Very friendly staff. Great customer service contacting me keeping me informed of any changes with my vehicle. I’ve never been treated so well at any service center in town. Reasonable prices and very clean business.

I don’t recommend coming here at all! I came in because my check engine light had been on and my tire sensors were on. They were able to fix my tire sensor however, they told me a bunch of things were wrong that honestly didn’t need to be fixed and then they didn’t even look into the check engine light. And after I left my cruise control didn’t work. I wasted over 900$ on things that don’t matter and now I have to take it in again, somewhere else. Don’t go to this place honestly not worth it. Waste of my time and money.

They are thourough, but dont try to get you to pay for unnecessary stuff. They give you a full diagnostic via email. Im sticking with them!

They do a wonderful job. Went through both my vehicles and listed what all needed changed or fix and the priority they should be done in. Makes it very easy to manage the maintenance on my vehicles and be able to budget for the larger fixes. The are very personal and call about my repairs and explain everything very well before just doing the work. I will continue to bring my vehicles here even though we live pretty far away from them.

Had to have the staff at Forst check work that another shop in town didnt do correctly. They took very detailed notes/ pictures and were friendly and knowledgeable. About a week later I received a nice thank you note. Highly recommend!

Very helpful, very professional.However Found it strange there was a sign stating there were no masks to be worn inside during the covid-19 pandemic.

Tim and his team are always there when I need them to do quality work on not only my customers vehicles, this is the only shop I will take my personal vehicles to in the area! Always satisfied!

My family is new to the area and finding a new descent / honest mechanic is difficult. I am an engineer by trade.Also, I was on a time table. I needed to travel the following weekend with the vehicle to OH. They were able to resolve the issue and get me back on the road in time for my business trip.I bought an aftermarket 3 lift/leveling kit from Superlift suspensions. The upper control arms were very poorly designed from Superlift such that they couldnt properly align the vehicle.Tim worked with me to understand / identify the issue and find a superior upper control arm solution to fix the issue (Ready Lift UCAs). The new UCA geometry allowed for all the necessary adjustment to properly align the vehicle.-Great service-Friendly-Knowledgeable-Works with the customer to understand issues-Clean and Organized Shop-Timely Repairs:-)I would recommend Forst Auto and ReadyLift suspension systems!I would say superlift SUCKS!

Great service and great people! Been going to Forst Auto for years. Tim has never been one to cut corners and has built a solid reputation on that! I get all my oil changes and any other services as needed on my vehicles at Forst Auto.

We would be LOST without Forst Auto. They are timely, fair, transparent, and just take the best care of us. Its hard to find a good honest home town mechanic anymore, and were so fortunate to have Forst just down the road! Thank you!

Forst is fantastic, and has been servicing, maintaining, and fixing our vehicles for years. What I appreciate so much is that they keep us in the know with all of the details of the condition of our vehicles: whats running well, what to keep an eye on, what will probably need work in the future- theres no up-selling to make a couple extra bucks.

I was overcharged. And work was done without my authorization and then I was just expected to pay the bill. I was charged 5hours of labor for 3hours of work. Plus what kind of tune up doesnt include a check of fluids and change of filters and oil? They are polite and got in and out in a timely fashion. The owner thought my review was harsh.

Our fleet of vehicles take some hard use and against all odds, Forst keeps em running like a dream.
