Used my coupons at this Walmart and had to have 3 managers come over and try to check my bag and all my coupons because my total came to $3 like what in the absolute world that’s ridiculous. Sorry I can coupon and save money and it’s a problem

I use to love shopping here, but lately the customer service has been horrible. Very disappointed in how they are doing business. Not much co worker support either. They are leaving each other high and dry time after time. Im going to take my business elsewhere. Disappointed 😞

Nice small neighborhood Walmart store not the best option if youre looking for certain things from Walmart but good for a quick run for some milk or groceries

I always enjoy shopping at The Neighborhood Market. The employees are always so nice. I live in Appling, Georgia and over time I have enjoyed shopping there. 🌟🌟🌟

This store is similar to other Walmart Neighborhood stores that I have been in, only smaller. In addition to the expected limited selection, the aisles are very narrow and hard to shop. The produce section is very tight on space, making it difficult to get a cart through. It is good for picking up a few common items but that is about it. Despite all of that, the people who work in this store are very nice and helpful.

Very friendly store! Very clean and organized! They have two employees at the entrance and exit that are cleaning the grocery carts and baskets as well as offering hand sanitizer and towels! They have plenty of self checkouts as well as on duty cashiers for larger purchases. They are open till 10pm right now also. Great store!

The only issue I have is with their produce section. There needs to be fresher tomatoes and they need to keep all items stocked up. Pretty decent customer service most times.

The best neighborhood Walmarts in Augusta. Never have to worry about it being dirty or not stocked. Bathrooms were also very clean

This WalMart is back to mandatory masks for shoppers.

Produce section is not closely monitored. There are items that are soggy, brown, etc. Also, items past expiration not removed. Yesterday, romaine lettuce from Selina, CA was out. This lettuce had been recalled due to EColi. Every time I have been in store, have brought every issue to whatever manager is on duty. It only gets addressed at that time. Management needs to be more observant and accountable.Secondly, their rotisserie chicken marked lemon pepper is no different than the regular rotisserie chicken. Cannot taste lemon or pepper.Again, supervisors⁰ are not observant. Have talked with the same people last two times and nothing has improved. Self check outside not being disinfected between customers. I was also told a person was disinfecting self check outs between customers which was incorrect as that person was standing against a cabinet with a tablet and half wearing a face mask. At no time did they EVER disinfect any self check out. If employees are not going to face mask appropriately, they are doing more harm. I spoke with the new store manager who guaranteed this would be addressed.If there a next time, I will contact health department and Dept. Of Agriculture. Contacting Walmart Customer Service is a joke since no one from Corporate can be reached. Corporate only interested in their pocket book, not the customer.

I shop here often but they can t keep anything in stock. The place is is so busy that they were out of distilled water both times I visited this week. If you cant keep your store stocked then what is the point. It becomes less convenient and I will go to publix up the road. Yes it cost more but I dont have to visit a second store on the way home.

Horrible service employees dont help out fast enough then they think you stealing.

I understand everyone is under high stress right now, and I understand they’re trying. But if the overall direction is 6ft or more for social distancing, and there are signs posted all over the store reminding customers to respect the 6ft, why are you (this store’s management) allowing every self checkout to be open, which are no more than 3ft from one another? I had an ignorant customer walk up behind me, well within 1 ft, so she could check out right next to the register I was using. Until this is over, please consider shutting down every other register so customers are not breaking the 6ft guidance.Then I observed that after a customer used the hand baskets, they didn’t have anyone actively wiping down the baskets, which confused me as they’re taking such great precautions with the push carts. It made me so uncomfortable that I don’t think we’ll go to this Walmart again. 😞

Love this Walmart. We never used Walmart but love this one. There people know us and are always so kind. They love playing wit and talking to our toddler and he is a ham so he loves the attention lol.

Love this place. It has THE cheapest GT Daves Kombucha in town. Why go anywhere else? I save so much money here. The meat is always on sale too, so I stock up on all my poultry, red meat, and fish whenever I can.

Always VERY clean and organized. Well stocked...and the staff? SUPER FRIENDLY! Everyone speaks to you and makes you feel welcomed. Definitely one of the BEST if not THE BEST in the city.

Always having to shop for food, so when I started shopping at The walmart on Furrys Ferry, I was very pleased with the entire shopping experience. Clean, well stocked, helpful staff. The people at Furrys Ferry Rd are doing a great job, so you can have a complete shopping experience...and hey, you can save a little money to. Shop here

Had too many unpleasant experiences in other stores. Mainly long lines and not enough checkers. This store seems to be the exception

Generally, I have reservations about the Walmart Markets, but this one is VERY good. Newer and offering fresh produce and foods, this Market defies the typical stereotypes of Walmart. Always great prices, I am impressed with the fresh food selection and overall variety. While it is not as good as the best Publix, it is an impressive local market for this area. The biggest NEGATIVE for me has been the meat quality and butcher quality... fine for burgers, but the steaks were a lower grade than I would prefer. Selection of meats was average.

My husband and I never “hoarded” toilet paper recently. We had a few packages for a month as usual. WHERE IS THE RESTOCKING OF TOILET PAPER WALMART!?!?!

Disappointed by this store, I thought the prices would be better but its very expensive for a Walmart store. Additionally the pricetags are not labeled in a way that you can easily tell which product it goes with. The selection was okay and self checkout was fast but I wont come back here again if I have the option to go somewhere else.

Watch out for the blonde haired girl at self checkout 10/30/19. She is a real charmer. Probably wont be back as long as she is in the checkout.

Friendly and fast!

The aisles were easy to navigate, and the people in checkout that helped me with my groceries (while I had several children with me) were very kind and helpful. I went at a time when it wasnt very busy, and it was my first time going. I did notice that there are only three checkout lines that arent self checkout, so I expect that it wouldnt have been as painless if it were busy. This is the only reason the are fofour stars.

Great customer service and an even better staff. I was actually given the greeting of the day without requesting it. What I mean by that is the staff and cashier greeted me before I could greet them and that is how it should be rather than them looking mad and frustrated all the time and not welcoming my presence. GREAT STAFF GREAT SERVICES

She got me checked out!
