establishment.Update: 3rd time back this week as they are the only place we purchase these items from in the area and they are still horrible. Extremely rude, needs to find a new job.

Great, theres a gal named Cindy S. who works in the plants dept, she is really knowledgeable and has always helped me out each and every time I need assistance over the last 5 years. You couldnt ask for better.

Very poor customer service. always have a hard time finding anyone. The store is laid out poorly and takes forever to get what u need. Ace hardware has the same products at a similar price with superior customer service and convenience.

Busy over lunch, still good service. Quickly had my purchases ready. I used online purchase, in store pickup. Scanning out at yard gate after getting items is somehow always a bit of a hassle.

Great store! They always have plenty of items in stock at a reasonable price and theyre easy to find. Employees are usually pretty knowledgeable, and know who to ask about something if they personally dont know the location of an item.

The older man that wears glasses and works in your paint department is very rude and has terrible customer service skills. Makes it so I dont want to spend money because of him.Complains if you bring paint up to be mixed, yelled at my kid for not wearing their mask. Very rude and not a good employee

They are a good place to get what you need, stuff for your home, cleaning solutions, appliances, painting, some food an some drinks- pop, they have stuff for animals as well- mostly for dogs, cats an birds. Call to find out times available when the open an close.

Customer service is terrible (If you can find someone to help). Long wait times for checking out, I spent an hour waiting for ply-wood that they had but couldnt find. I understand the new mask protocol, but requiring me to wear one and then charging me a dollar if i dont have one is a joke. Another way for them to make a buck, I guess.

As the owner of a company here locally Marshall Menards has hands down made my job, my life a lot easier, and my pocketbook a whole lot less stressed. The staff at the Marshall Menards are outstanding to work with and are generally very knowledgeable If they dont have what I need they can either get it, or offer me another solution that usually works equally as well. The customer service is generally top notch and the staff are always friendly and welcoming when me or my guys come in. Go there, get good deals, and utilize the 11%!!! Its a good thing in a small town.

Menards are ok the 11% rebate bring the prices down to a acceptable level. The dumb requirement of everyone must wear a mask is stupid and unhealthy according to the CDC. nothing but tyrannical DEMOCRATS.

I wanted to buy a refridgerator and had one picked out, when I took my family to the store they told me I had to wear a mask. They sell masks at the front desk and I asked the lady behind the counter to provide me with one she said they will sell me one for a dollar. Now just because everybody is choosing to live in fear does not mean I will. I took my 1000 dollars and when to Sears where they talked to me face to face and didnt treat me like a child. I shopped at this store alot and use to love this store but I choose FREEDOM over SAFETY

I absolutely will NOT rate Menards because of the horrible service there is a security guard there that was working today and told me and my family to go to door 15 to get our carpet AND IT WAS DOOR 10!!

Love Menards, typically the employees are helpful but one of the checkout people obviously hates their job and people and is not so friendly.

Employees were very helpful. Was in the store for about an hour and had two people take the time to stop and ask if we are finding what we are looking for.

Absolutely the worst service ever. My husband and I love in rural MN and it takes 45 minutes to get to Marshall. We called ahead to have some paint set aside for us. Devin said he would hold it and when we got there had sold them to someone else! It will be the last time we will put our feet in the door. Absolutely pathetic excuse for customer service when the Manager didn’t give a hoot either! Done with Marshall, we have options to go to another store!

Always enjoy going to Menards, its additive, cant leave without spending money.
