Im new to the area and didnt know who I could trust to service my car. I decided to give these guys a try. I am extremely happy with the service I received and they will be my ‘go to’ place for servicing my car into the future. I needed an oil change and I had a running light that needed to be replaced. They also checked the air pressure & rotated the tires, plus the fluid and belt checks that they do.But not only did I pay attention to the service I received but sitting in the waiting area I was privy to the service other people were receiving. If I were any of those other people I wouldve been extremely satisfied with the service as well. I couldnt help but hear the conversation between Matt and a customer who had an older car that he had put a lot of money into as they discussed possibilities and plans for the future to keep him on the road. It was a discussion focused on what was best for the customer. This is not a level of service that you can get just anywhere. They actually care about their customers here.Matt and Joe seem to go above and beyond every day in the service they provide for their customers. This is a great place to take your car or truck.

They made a service call out to my cabin to fix my tires on my Ford 5000. I got in contact with Dave and he was at my cabin within an hour of my phone call. Very pleased with how knowledgeable he was about the service he was providing me. I had fluid put in both my rear tires and checked to make sure there were no leaks. He was very easy to work with, friendly and professional. I will definitely be calling Dave again for any future services for my tractor.

Went for oil change and tire rotation. Jodi is great but the other guy checking me out wasnt helpful. Basically said one of my lug nuts was cross threaded and they couldnt get the wheel off so couldnt do the rotation. Said the lug needed replacement. Since they did the last rotation they caused the damage. Called back later and complained to management and they are supposed to fix it.

Schirl tire is more than just a tire place. I was having an awful day and down on my luck a few years back when I got a flat tire. Not knowing what to do or where to turn to I called Schirl tire and they said bring it in and well look at it and do our best to fix it for you. I limped it in there parking lot and from there is where things started to turn to the better for me. I went in and gave them my info and sat in their waiting room. There was a TV playing with hot coffee or cocoa available in a kuerig style machine. Grabbed a cup of jo and relaxed as I awaited the outcome with my last few dollars to my name hoping that it would be enough to cover any costs. When they where done they called me to the counter and told me they were able to fix the tire. I asked what the damages $ were and they told me its a free fix. They offer free tire repair!!! I just got to say I was a bit shocked and emotional as I never had a company do anything free for me. From that day I said they would get my business for my vehicle from here on out. The small but mighty gesture meant alot to me and many people and really turned things around for me. Fast forward to today, I sit in the same waiting room getting my oil changed thinking about how this place really came through for me that day and ever since. Times have sure changed and my life is much better but as I think about it it all started from that day and what a saving grace. The small things are what Im thankful for the most. I highly recommend Schirl tire for any of your auto needs. The employees in Marshfield are super friendly and they always try their best to get you in as fast as possible.

Update. I went in for a free tire rotation and 138 miles later, @ 54mph on a curve, I had a three wheeled P/U.Good service. Reasonable prices. Good value for the money.

Dropped off a vehicle at 8 am on Saturday and it was not ready until after 11 am. Not sure what the point of having an appointment is.

First time at schierl. super impressed with professionalism and business savvy and customer relations one doesnt often see, especially in this younger generation of workers. Keep it up schierl!!===I have to update this review... when I took the tire, that Schierl said could NOT be repaired because a screw hit too close to the sidewall, to my local accura dealership where I had road hazard, the local acura shop disagreed with Schierl and repaired it.Dont know who was wrong... Schierl or Acura. So had to remove one star just cuz Schierl may just be less risky in repairing these tires, or they may have exaggerated the grey area as they thought I would simply buy a new tire through them. I dont know what is true and I dont have time to figure it out. I am certain Schierl will reply and satisfy me. But for now lowered to 4 out of 5.

Super helpful and honest service in Marshfield.

Had my car checked out since I had a minor leak, turned out to be a problem with my radiator. They told me the estimate would be $845. I called around and found Jims Auto Repair in Marshfield. He fixed everything Schierl was going to fix for less than $400. Less than half the price Schierl estimated. Schierl also charged me $26 to simply look at my car for 15 minutes. Do NOT Go To Schierl!

They hooked me up woth a set of decent tires, did my tierods and a alignment as well as qouted me me for some other things. The staff were great friendly amd nice. They gave me a loaner car for a day while they did mine. 10 out of 10 will be back

I had Schierl tire rotate my front tires which are directional. They charged me $113 to mount and balance two tires basically. That is far more then I paid to get all four of my tires mounted and balanced. The place I usually go didnt have time this week. They also over torqued the wheels. That usually wouldnt be surprising, but they used a torque wrench. The owners manual is in the car and I was in the lobby the whole 1:20. They could have just asked if they didnt know. I guess it is my fault for not asking about price. So I over paid for the service then I had to go home, loosen the lug nuts and re-torque them to the proper spec.

