Our rep (Lisa) was patient, listened to our situation and worked to help us find the right solution. Was knowledgeable, wasnt pushy. Didnt assume anything and made sure she had the right answers. Will be back for sure

They offer a free phone, but not to me because of were I live.

Fairly fast and straightforward process when switching phones/upgrading devices, although the customer service aspect could definitely improve in more than a few ways.

These people are always helpful! They are also friendly and customer oriented.

I wanted to try out a different phone and was helped so well that the woman helping me dropped my phone off at my work because I wasn’t going be done with work until after they closed but than decided to go to original phone mainly for technical issues and familiarity and the same woman that helped me who I thought at first was wonderful said loudly and rudely “I told you so.” I apologized for wasting their time and felt stupid and embarrassed because of her sarcastic tone. Thankfully I was working with another woman who helped me and said to not worry about it which made me feel better. Although I think I rather deal with issues over the phone or online from now on instead of going in the store.

What a waste of my time and money. Yes o love to hear people argue of their work schedules company polices. Poor poor service who owns a business and has no manager working. Lost all my information pictures documents. Yet its not their problem. 3 hours wait times drinking and eating at the desk. What a joke. What a waste of my time.

Had previously checked programs offered and they never mentioned the lower cost programs offered on line. Byop program really limited on what phones they accept. Only interested in selling high priced plans and high priced phones.

Decent people help me out here and got me set up. Good place to check into for phone service

Salesperson was rather rude and unwilling to answer questions and all but pushed me out the door. Would recommend TEAM wireless a couple blocks up the road.
