Super helpful and knowledgeable! Thank you! We are loving our new phones.
The rep I worked with was extremely knowledgeable. It was easy and painless. Ive never been in and out of a cell phone store so quickly. Thank you!
The guy working there reviewed my bill and set me up with a new plan. The savings paid for my new phone. Feel like I got it for free. Service was good and everything was explained thoroughly.
Best experience Ive had an AT&T store in a long time. Their great staff helped me find exactly what I needed. Will definitely be going back for all my cellular needs.
What an amazing experience I had! Alex went above and beyond to ensure I had this experience.
Went to pay bill had to wait 10to 15 minutes to get done with other customers
The staff was super helpful and knew exactly what I needed, special shout out to Alex!
Jared was wonderful. After visiting the store 2 times before I spoke to Jared and being on the phone with customer service for over 2 hours, Jared fixed our issue within 30 min. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Alex was doing very well at keeping an obnoxiously rude customer content. Thank you guys, your both a great improvement to the store.
Fantastic staff! Always happy to help with anything the customers need!
Jared at AT&T Marshfield was knowledgeable, listened well to our concerns, and provided us with a great experience, as well as 3 new phones to suit our needs.
We recently had to go back to contract phones and went with At&t which was a great decision! There were technical issues however Jared helped us, worked very hard, and kept in touch until all was said and done. We appreciate the great customer service and being so personable with us! It felt like he cared about us!
Could do better
Good service
Awesome experience and I hate going to the phone store! Alex is an all-star!
Went to the store per the customer service representative on the phone at AT&T. Was told it would be no charge to get my prepaid card reactivated. Then after being forced to wear a mask against my will I had to pay 5$ for a new SIM card and then I had to go home and set up the plan I wanted myself. Disappointed, disillusioned about their ability to help anyone. Apparently the only places they will do what the customer service representative said its in plover or Wausau. Over 30 mins away in another city.Adding an edit:So I was sent home to set up my plan and found out that the woman lied at the store said my email address would still work and Id still be able to log on to my online account. This was all a lie. Now I shall spend 30 minutes setting up a new account that I shouldnt have had to do at all per their phone customer service agents. The disappointment and discouragement I feel over AT&t and all of their service providers is never ending it would appear.I also have to report that since they put in the new SIM card to the phone that it wont stop provisioning over and over and over again. With the old number. This is even after rebooting....
Jared did such a good job!! He took all of the time necessary to get me back to AT&T when I was silly enough to leave them for 3 days! He is knowledgable, polite, efficient!
Probably one of the worst att I have walked into. No one acknowledged or even acted like I walked in there .I get your with another person but at least greet people as they walk in and tell them there will be a wait. Just horrible costumer service. Been with att for 10 years and not once have i walked into a store and treated like I didnt exist.
This store has one of the worst employees ever. The lady working there royally screwed up my account not knowing how to use her tablet crashed there computer twice tried upgrading the wrong phone told use we would have to come back. Done.
The employee, a Mista J, was incredible. We already planned on buying a phone, but we also made a friend. I feel secure in knowing my information wont be sold off to Bosnian hackers. Mista J was fantastic. 12 out of 10, would watch him put on the screen protector again.
When a customer waits for 10 minutes without even an acknowledgement. I understand you are helping other customers, but at least let yhebwaiting customer how long it will be. Never enough help at busy times. Always have to wait.Update: 30 minutes standing here. Not even a glance. No acknowledgement at all.Update: 45 minutes later.... they tell me something completely different than the person 5 days ago at the same store. And they cannot help me at all. Thanks for the 45 minute wait for nothing. Not cool. Will never deal with this store again. Will travel for better service. Need some updates here whoever the manager is.
Older lady was very rude..customer service was horrible ..I like the 2 young women they were friendly..a young gentleman sold.me the wrong case not 1 time but 2 times brought it back the 3rd time and finally the blond young women helped me out..
Helpful, nice people, but the guy was distracting and never put in more effort than completely necessary. Been to better att stores in past
I called the Marshfield store to see if they had a certain product. I was told yes they did. My husband went in the next day and was told, oh we dont have one. If you dont know what products you have in stock, dont tell me you do. I had to give one star to post. Doesnt deserve it.
Not helpful at all. went in for info on insurance claims and cancelling a line. They told me they don’t know the price on anything and told me to go to pc doctors. Asked to cancel a data line they told me to call 611. I asked what they can do they said cell phones. Horrible customer service. The owner Susan should be ashamed of her employees.
Went today and the gal was pretty snotty to anyone that walked in. and kinda rude when i asked about the warranty on my phone. sad
This store did really well helping us get our new phones set up. Only thing that keeps them from 5 star status was the length of time it took to switch to new phones
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! We traded in four phones over a year ago and still have not seen the rebate check from them. When we contact AT&T there is nothing they can do because this is not an AT&T store; it is simply a dealer. When we contact the store you get an attitude and no answers. When you ask to talk to a manager the request is refused. Basically we traded in two iPhone 6’s, 1 iPhone 5 and 1 iPhone 4 under the plan where AT&T would buy out my contract. Even though I paid the $2,000 to buy out my contract at Sprint, because this dealer stole the phones I get no money back. DO NOT GO HERE, take the time to drive to Wausau to an actual AT&T store!!!!!
Be prepared to be charged for anything and everything
Terrible customer service, decided to leave and go to Wausau instead. Staff have no idea how to deal with customers.
Nice customer service will always go back reps treat u nice
Very pleased at my experience with Manager Hunter. Will most definitely be back!
Great service
Love coming here to see our favorite sales rep.
Sue was wonderful to work with. I didnt have an AT&T problem, more of a Directv problem that she straightened out. Thanks, Sue
Super helpful staff! They solved my problem and made me want to stay an AT&T customer!
I went to add my military discount to my account before I went away on orders and to add a family member to the account. When we arrived we noticed this lady who we had unpleasant experience with, sadly she was the only one at that time not helping out a customer so she wave us over.Long story short she was not able to help with either because we could only add people in my account over the phone and for the discount she said they didnt do that. So when I came back home, to Eau Claire I went to a different store and the employee was able to get everything done with a few clicks on his tablet.I asked about my experience over at the Marshfield AT&T store and he was in disbelief that they werent capable of doing symple account updates instore. This is why I sharing this experience, maybe they will read it and improve their customers support.
They seem to know their stuff. I got everything done that I needed. I will be back.
Go to a corporate store instead. Person on my account needed help with a device. One of the tasks was getting phone number changed, they decided to open a new line with a new number instead of changing the number voiding my att next plan and adding a line activation fee...for changing a phone number. Luckily att corporate fixed most of the damage.
Ive been to the store multiple times. They rarely have any phones in stock and you can wait for 10+ minutes and no one ever comes out from the back or maybe they arent even there.
Nice phones
EXCELLENT!!!!😁
Bad service
