They have excellent customer service.When I first came in to get an appointment they checked my windshield and scheduled my appointment all within 5 minutes.When they repaired my glass it took a little over an hour, so plan to be there for a while. Their work was great, other than the fact that they had missed one of the chips on the glass and I didn’t notice till 3 days later.When I came back they were quick to acknowledge the mistake and fixed it.I think that their service was definitely worth the cost especially with something as serious as a windshield.

When I initially reached out to them, the customer service was great. I showed up on a Monday and the guys in there were nice and professional but I had to come back today. Upon showing up this morning, the manager was almost 15 minutes late showing up to open and she had the nerve to have a whole attitude. She is completely dry and acts as if she doesn’t want me asking her anything. She brought her personal problems to work with her and she needs to do better when servicing the public. I heard her say on the phone several times that she’s had a bad morning. That is not the problem of the customer. My appointment was at 8 a.m. and as I wait here, no tech has arrived to start my windshield.

Got my rear window replaced. The only good thing about my experience was the price was about 100 cheaper compared to SafeLite and my window was replaced within an hour. The downfall?? The rear door handle was crooked. They have a flyer that says quality of quantity when in fact they dont do too much quality work.

This is my 3rd time using Auto Glass Now, unfortunately. They recently replaced the windshield on my Audi A7. I don’t let just anyone work on this car, and Auto Glass Now, once again didn’t disappoint. They took great care of my car and were very detailed in the work they performed . Best of all, it was a fraction of the cost compared to the dealership!

As a used car dealer I used to replace the windshield for my cars at this place and they were decent. Until last week when I scheduled an appointment at 8am Thursday and after an hour drive when i went to get the service the told me that they dont have the glass because the truck didnt make it in. So we scheduled it to today Tuesday at 8am. So I drove an hour and when I arrived the lady at the desk started to act weired and told me do you have an appointment and I told her yes. She said that we dont have you in schedule for today and you appointment is thursday. I told her my appoitment was Thursday last week and you told me that you dont have the glass as a result we schedule it to Tuesday morning. She start telling me stories that she had to cancel the order couple of time thats why they didnt have the glass. I used to like this place but after playing games and wasting my time, I dont recomend this place at all. Bad customer service and they dont care about their customer, mainley the lady at the front desk. I think they need to be more honest to their customers and let them know ahead of time if they can do the job or not

My experience with the Auto Glass Now on Washington road was not what I expected. I called to have my drivers side window replaced after I was shattered by a rock. They said that they would do a mobile service to come to my house and fix it. They would come out between 10 am - 4 pm. On the day they were supposed to come I called to make sure they were still going to come. When someone answered the first thing that was said, “Auto Glass Now, can you hold please,” and after holding for 10 minutes I was finally able to speak with someone. I told the worker on the phone that I had a mobile appointment today and wanted to make sure that someone was still coming. I gave her my information and she told me that my appointment was for in-store. I told her that I paid to have my car serviced at my home and her response was, “Yesterday someone put in the system, ‘don’t know whether mobile or in-store’ so they chose in-store.” I asked why no one contacted me to ask whether my service was mobile, or in-store and she told me, “Oh honey, that’s not me that’s the call center.” But if I could get it there in-store before 4 pm I could still get it serviced that day. I got there, had my window replaced, and was able to drive my car again. The sad part about it was you can still hear pieces of glass stuck in between the panel and door. So the next day I went back to get it vacuumed but the owner told me that he wanted the worker that serviced my car to fix the problem since he did not do it right the first time. That worker was not there the day I went so he told me to come back the next day to have it fixed. I went back the next day, and they got the glass out but now my panel is even more scratched up from the glass and the service. Overall, I am glad my window is fixed but the customer service was not good.

How can I contact the owner?Ive used other glass repair places but decided to try this place because the price was lower, however, never again. They left broken glass in between the door and panel, and one of the techs tried to tell me thats normal (really).. I called yesterday after a rock hit my windshield causing a huge crack. They were able to get me in today. It took exactly the estimated time I was told over the phone. No unexpected wait time and no surprise charges. They were more than $100 cheaper than competitors. I cant even tell my windshield was replaced aside from no crack and its clean lol. They even went as far as to put my oil change sticker back on the new windshield so everything looks like it was before the replacement.

