What is the purpose of the group of lazy talkers at the front?? I have been in 5 times and not once have they offered me a bag or even help they sit there gossiping and laughing about customers. Seems like a real waste of company pay. The only girls that are helpful are the ones at the register. Love the sales and the smells.

I love the candles, only thing a quarter of the wick is left un used . Wicks are no longer usable. I do cut them off as directed. So quit buying them. Happens every time.

Glad I found this! Was so happy to find one. Staff very friendly and helpful.

It’s possible that I came in after a long day for the employees, but no one really talked to us. We also waited at the register for a few minutes before anyone came to help. It makes me miss my Wausau store because those employees were more friendly and had better customer awareness.

Wish your store got the shampoo and conditioners! Shout out to the awesome purple hair gal!! Your the only reason I shop there because your not the stereotypical blond!!! So thank you for being unique.

Two employees near me chit-chatting and showing each other things on their cell phones, didnt ask if I needed assistance. At checkout an item I was getting wasnt part of a sale yet when returning the item there was 2 signs right next to it mentioning the sale. Very poor placement.

Came into the store and no one greeted me, was really disappointed and I would’ve loved some help over by the candles, there was three people working and they were just all talking to each other not even aware that there was 3 other customers in the store. Hopefully my next visit will be better

Prices will always be to high for what you get here.

This is one of their smaller stores but great service and if sign up for online coupons you can save a bunch. I looked at mine today and saved $20 on my stuff.
