Stopped to look at a Honda that has 145,000 miles on it for $15,000 and the rep inside the office won’t give us a Kelley blue book he says he can’t disclose that and then is not willing to work with us on purchasing the car. Kept asking questions and he couldn’t give us a straight answer. Gut check says don’t shop here

DO NOT RISK BUYING HERE! We bought a 2006 F150 and not even a week off the lot it was having MAJOR problems; rough shaking and noise at idle, acting like the engine was about to die. We took it back to them, they said it was the fuel filter- and kept it almost a week. Got it back, and were pleased they gave us a small warranty to “back” their work. Well of course, the problem started again as soon as the warranty was up. We took it to Havoline for an oil change, got brand new tires on...and the problem kept getting worse and worse. Got it to a good mechanic and he told us ( and showed us) the thing was “Cheaply and BARELY patched together”. Said he sees it a lot in cars from small, used lots. After a second opinion, just to be sure, come to find out the thing needs a whole new engine because it was allowed to be driven so long with the problems it had. This “dealer” sold us a piece of junk that is now costing us almost what we paid to be fixed. I’m sure some customers might be lucky enough to find a somewhat decent car here, but these guys have their ‘on site’ mechanic rig junkers just enough to get them off the lot. And that is not okay.

The guy on the phone who I talked to was super unprofessional. He just sounded like he hated his job. I called because I seen on there web site I can make payments on the vehicle I wanted and he was telling me no the whole time. So that’s fine I went somewhere else who doesn’t false advertise.

I purchased my car 4 months ago from Carzone and today i happen to be looking up the phone number and saw some of the reviews for Carzone and this prompted be to also leave a review ! Some of these reviews are simply unbelievable to me since i had such a great experience with this place. They should be a 6 Start, since Ive had and know Family member that have bought used cars from other dealers and had problem with their car the very next day. I was refer by a co-worker who happened to buy a car from them. She told me to go there. This place got me a good deal and there was no problem with my registration and title. Got everything right away and the car still runs like a champ. Thank you and sorry for not leaving this review sooner. You guys are great.

Bought vehicle about 3 weeks ago. Check engine light came on two days ago, waiting to find out how bad it is from somewhere else. Had to put four brand new tires on it within a week of owning it. Just got registration in the mail yesterday only for it to be back dated to March, so I got jipped six months of registration even though I paid for a year. Wish I had read other reviews first. I understand that they are a used car dealership but I shouldn’t be having issues if their mechanic has given it the ‘all clear’. I drive it primarily with my kids in tow and I shouldn’t be worrying about it breaking down already :-(*Update* Catalytic converter needed replacing, engine needed additional work, trunk button and wiring needed full replacement, And the only blessing out of this is that I found a car with low enough miles that some things were still under manufacturer warranty.

I am one of the most picky people when it comes to cars. After going to 2 other used dealers in Yuba City,and could not see a decent car at the price I was looking for, (I will not mention their name though) I came to carzone in Marysville. Friend of mine told me about this place, so I have to come and check it out. The quality of their cars and prices were unbelievable. Bought my First car from here, and I love it.

These people are liars and sell you cars that lemons. I bought a car there and my check engine light came on a week later took to the dealership and they just reset and my light can back on the next day. A couple weeks later my tranmsisson blew. Now i just payed for a piece a metal to sit on my drove way. Dokt go here.

Got a car from here and found out a month later the water pump and fan crank are no good so spent $400 to get things fixed then the mechanic told me there’s a blown head gasket so now I have no car will never go here again
