Probably would have gotten a better rating if I had the glass replaced but I had it repaired. I dont like how the repair look it stills look like a spot in the windshield. I will end up getting it replaced because I am not satisfied with the repair.

So...not even an hr into driving from Augusta to NJ...a huge semi knocked a rock into my windshield. I stopped at the nearest location which was this one. The front clerk was so pleasant. She said they could fit me in..unknowingly had 2 cars still waiting to get done in the back. So after 2hrs we were back on the road. Overall great service.

Very satisfied with my experience. Office staff was prompt and courteous, but what really earned this review was the tech who serviced my Chevy Silverado. After an incident that left glass shards throughout my entire truck, I was only expecting the tech to replace the rear window. He not only replaced the window ahead of schedule, but he also took the time to vacuum 95% of the broken glass from my interior. I think his name was Jason, but Im not entirely sure. Service appt was 6/29/21 on a Burgundy Silverado 1500.

After some confusion regarding cost of receiving OEM windshield instead of aftermarket windshield and difficulty resolving question due to means of contacting safelite and correct part of insurance company however issue was resolved and my order was reverted back to receiving After Market windshield as originally ordered. Arrived at safelite 15 minutes prior to official opening time and was allowed into waiting area. Work started on my windshield replacement promptly at scheduled time. I was kept updated throughout the procedure, everyone I came in contact with was friendly and courteous. Safelite worked with my insurance company arranging payment details everything was fast and easy after I resolved my issue with oem versus after market windshield and I was on my way ln just a little over an hour

I had a front windshield replaced at my house with Safelite AutoGlass. I was informed when they would arrive and they arrived earlier than expected. The technician who did the job was very professional and friendly and did a very good job. The job was done in little over a hour. You need auto Glass replace you can not do wrong by using SafeLife. They deserve more than 5 star rating.

I went in to have my windshield changed out due to a manufacturer defect. The staff was very pleasant and easy to deal with. Due to Covid and a small waiting area, I left my phone number and want for a walk. They called me when if was ready and I went to pick it up. The technician that put in the new window gave me the do and dont do list. He was very professional. First class team.

Its sad that you cant get any personalized service. They only offer online assistance though an automated service recording.

If you cannot do certain type of vehicles let people know instead of replacing the windshield and making it worse. Took my semi truck to one place and they said no we cannot do those. Took it to safe lite and they said yes, seemed to know what they were doing, nice upon that visit, but......Got it on the road and it rained. Water pouring in. I called the warranty department they made an appointment to get it fixed. Got there and I was told it was not their fault it was mine. It did not leak before they replaced it. The windshield was only cracked. Then I was told if they fixed it and the glass broke I would have to pay again. Ummmm no way. The manager there was horrible upon this visit. I had to call corporate to try and figure it out. I missed work because of this and lost money being a truck driver. They offered for me to come back but after that experience with that manager I said no.I asked a few other truck drivers was referred to another place. Went there and fixed it. The people at this shop said it was not done correctly. They had it fixed in less than 24 hours.Just be honest and say we cannot do this type of vehicle

Connected Safelite with my insurance 2 weeks ago. Winshield was available and I was scheduled for window replacement and calibration on the 31st. Appointment was made a week out. Received a call late Saturday afternoon (2 days before my appointment) that they used that windshield and I would have to wait for one to come in. Very unprofessional!!! I have been working with them for 2 weeks waiting for windshield availability. Now I have to start the process over again. I moved my insurance claim to another company. Will never recommend this company!

Safelite gets it right! Ive had the unfortunate pleasure of using Safelite multiple times over the last few years for 2 of my vehicles. Ive had a windshield replaced and multiple chips and small cracks repaired by Safelite AutoGlass. They always do a fast and fantastic job. I use my auto insurance app to file a claim and schedule the service. Ive always been able to get in within a day or two and they are always ready for me when I arrive. The quality of their work is the best. Ive had zero issues and have no complaints.

We have had windshields replaced on two vehicles. They almost always have a coupon available online. The staff is pleasant, communicates well, and works quickly.

I went to satellite auto glass when my driver side window stuck in the down position, it needed the full assembly Motor and Regulator. They were very nice and knowledgeable. Installed under and hour and on my way. Thank you Jarrett and Chris for all your help.

