Never in my life have I dealt with unprofessionalism like this..I went on 09/09/2021 and first of all the salesman was not welcoming at all ..he asked us what we were interested in and we told him...I guess he didnt like the way we looked he automatically assumed we couldnt afford anything better than an ugly basic single wide and only showed us one of the homes I told him we were interested in....the whole time we were there he act as if we were a bother I will NEVER try to do business locally again but I thank him for treating me like that be a use on 9/10 we were approved for the home we wanted and asked for from Louisiana.if I could give a half star I would

Bought in December 2020 we have had nothing but problems from roof not right siding not on correctly leak in house doors an windows not closing front door knob falls off yard problems chimney leak carpet not installed correctly laminate problems electrical problems can’t get shut fixed an now just noticed there is mold in the ceiling in the restroom by the vent can’t get nothing fixed been waiting on carpet guy for 3 months now took 4 months for them to fix the problems inside try to call Jordan Myers (lol what for he don’t answer) this is my first home an I am regretting it everyday seems like there is just more an more problems then it’s work for the hundreds of thousands of dollars I’m paying u really would think that you would be able to enjoy your new house instead I sit here worrying what’s next

Made the process much easier than I thought it would be. Not happy with some contractors attitudes, poor communication, mess they left both inside and out eyc. They put old trees and stumps in an area I just cleared out and they did that twice. Also the electrician left both parts, garbage and mud inside the laundry room that wasnt cleaned up. Finally, on the complaint side they failed to fix the glass door latch that holds it shut and theyve been here and left for parts 3 or 4 times. Didnt like being told to be patient on a five minute fix theyve been here about 12 or more hours and went to get parts for 2 or 3 times. Fix it! On the huge plus side everyone loves the way my home looks and a passer by ask me if I was married and proposed. If that happens you might get 5 stars even with incompetent door repairmen....

Charismatic gentlemen named jordan was extremely pleasant to work with, knowledge, professional and made me feel extremely confident about my purchase. If I could do it a second time I wouldnt because my first experience was better than I could have hoped for and would highly reccomend them to anyone in the market! Just ask for Jordan Myers.

This is the second Clayton Homes dealer we have been to with the same results. All of the models are locked and you can’t get a sales person to help you. We waited about 10 minutes at both locations to never be acknowledged even though sales people walked past us. We aren’t just looking we are buying but I guess it won’t be from Clayton because you can’t even see what they have and it sure makes me worry about what the service would be like if there were problems after the sale.