I decided to have Auto Glass Now in Martinez to provide me a quote to have a windshield replaced for my vehicle which is 13 years old. I was given a competitive quote and decided to go with them.I set up an appointment and the morning of the appointment, I received a call saying they will not be able to replace my windshield due to not having parts. This should have been figured out before the scheduled appointment. Not sure why it is a difficult installation for this vehicle that does not have any safety features or even a rear view mirror on the windshield. It is just the glass replacement and adhesive. I will look into other companies who can provide a proper service. Thank you.

Just called to get a quote for a 2018 Toyota Highlander and they couldnt give me a quote. They dont have windshields for vehicles that have safety features such as lane departure assist, pedistrian detection, etc. They want you to chase down a windshield and then they can install it. So I guess if you want to chase everything down, you might get a good deal. Not really sure since they couldnt give me a price. ☹

Found them through Google and chose them based on Google reviews. Friendly staff and fast service. Had my windshield replaced in about 30-40 minutes. Came in the morning as a walk-in and they were able to order a windshield replacement in that afternoon and install it.Did not give them 5 stars because they told me they would call me when the windshield came in around 2:30 - 3:00p.m. They never called, instead I called them which they confirmed the windshield did come in. Other than that, no issues with the staff or workmanship. Cost was fairly priced and competitive compared to quotes at other establishments.

The first review I wrote, was a great one as that was RIGHT AFTER the initial installation of the windshield. BUT I’ve had to take my car back TWICE due to a leak! Well this morning, I spoke with Thorn Gamblin, the Regional manager for the company. Told him this was my second time back due to a leak from the initial installation of my windshield! Told him my upholstery is staining from the leak. I stated I understand you all performed a service but I don’t think I should still be charged full price. NO ONE apologized to me for my inconvenience THIS time.His response:Umm yes ma’am, a leak happens from time to time. We have someone there that does upholstery so you can bring it back when it dry. Man auto glass now of Martinez was a BIG disappointment. They kept giving us the run around. They never said over the phone about price change to come out an fix the window. Then the day of the appointment the price changed to come out. We reschedule, for a whole week. The day of the rescheduled appointment the lady said she didn’t speak to us about rescheduling. So, She took the keys anyway saying 2hrs. 20min later she called the window was in an the car was ready. We checked the car an went in to pay, everything worked great. Couple days later door wouldn’t open from the inside took it back. Now it’s been a couple of weeks an the door is back to not working. So, i took the door apart myself. Man, was i disappointed!!! The guy that worked on the car, done CUT instead of REMOVING the sound barrier film over the inside of the door to block noise, it was hanging at the bottom of the door. Got pick marks were they try to pop the door cover off in wrong places instead of removing the screws. Smh so not professional at all.....

They were awesome called me back on an early Saturday morning to set me up an appt after I did a quote online...quoted me price before seeing actual damage and fixed my window in great timing..they were very persistent with call backs as well...HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!! I paid for a chip in my windshield to be fixed. It was treated in less than 10 minutes by rubbing something over it, and then I was told that the resin filled pretty good and the sun will help it set and I should begin to see the difference. After 48 hours, there was no difference so I called back. I was told that there was no guarantee with glass repair, but that it was treated to prevent it from spreading and that you cant treat it twice. Thats NOT what I paid for. A week later Safelite came out for free (paid for by the insurance company) treated the chip and it has lightened up tremendously in less than 24 hours. Not sure what I got, but definitely didnt get what I paid for.

Auto Glass Now is the lowest price auto glass repair/replacement in the CSRA area. Their price was at least $50 less then 3 other quotes I received. They are friendly, courteous and they work hard to give you fast efficient service. I have used them twice. The most recent was mid January 2018. They had my window replaced and I was on my way in 30 minutes.

I called on a Tuesday to set up a mobile windshield replacement. I provided all of my information, I was given the cost, and told my appointment was for the upcoming Thursday. I had not heard from anyone by 11am on Thursday so I called to verify. I was not put on the schedule and the soonest someone could come out is Monday. I went elsewhere, I cant wait on them to get their act together.

Fast work, they had my husband’s windshield replaced in an hour while we popped over to Carolina Pottery to pass the time. Price was $60 cheaper than what Safelight quoted us. I also had my Prius windshield done 3 years ago which is still holding strong and doing great. I’d definitely recommend!

