Customer service was horrible. I ordered my parts that I needed and the guy slammed the hardware on the box then threw the receipt. I literally did nothing to this guy wasn’t even there for five Minutes. Completely rude. The guy that did this was Christian.

Fun fact. This place can be used as a UPS access point. Was a little cautious at first, but their staff is very friendly and helpful.

Its an auto parts store so they sell what is expected. But beyond that, the staff here all know a thing or two about turning wrenches... and will gladly install a car battery for their customers.Note: that is a skill every car owner should be capable of doing on their own... but the fact that the sales-girl was out in a blizzard installing a new battery for a customer was impressive.

Christian was his name. He was very rude and had attitude. I will not shop at Advance Auto anymore.

Never really happy when I leave this store.

I’ve been living in Marshfield for about a year and almost every day I go pass this store and refuse to shop for any of my car needs simply because there is someone who works there that has a confederate flag on the truck and I simply don’t trust that I would get fair service (based on past experiences). I will never shop at any advanced auto store ever again.

Its a good place but some of their employees there are very absent-minded not sure and what theyre supposed to be getting for a person I went back there three times for the same light bulb that I needed and I actually went to a different place

The only thing they no how to do there is looking up parts on the computer n thats it! Dont even bother asking for advice for fixing ur car. I went in there one day stood in the middle of the store facing the counters. With no other customers in the store. I seen three staff members talking in the back corner. I made eye contact with two of them n they continue there conversation so I walked out n went somewhere else. Needless to say they dont have the best customer service around. But this was awhile ago. They r getting better tho except a of few staff members that dont really no what they r doing

Walked in for an oil filter. 2002 Chev venture. i asked the bearded ginger leprechaun if they sold WIX filters. he mumbled no they are discontinued but ill look and see if we have any left. he asks what model? i said it doesnt matter they only used one engine. its a 3.4 V6 i told him. the leprechaun mumbles under his breath about the warner brother model...i ask him if he is ok because he isnt making sense. he gets defensive and says i worked at GM for 15 years i know what im talking about. he says if i disrespect him i can go across the street to oreillys. i say np, told him he was an idiot and went across the road to oreillys. the leprechaun prob needs to be drug tested...he was babbling and not making any sense
