Greeted when entering the store. Clean, quick service. Each time line became long, cashier would open new line.

This store is sooo disorganized! There are too many other DT’s around so I won’t be coming here on a regular basis. I can’t understand how they justify having every aisle in such disarray! It isn’t a pleasant experience. The manager needs to address this. I have found employees to be friendly otherwise I’d give it 2 stars.

Small selections story.Parking is shared with other businesses here, but not too bad.Staff... they seem to be short staffed most of the time.

My Family went into the store on the Sunday Morning of August 30th 2020, it was my 3 year old sons Birthday and there was a Gentlemen working Balloons and Cashiering and a Woman working as well, I want to write this review because they should be noticed for their remarkable customer service and kindness and compassion that they showed. They were a top 5 stars if i could give more i would..we are not from Martinez and was beyond grateful to have them that day with party Balloons🎉🎈 Thank You Two! You Make A Great Team/Great Team Work!!!!!

I recieved an online order and was helped efficiently when i picked up.

I was looking for multiples of a particular item, the cashier was super kind(Only reason a one star given!)-he asked his manager if they could check If there were more, to which she said she had a schedule to do “so”...I had gone back to the aisle to where the item usually is only to hear the same manager running to another worker exclaiming how she’s done with the schedule! Then proceeded to discuss about her lunch not realizing I was still there. Such a shame customer service is a lost concept with those that actually work with customers-it’s no wonder customers are turning to online service!

We were able to get all we nedded for a memorial Day grave visits to my dad who is a vet and my husbands friend thank u dollar tree !!

Fresh stock of fall items. Dirty floors, they charge to use a cart and for bags.

I live in Martinez....and its nice to have a pretty decent Dollar Tree 5 minutes from my house....the store was nicely stocked....my two complaints were at least on this day.....the rude lady who filled 2 balloons for me. She walked over over with no expression on her face and said...how many...after she filled them she handed them to me ...I said thanks a lot...she walked away...rude right?....and the.parking is a challenge..they tried to fit too many spaces in a tight area. We came out to see a van had parked so close to us...that my husband had a hard time getting in...and I know that the elderly lady that had just exited that van...hit our car......the risk of saving money!.

I know it is hard with the current situation but they need more staff. My poor cashier was overwhelmed.

Got everything I needed for $1.00 each. You cant beat that.

I love a bargain. Employees need to learn how to ring up groceries without cheating people though. Ive lost count on how many times they charge me $6 when I buy 5 of the same item. Always seems to happen when I buy 4 or 5 of the same item, so perhaps they are swiping things too fast, and lose count or something? Maybe need better training???

The initial reaction from walking in gave the stockroom like feeling. The cashiers attitude could use some adjusting!

Not the best store, most of the staff was nice except one who was bossy and neurotic. I try to avoid this dollar tree when I can.

Im am the Assistant Store Manager (Merch) I have requested google change our hours twice now but still no change. Our store hours are mon-sat 8am - 9pm. Sun 9am- 8pm. Thank you!

Its ok but honestly they close an hour early than there online hours so dont go late evening like I did and waste you time. Oh and yea the lines are always long and slow but I still love the dollar tree.

One of the smaller Dollar Trees Ive been inside, but they had everything I was looking for and the employees were delightfully helpful.

Aboustley my favorite Dollar Tree.The staff is always helpful and polite. The store is really bright, always clean everytime I shop there....

Not enough staff, dirty store, bathrooms are trashed, lines are always long and clerks always unhappy and argumentitive. But its only one convenient to the area, always has what I need.

Best place to very odds and ends..gift wrapping and ribbons, craft stuff..everything is a dollar..great for us budget people.

I only gave it a four star mainly because the customer service isnt that great, they are good but can improve (just a tad bit) Overall he store is very nice and has what you need when you need just a small item.

Its awesome a little gym finding everything you need and more at just $1. stuff its friendly.

This dollar tree is exceptional compared to others. During the Holidays it can get dry of stock, but youll probably find what you need.

The cashiers are rude as heck! Ordering you out of the store 10 minutes before they close. When you ask if they have something they say no even if they do have it. I really dislike this place but if you want a deal youve got to put up with the rude people who work there.

Every time I go here, morning, afternoon, night, weekend, weekdays, theres always boxes in the aisle. There is boxes blocking items and blocking aisles. Super annoying and just plain lazyness from employees. Just most likely poor management.

Their snack section isnt as good as other Dollar Tree stores.

I will not be going back to this location.

It was alright, but disappointed about their prices not going to be a dollar only anymore. Sometime after the first the management is raising prices. Long gone is the discount era.