It’s crazy to me that I cannot call and schedule an appointment for a tire rotation and an oil change... You have to just ‘show up’ and hope their isn’t a long line. That’s horrible customer service.

As a mom of 4 little ones Schierl Tire was wonderful with getting me in right away. They fixed the flat tire, put it on and put the spare back for NO CHARGE. They had toys for my kids to play with and their customer service was the best Ive recieved in a long time. I would highly recommend them!!

They try to upsell things to you. Services that your car doesnt need, to make a quick buck. Quality of service was a bit sub par, but at least they were nice people.

I quit doing business with them when I went I ordered the same tire that I had gotten from them 2 1/2 years previous, they did great and wanted another set, I leave paying for new tires I go and look before I drive off and they dont look any different, 6 months later I had a blow out, so I got cheated out of a new set of tires that I paid for because Im positive I drove off with my old set. Note to self, always check the new set before purchase, never happen again!

After a long morning of running around, we were finally heading to our cabin up north when the low tire pressure light came on. We had just put air in the tires the night before, so I knew there had to be some type of a slow leak. I arrive at this store shortly after 12pm, and since it was Saturday, they were only open until 12:30. I didnt expect that Id be able to give them my car and have them fix it in such a short amount of time. Not only did they repair my tire, but it didnt cost me a thing. Doug Eichten was the person who helped me out and made a potentially stressful situation stress free. I highly recommend this store. Cant thank these guys enough.

Spoke with Doug. He went out of his way to order a tire to match a continental - he put on a goodyear. Lies to my customer telling them he matched there oem tires. Would not do business with these deceitful people. He talked around the fact and would not admit his mistake.

I have brought in parts tie rods, ball joints, etc the usual and shown them they are not bad by the tightness of ball joint or tie rod or strut etc... They just look at me clueless and say we told you to change those ya their not bad I dont know why we would say that. These places in town are not dependable. Fleet farm does not use specs either be very wary of these places working on your car as they treat every vehicle the same when approaching problem solving will replace things that dont need to be.Update. I had an appointment at 8. Arrived at 7:58 to find 5 people in line. At rate things were going their was no way my car would be in the garage by 9 as techs had just pulled 2 cars in. When they say a time you expect thats when they can work on it. What were the other 2 cars appointments from yesterday? Just disappointing when the service is unorganized with scheduling. If things arent going to be exact they need to explain on the phone ya your scheduled at 8 but we tell 5 or 6 other people that in case someone cancels or doesnt show so most likely your vehicle wont be getting worked on until around the time you need to go to work. Oh sorry we didnt tell you that?

Stopped going there for 5 years now. After I took my car there I stopped. They did a oil change which took for ever. When I got there n gave them the keys to my expensive car. They asked if I wanted my tires rotated n I said no cuz I just bought 1300 dollars worth of rims n tires 3 month prior to this incident. When I finally got my keys back after waiting almost a hour n a half. I went out to my car to discover that they did a tire rotation n I inspected my rims cuz I had a gut feeling. So I didnt n I saw that they chipped the chrome on one of my 1300 rims n all they did was take some pictures n said u can either do one of two things. Take $150 or they will give me $250 towards a new set of rims off of some lame website that didnt have assent thing I liked. I told them that I wanted my rim replaced n they said they will c if they can find them. Well a week went by n I had to CALL them to c if they found a rim that is the same at the one they chipped. The guy that I talked to said that couldnt find them on the website that I provided to them where I ordered my rims from. So after that I went there to get one of my friends tire fixed. I went the on the computer that is provided in the waiting area n found the rims that I bought from that website in a matter of minutes. I call one of the staff members over by me n they said that that will talk to the manager n be right back. The staff member came back n they stated that the manager said that they dont do business with that company for some odd reason. So after arguing for about 10 minutes I finally said whatever Im sure u guys just dont want to pay that much for a rim that they chipped. Ill just take the 150 in-store credit n thats the only business ur getting from me. N I stayed true to my work havent been there for 5 years now n will never go back again.

Fast service and reasonable prices.

Not fun. I felt treated more Luke a source of income rather than a person with car troubles. Not only did it take longer than quoted, which is usually find, but a whole day off is pushing it. I also didnt like the quality of work. Felt like I paid a lot of money for a lot of nothing.
