Updated review:I was finally in touch with the manager and owner of this ups store. After everything was sorted out. Said and Done they were kind enough to refund me my shipping cost after all this time due to unforeseen circumstances. Way to turn it around. They did turn it around and I believe you will find this store suitable for your shipping needs.Original review:Worst place to ever. I sent a next day letter and it didn’t go out at the end of day. So it was delayed 2 days when I asked about my refund which I was guaranteed the manager said she was looking into it and I’d get it back. Fast forward a year later the manager says she still working on it but hides in the back when I come into the store and won’t return my call when they say they get back to me. This place is super unprofessional and probably the most inept establishment for shipping. Take your shipping needs to the next UPS store, you’ll be glad you did!

The front of the store advertises they partner with the Postal Service. When you get in, they said they don’t participate in that program. Odd

Great place to get your mail. Safe and secure and air conditioned. Very nice people deliver great service. Ive been a customer for 19 years! They also are a lot cheaper than the UPS stores near my home, so I use this one for both my personal and business mail.

Won’t take the package because of the label and went to another ups store took it without any problem. Very Unorganized! Never recommend.

One of the young I’m not sure if he’s Latino but he was definitely high by the redness of his eyes but my three-year-old son was playing with the toys in the toy section and he told my son ”stop playing with the toys like that” he did not say please stop or anything like that maybe because he was too high to understand that you should use manners when talking to people. But besides that he was not really helpful and didn’t understand the request of anyone in the store... I won’t be returning here

One of the staff members is very rude and it’s sad that he ruins the good reputation for everyone else who works hard at this store. I’ve had issues with his customer service more than once.

I printed out programs for my high school drama final here. The pricing and quality were excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. James in particular was a pleasure to work with. Strongly recommended for all printing needs.

Had a good experience when dropping off a package at this location. i have gone to others and this one has been the most pleasant one.

Worst, worst experience ever. Literally waited 20 minutes just to drop off amazon pre-label packages. Two slooow enployees. And, the owner didnt even bother to help me. He just left.

The sign said they ship grandfather clocks so my brother packed it up and UPS shipped it across the country for us and it arrived in excellent shape!