First time having to replace a windshield and Im very pleased to have chosen Safelite. The office at this location was clean and the people were very nice. I had Ryan on my service and I felt like my car was in good hands! Very good customer service all around and on top of that it was a quick service. I dropped off my car but there is an option for you to wait in the office and my replacement was finished in about 2 hours. Ill be recommending Safelite to others so please keep up the good work! It was definitely a pleasure doing business and hopefully I wont have to return haha but if I do, Safelite will always be my first choice!

I called the corporate office on accident trying to reach the local office, and the lady was so incredibly nice and helpful. She not only answered my question but contacted the store on my behalf to make sure it was arranged properly. The staff (& Omar our technician) were so helpful and treated us like their top priority. Sale tech at front desk was more interested in shopping for a new TV for her bedroom than helping me, even went about calling her significant other to have a full conversation. Then to find out after a week of waiting for my new windshield to be ordered they ordered the wrong one and told me it wont fit, till a second tech comes and says it will now fit with a bracket.

My windshield was cracked nearly 3 weeks ago. The appointment was rescheduled 3 times. Finally the day of the appointment comes and it’s the wrong windshield. Absolutely unprofessional. Safelite had ample time to prepare the correct parts but were apparently too lazy or too inconvenienced by my need of paid service. Once my windshield is repaired WITHIN ANOTHER WEEK, I hope that I am never in need of their services ever again.

The windshield is fine, if expensive. But as I was driving off they reached out to put parts back on my car. They didnt reinstall the A pillar covers correctly, do I had to do that myself.

After two long months my daughters jeep windshield is finally fixed. Ill eat the first few weeks as I was not accurate on my description of the vehicles features. The wrong glass arrived in a timely manner, however it was the second glass that took a ridiculous amount of time to receive. The excuse was back order but if Im not mistaken, safelite is a nationwide company yet they werent able to track down an OE windshield? Whatever, Im done here. Its a shame too because the other 3 windshield replacements were flawlessly done. They just totally dropped it on this one. The follow up communication was practically nonexistent, the local office number just rings directly to the 800 customer service line, so we had to stop in before or after work to get any information and updates because the staff was NOT reaching out to us so that we were informed of the situation. I hope at least the install was done to the standard of past work, because the excuses were flying the morning she dropped off her vehicle. It was done by the time promised so they did get that part right as well. Good luck if you choose to use this company, I hope you have better luck.

They had my appointment as a morning appointment and they still fit me in not too long after I had arrived! Great staff, helpful and they did an excellent job!

I got an estimate to check pricing. The next day I decided to go ahead and set up an appointment. Upon going through the quote process to set the appointment. The price was now $40 more than it was less than 24 hrs before. The windshield was in stock because they couldve installed that afternoon. I chatted with an online rep, but just got a lot of excuses. Glass prices can be subject to fluctuate like gas prices. Really!.. $40 in less than 24 hrs. Again, they did not have to add a charge to ship in the windshield. It was available for install that same afternoon. I cant state anything about the quality of their work. I couldnt get past them trying to jack the price up 20% in a short 24 hrs to book the appointment. I know products can fluctuate in price... I deal and sell tires. There is absolutely nothing that can justify a 20% increase in price in that short of a time frame. If you get an estimate, make sure that you save it.

As usual they took 3 days to get to me. Ive never had a good experience with safelite. And by the way..... When they finally got my windshield in, it leaks every time it rains. But what can you do? There are hardly any choices, safelite practically has a monopoly on this type of thing. If I had a choice i would not use them.

Came out to fix a small crack on my windshield made it worse and its spreading I asked the guy BILLY who came out for my money back and let me go elsewhere to get the repair fixed from his mess up and he made another crack on my windshield

A hassle-free experience with Safelite. I had a rock hit my Hyundai Genesis glass at the bottom where I couldn’t see it. The next morning, I saw the crack and it spread by lunch. I called Geico and used Safelite for replacement. I was seen at the time I set. Christina was able to find a discount to save me over the Geico quoted price. A clean waiting room with Wi-Fi so I could work while I waited. And Justin had everything fixed by the time he said he would. He cleaned up after himself. Very happy with the service I received.
