What irritates me is every single I go to this star bucks my drink is always made differently sometimes its really good then other times its horrible, I get when u get busy(I work in a coffee shop myself) u guys r in a rush but still someone orders a drink they should all be making it the same exact way its so annoying, plus u can tell when they try or they just dont care, theres a few girls that make my drink awesome then the others dont care, I just want my drink made the way its supposed to especially when they have a picture up and it doesnt come out like it... I always make my customers drinks with TLC, the way they order it is the way I picture how I would like made!

My refreshers have not been made right lately. Gotten a latte and its half full. Ill give it another shot hopefully it will be made right. We will see

I absolutely love the staff here and the new place looks great but I have been disappointed with how many times this place is closed with no sign or warning. When the new interior was being built, there was no sign outside to inform customers that it was closed nor was there any postings on their website stating that it was under construction or closed. Also, prior to the construction as well as today I went to get coffee, a Friday morning at 7am and it was closed. Again no sign, no warning and 3 cars including myself were just waiting at the drive thru waiting for service with no signage saying it was closed. It also says it’s open online as well. This needs to be addressed because I rather go to a different place that’s opened rather than waiting by a silent drive thru.

Typical Starbucks, no issues at this one. Friendly staff and clean bathrooms, not much else to add. Fast service but there wasnt much of a line anyway. Wish theyd do away with separate bathrooms for genders, they are identical inside.

Just your regular Starbucks. Hadnt been to one in a while with all of ronna-19 going on. But today with the cold it was time for a white chocolate mocha.

I NEVER write reviews on these things but I JUST had an incredible experience that I MUST share!! 🙂🙂I just went into the Starbucks in Marshfield on 139, on this beautiful Sunday morning. This very friendly and pleasant Barista named Janelle brightened up my day! ☀️☀️I had accidentally taken my wristlet instead of my wallet when I left my house this morning. So I was going to pay with my new debit card 💳 but, sadly, it was in my wallet that I left at home. I was about 30 cents short to pay (I had some cash in my wristlet) and I had wanted to tip. Janelle out of her own pocket paid the rest, therefore, letting me order the coffee I wanted. I happily thanked her for helping me out and profusely apologized about not having a tip, but she repeatedly told me not to worry about it. Thank you again Janelle! 🙏🏼🙏🏼 You were so friendly and you helped me out big time! Even the girl who made my coffee was extremely nice and apologized for the wait! I haven’t had that good of an experience at a coffee shop in a while! But Starbucks rarely disappoints. Very nice people all the time. But especially you Janelle! Thank you again! I will be back to pay you back and tip you very soon! ☺️☺️

It tasted like it was burned a big let down

This is a small Starbucks. It is cozy and usually quiet. The drive through is kind of confusing since it winds around the other stores. There is a nice atmosphere here and the baristas are friendly. They also have a good selection of food.

The girls that work here on the weekends are excellent! Great customer service

I find this to be the best Starbucks in the area. Always fast, friendly service, they never mess up my order, and my coffee is always just the way I like it.

Went inside because the drive through was crowded. Inside was a short line but I ended up waiting a while after placing my order because a bunch of mobile orders came in and my order ticket never ended up printing. Not the fault of the people working there but still not a stellar experience

They are my weekday morning stop. I know when its my time to order in the drivethrough theres going to be a calm happy voice on the other end, and a smile at the window. The workers are consistant, familiar faces, and manage it well.

My latest trip to Starbucks was disappointing. 2 out of the 3 drinks I purchased were wrong. Possibly someone new at the register? My trip prior to this was not much better.

Been here 4 times and EVERY time they don’t have tea or juices. Is this a Starbucks? Get it together and order what you have on the menu for your customers. Never coming back

It is not that they have new employees learning the trade, and they do, but instead that they are always shorthanded.The inventory appears to be missing items such as sturing sticks or cup holders.Id say this franchise does not live up to the Starbucks standard of customer service.
