I don’t know where to begin! I was in Marshfield to be at Marshfield Hospital w/my father. Very stressful time and was about to go home to the Milwaukee area and my car started making some crazy bad sounds. I believe his name was Rich or Rick went so above and beyond and figured out my brakes and barrings were shot! He called 3 different parts shops to find parts and later got more from Eau Claire. He worked on it all day and had it done to send me home! He showed me the parts he had replaced…. Would have been so so dangerous to have been on the road. I am so grateful to him!! He does AMAZING work and takes such pride in what he does!! If I lived closer they would be the only place I’d ever go again!😀

This is the only chain location of any oil change type that I have truly loved as much as a little local shop. The staff was amazing, informative but not pushy, and super fast. I was sooo impressed, and will definitely be back.

Great guys, great place. Usually in and out. I received a warning by Police that my brake lights were not working. I was in and out in a half hour and perfectly legal. Inexpensively also.

Excellent service! They checked everything on my car and told me what needed to be fixed. They also offered to fix my car issue. Love the fact that they cleaned my windshield and got any remaining snow off of my car. This was my first visit. I will be back.

Our work team attended a potted winter evergreen arrangement session and those that didnt seem interested to start with had as good a time as those who were looking forward to it. Danielle did a great job teaching us all a session on making an arrangement and there were samples to view. Lots of accessories to choose from and a nice little shop ranging in materials to finished products. The staff was both complimentary while also gently giving suggestions... and complimentary. The guys here are the best! When they say 10 minute oil change, they mean it! Im in and out in 15 minutes generally. Been coming here a few years. They also do a full inspection and dont make me feel like a dumb woman (some auto shops do).

I have tried to bring my car in 3 times for an oil change to be told every time that there is no time available for the day. Two of the times was in the early afternoon so I guess i can understand, this last time was in the AM though. Your websites says no appointment necessary but that does not seem to be true, if i need to set one up a day or a week in advance just say so.

Went to get my oil changed a while ago on a Saturday morning and the staff treated me decent but acted like their minds were somewhere else other than their work. As if they would rather be someplace else than here. It was a I like my job but do I really have to work on the weekends? . A real attitude turn off for me.😔😢

GO HERE FOR REPAIRS IF YOU CAN!When I lived in the black hole of humanity that is Marshfield, Wisconsin, I went to these guys in the winter or when I just didnt have time to work on my own Jeep and Trailblazer.They are friendly, completely honest, and they are more reasonably priced for labor than anyone else in town and let me bring in my own parts. On top of that, they also require no appointment and were very accommodating when I needed something done fast before a business trip.The only downside to these guys is that they can only do some mechanical repairs and not all of them. But what they do, they do well and they know their stuff and they never screwed me over. Wish I had a place like this where I am now.Oh, and they change oil and everything, too, for a reasonable price. Duh.
