Needed a replacement brake light, walked in and was immediately greeted, gave car info found part, paid and out. Overall great experience. Parking lot and store clean.

Placed an order online for stuff for an oil change, and because I was waiting to get Covid testing, I called ahead and asked if they would recycle my oil contactlessly. Talk to Robert and got it all arranged. Was able to pick up my order and drop off my oil without any hassle. Excellent service, would highly recommend!

Went in to pick up my on line order. Was notified within 20 minutes that my order was ready for pick up. Very fast service. The young lady on entering welcomed me. She asked me how may I help you, I told her I had a pick up order. She said ok whats the name on the order? I told her she left came back with my order, 1,2,3 Im done and on my way out the door. Great customer service!

Woke up this morning and to my surprise my car battery had died!! Charged the battery and did and amperage draw test an to my dismay it wasnt holding a charge, called numerous parts stores and advance was the place, they had the most reasonable price, with the HIGHEST CCAS.

No pressure shopping and helpful if you need it. Order online easy pickup at the door. Decent seletion of auto needs.

This specific building is my #1 place to get auto parts. Not only is it convenient to go to. Had my car die there one time and got it fixed up and ready to go pretty quickly. The staff is always nice, attentive, and know what theyre talking about. Theyre very forward with whats happening and not there to make you buy the most expensive product but best product for me specifically with my vehicle and price range.

Maybe Ive been lucky, but going above and beyond just seems to be the norm at Advance. This location is no different. I dont know how they manage to always find such good people.

Helpful counter people with real life experience to share. Masked and shielded at the counter. Take used oil for free. Easy exchange the next day when I realized I bought the wrong oil for my car.

Staff is always helpful and quick. I love the order online and pick up in store options as well. Also while in store they offer a millitary discount and have a rewards program.

Super friendly staff. I needed a back wiper on my car (of course) I didnt know what type I needed or how to put it on. So one of the lovely friendly staff members showed me how and told me how to do it so next time I can try

My battery died so we brought it up to be tested. The battery was too low on voltage to test and the employee offered to charge it for a few hours and test it later. We returned later and he tested the battery. It was still reading a bit low, but instead of trying to sell us a battery we might not need, he recommended talking to the dealership since the car was under 2 years old. He was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to help us. We really appreciate the great customer service!

They do have a pretty good selection of parts and auto needs in store. If they do not have the part you need, they will order one. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. I do find the motor oil priced higher than a box store you can get it at.

Amazing Customer Service is inadequate for them! I am in FL, my daughter was on the way to them, and her car broke down on the way. I felt helpless! He knew where she was by hearing my conversation with her, and went to make sure that she was safe. Ran diagnostics and offered suggestions. Thank You DAN! You are wonderful!

I had a dead battery and the people here were super helpful. They even called around to other stores for me to see if they could get me a better deal since my battery was pretty expensive. Overall it was great customer service and I would recommend visiting them if you ever have the need.

I needed a new battery, and they do provide free battery installation. However, this does not properly cover my experience. The installation WAS free, but Steve went way beyond the minimum requirement. He personalized his service to my needs, and worked hard to be sure his installation was complete, correct, and reliably executed. I cannot say enough about his friendly nature, his attention to detail and concern for my vehicle.

Billy helped me find the tools for the job. He was smart but new on the job. The store was clean and stocked. Thanks for the great service.

This is my favorite auto parts store and Rick goldschmitt is the best employee there he knows exactly anything about everything and their prices are really great and they even help put your stuff on your car if your disabled like I am

The staff is generally nice and usually helpful. If theres more than two customers being helped when you want to check out though you will probably need to be patient. But that seems to be the standard at any auto parts store for some reason.

My check engine light turned on, and Advanced Auto Parts ran the diagnostics for free. It wasnt anything serious, but they were able to clear the check engine light and gave me some recommendations. Didnt cost a thing.Ive come to expect this from this store. Ive been in there several times, and they are always helpful, responsive, and respectful. I would highly recommend them.

The recommendation for spark plugs costs five times the price for a sufficient. They supplied me with an engine filter. I found cheaper floor mats at Walmart.

Advance Auto parts is an amazing place to get your auto needs their employees are very helpful and has knowledge of their products you get very good service and if you place a order it will arrive on time if there is some kind of delay the will notify you so I think its an amazing place to get your auto needs

Came in early to get a new battery. Only one employee opening the store and he was able to install the battery quickly in the snow.

After remodeling and taking all the good employees from my local Advance, I drive past 2 other Advance Auto Parts to get to this one because it still have knowledgeable, friendly employees.

The people are nice but the item I went in for was out of stock and they really really really needed more people working behind the counter.

If there was a zero star rating- team member Ken K would deserve it.Bought a rebuilt alternator online and after trial and error discovered that it wasnt my new battery causing my car to die, it was the defective alternator.Ken K kept prying me to take it back to the Page location because he wanted to meet the stores quota for the quarterI had to push him to give me a refund even though he kept insisting the stores quota was more important than my customer needs. He said he would be losing money by giving me a refund even though I had lost more win having my car out of commission for my delivery job and by taking my car to a professional auto shop to get a brand new alternator.Worst customer service ive ever experienced in my life. He was apathetic for the inconvience this product gave me for 2 weeks and just had to remind me as I was leaving that next time just return it to the store you picked it up from, cause ya know, its a quota thing. im losing money here