Make sure to get a written estimate! I got a quote by phone yesterday for $189.00 plus tax. For total of $207.04. After they install glass and my husband goes to pick it up, there is another $50.00 labor charge added on. When I called to ask why it was $50.00 more, they advised me that was the only estimate they had in the system ($257.04). I have no proof other than I KNOW they told me a different price over the phone cause I wrote it down while at work. Also had gotten a price for both windshield and back glass about 2 months previous and the windshield was $165.00 plus tax. Not honest people! Will not ever bring a vehicle here again! I should have known to go to Clearview Auto Glass. I attached my OLD note and yesterdays note where I wrote down prices both times. What really makes me angry is they disregarded what I was saying and kept stating this is the only estimate we had in the computer

DO NOT GO HERE! These people dont care about you. I ordered a divers side door glass for a Lincoln Navigator this week. They said they had to order it. They called yesterday at 2 and said it was in. I told them that i would get down there as soon as possible. The next morning about 8:15 i go to pick it up and the guy tells me they sent it back. Apparently they cant hold glass for 24 hrs. What? It has not been 24 hrs. Now my customer is upset. The guy had a terrible attitude and didnt care. But no worry i got the glass from Ray Diamond Glass right around the corner for less money. Thank you Ray Diamond Glass for caring. Never Glass Now!!!

Great service. The people were friendly and replaced my windshield very efficiently. Didnt even take an hour. It definitely helps if you call ahead of time to make sure they have the replacement in stock.

They gave me a quote pretty quickly, but they have no evident mechanism in place to acrually schedule the work.

Had a windshield break on my family on the way to Georgia for vacation . I was able to speak with Matthew promptly he assured me that he could get the window fixed the next day. Arrived early and was so glad I did the customer service line did not schedule my appointment . As frustrated as I was Matthew not only assured me that he could still do it in time and was able to get the window ordered and had no problems getting it done. It was greatly appreciated!!

Best place to get your chips repaired or if not possible, get a whole new windshield at very reasonable prices quick. Just call them and they will have the appointment ready.

Staff was friendly and helpful. They replaced our windshield with an identical windshield (same markings) at a great price. They even took the oil change sticker off of the prior glass and put it on the new one!

No air conditioning and at my scheduled appointment the staff did not have the glass. Worker gave me a discount, which I appreciated, and I returned hours later to have windshield installed. The worker informed me the owner was too cheap to install air conditioning in the building. This leaves me wondering if the owner will honor the warranty if anything goes wrong with the glass.

I wish I could give zero stars!! I heard their radio advertisement today and became interested especially since they advertised a military discount. I looked up their website to get the number to get a quote which stated a military discount as well as free mobile service. So when I received a price I asked for the military discount the call center rep stated there was not a military discount. She also quotes me a price for in service and mobile service. When I asked about free mobile she stated you get 20 off at the store. I asked for the local number believing there was a mistake. I spoke with Sarah and asked about the military discount/quote and she confirmed they did not do one. When I stated your company should not advertise military discount via the web and radio commercial. She replied that she didnt make the web page. I advise I will let every social media sites know of there blatant LIES...no military discount or free mobile service!! I will gladly pay more for no lies and better customer service. I hope all military stay away from this bait and switch company with terrible customer service.

Minuses 5 stars. Horrible, terrible, no good very bad. Made am appointment on Tue to have window replaced on Sat. Am hour after I dropped car of Im Saturday I was called and informed the could not fix window til Monday. On Monday after noon I was informed windo2would not be fixed til Tue. On Tue when I return to pick up car there was major paint damage done to driver side door. I was told there was nothing they would do no manager or supervisor on site or available to contact. I refused to pay until they contacted someone to have something done. I was told they called district manager and he would contact corporate office. I was not allowed to speak with his directly and was only given a # because I refused to leave without one. And when all was said and done. My window did not roll up all the way and had gap at the top. I have yet to hear from any manager or corporate office and have hired a lawyer. Save yourself time and anxiety. So to safelite.

Payed for my windshield and it leaked took it back and they checked it supossably and said it was my sunroof and i took a hose pipe an ran watet in the area that was leaking and yeap it was leaking. So fixed it my self...but now my headliner is green...so not happy with their work.

I got quoted for windshield replacement, however there was “Fuel Sucharge of $9” included in my quote. I was bit of skeptical of that, so I asked the lady in front desk and she said “That is Government fee that they have to charge their customer and it required by Government. That what they told me.”How is a Fuel Sucharge a Government Fee? And what does Fuel Sucharge have to do with windshield replacement?Also, if you’re using any Credit Card to pay, be ready to pay 4% fee.
