Had a pretty good experience here. Adam was very nice and helpful! (as I am not very knowledgeable about cars). There was another man that I didn’t not catch his name, he has a little more of an attitude with me (probably frustrated that i don’t know about cars) and did not explain what he recommended for work to be done…unfortunately that lead to some mistakes being made on the work i needed, but I came back for them to fix it AND i didn’t have to pay for what they had already done once! overall super great people that work in this department at Marshfield and everything was done for a reasonable price :)

Called to ask if they could put some tires on our truck. The incredibly rude lady on the phone said to bring it in as they didnt have anything going on that morning. We asked to schedule an appointment, but apparently they dont do appointments? Drive 45 minutes, get there, and the same rude lady tells us that its going to be atleast an hour and a half before they can touch it. They had one vehicle in getting an oil change. I would be a whole lot more understanding if she had been polite. Will never go here again!

Had a tire repair done, my vehicle had security lug nuts on it 😫, they forgot to put the key back in the vehicle and I had to run back and get it which was a 4 hour round trip, and tire was not balanced after the fact

I got my oil changed today, as well as a tire rotation and balance. Austin the mechanic was polite, professional and very kind - a pleasure to work with. I felt like he was being transparent about what they were doing to my car, and I didnt feel like he was trying to sell me on anything I didnt need. I will absolutely go there again because of his service!

Great shop inside Wal-Mart for tires, oil changes and other services. Technicians are solid, honest, fast and knowledgable while prices are fair. Work is done in open, so if you prefer to watch, thats acceptable as much as strolling around the store while waiting.

Save yourself a few hours and dont bother trying to get them to put tires on. Theyll come up with any reason to not put them on

I have always been treated very well. I have shopped around for oil changes and other services and have found there prices to be competitive. They usually can get me in right away, if not they are honest in telling me a wait time

Go to a real tire shop. Service after the sale. Had no problem with noise in front end when I had 4 tires put on. Not very busy. Sat there for 5 hrs. Paid the bill and didnt complain. Smoke breaks every 15 min I think. Had tire go flat after 3 wks. Told them If it has a nail in I would pay to repair, but if it was leaking because from valve stem or bead. I wouldnt pay. TheyTshey cant take rear tire off because a noise in front end. No manager around.What little I saved on tires, now have to pay another shop to fix their Fu k up.

Quality work, very inexpensive but probably not the speediest place in town

If I could give them no stars I would. I brought my truck in for new tires air filter and oil change and the messed up my lug nut and I left with my same tires. do not take your vehicle there. Please.

Friendly and quick.

Was told 2 hours for 1 tire replacement; ended up fixing tire instead. Took them about 1.5 hours longer to fix it & leave. All while having a 7 yr old with me. Wont ever have anything done again by them!!

Did a wonderful job mounting and balancing tires at a fair price

I came in for a tire patch because I ran over a nail and when they were done they hand turned the lug nuts. So Im driving herring this nocking and sher enuff my tire was wobbly and lugs were coming off. If tire did come off I could be dead or hert someone else.

Prices on synthetic oil beat the sale pricing of the competitors by a hugh margin.

Awful. They were not busy, I was quoted 1.5 hours for a simple oil change, it took about 2 hours.

Left a couple dollars of change inside the vehicle, one of the employees stole all of it besides two penny’s, can’t imagine what they would’ve done with a valuable item in the car.
