Stopped to use the restroom before and after a concert. The store was pretty messy, especially the section near the alcohol & Subway - boxes everywhere. The womens bathroom was running out of soap in both dispensers (one was actually missing a pump) but the bathroom itself smelled fine. The syrups in the fountain drinks werent really working. There was lots of garbage all near the drink lid area & hot dog section. The lady who was working the register (only one was open but it was 10pm) was friendly.

I come to this location a lot because I am a Lyft driver and for the last couple of weeks it has been a mess. The trash has been over flowing, the bathroom has been a mess and none of the in house treats were available. However, there is an employee that I noticed a while ago taking trash out and giving attention to the restrooms. Im not sure what her name is but shes African-American, wears glasses and has natural hair. Shes definitely as asset to your company. Isseems shes

Rude staff. Worth driving out of the way to avoid this place. Go to QuickTrip where you’ll get better costumer service and where you won’t be a “bother” to the on the run staff since they seem not to wanna do what they’re getting paid to do.

Cashier robbed my friend out of $11.56 basically . . . Refused to give him manager number, also refused receipt.

Honestly one of the best places to go if you need anything. Ive been coming here for a year straight as my main goto gas station, the manager and cashiers are friendly and helpful, and always love seeing a friendly face. Better than QT in my opinion

I was berated by the employees at this location. Called the corporate headquarters . After awful service and mean cashiers I walked out, after I left the manager told everyone that my wife is definitely cheating on me. I will be contacting the BBB today.

Was staying in the area and went to this place 2 mornings in a row around 10:00 am. They have an extensive coffee selection and were out of coffee both days. The attendants were not concerned and unfriendly when they were informed.Update June 2019. I like to stop here for coffee and snacks when leaving the nearby casino. 3 out of the last 4 times they have been out of coffee even though they have a row of coffeemakers. The employees have a different excuse everytime and obviously seem bothered by the whole thing. There is a serious management problem at this location.

Never go here! My wife got a fountain soda and there was a hole in the cup and it leaked on the floor and counter. While she was trying to clean it up 3 employees proceeded to yell about who made the mess and make a scene in front of everyone then they over charged us on our order after trying to tell them that they over charged us they told us we needed to leave. I will be contacting management this is ridiculous!

My mom fell and the tenant Latonya fordren took care of her kept k. Touch with me and even called me to check on her the next day she was amazing thanks so much

She proceeded to ask the other worker, whats wrong witchyou, how come you aint working? i get its a thankless job, but it pays more than minimum wage, so at least fake a smile or something. Bought some goodies here she a black female told the amount put down on counter as I was counting the change..She very rudely said why is that money clear over there..so so rude..just now happened May 1 10:40am...bought gas also..wont ne back 😒

Buyer beware...They have a sign posted stating $2.25/gal if you get a carwash, but they fail to explain that you have to get their most expensive carwash ($16?) in order for the discount to work. I chose the $8 wash (the second cheapest) because I simply wanted to clean the salt off my car and I wasnt going to pay that much for a carwash when it only cost me $20 to fill my tank. Its false advertisement if you ask me.As for the carwash, I was not impressed by the lack of what seemed to be soap, but did get some pink and purple foam during the shine phase. I still had some dirt that I had to wipe off with a towel. After inspecting it in the morning, it wasnt a bad wash, but for feeling deceived by the signage, I wont partake again.

Paid for a car wash. Car wash didn’t work. Went in for a refund, they couldn’t give it cause I didn’t have a receipt. Poor customer service. Never coming here again.

Womens bathroom is awful! I couldnt even wash my hands as there wasnt any soap. Only one stall, of the 4, was half way decent enough to use... the others had zero paper, or soiled.

Signs state 2.28 for gas however in very small writing it states you must buy their carwash to get that price. Very deceiving.

Sold me a defective gas can and said I couldn’t return it because it has gas in it. Putting gas in it was the purpose of buying the gas can, and the spout is defective so the gas won’t come out. Terrible customer service.

Always out of coffee, always a long line, never friendly attendants. I think Ill start driving the extra 5 minutes to go to QuikTrip across the bridge.

If youre coming here expecting customer service, get in your car and drive somewhere else. Any where besides here.
