I have never bought a car by text before! In fact, bought 2!!! No hassle, not a lot of going back and forth, just here is what we can do (Honda), here is what I would like (me). Asked and answered questions along the way.Then when going in to actually process the deal, the paperwork was ready. Our sales person kept us moving by getting the accessories we wanted from Parts, then on to finance. Our transaction was a bit tricky and Finance at Marysville Honda did a great job! Drove 125 miles to check out a used car I spotted online. Was not disappointed. Very customer friendly service with no pressure. I spotted a couple of minor problems with the vehicle that they voluntarily took on to repair at their expense. All around great service. Highly recommend.
I worked with Mark Radabaugh ahead of time to find exactly the Ridgeline I wanted, was offered an excellent deal, and when the time for delivery finally came, everything was exactly as wed discussed over the phone! Mark was honest, responsive, and got me through the paperwork and into my new truck quickly, couldnt have asked for a better new car purchase experience. There was absolutely none of the bait and switch and aggressive upsells that one hears horror stories about at dealerships.

All I can say is, buyer beware. I had a great experience buying my used car in September 2021. They even replaced the back tailgate panel that was rusting out and then replaced the rear windshield when the body shop doing the work discovered a crack in it.But I let the good reputation of the dealership lull me into thinking that I didnt need to have the car checked out before I bought it, and less than 90 days after purchase Im having to spend a couple thousand dollars replacing the front brakes including hoses, calipers, rotors, and pads, as well as similar work on the rear brakes. Brakes dont wear out in less than 90 days, and while I had zero issues with the brakes on my test drive, the dealership *had* to know that serious brake work would soon be needed and they did not alert me to that. Because the car was sold as is, I have no recourse but to eat the cost of the repairs. Oh, and the new rear windshield has a new defroster that doesnt work.Would I come back? Yes. But next time I would absolutely have a mechanic check out the car before I bought from them. Its a good dealership, but dont let their reputation fool you...theyre just as capable of deception as any other used car dealer.
Very good experience at Honda of Marysville. This is the second car we have bought from them. I am very content with their professionalism, knowledge of their cars, and willingness to work with financing. Our salesman was Ricky and is very good at his job. I will more than likely buy my next vehicle from Honda of Marysville.

Working with everyone here was an absolute dream! My vehicle died very suddenly, and I was in need of a replacement ASAP. After a stressful experience at another dealership, I ended up here after recommendation from a coworker.I worked with Chris, Greg, and Wes. All three were wonderful! Excellent salesman and friendly atmosphere. I was informed their “mechanics” look over their used vehicles before they are put on the lot for sale. I purchased a used vehicle from them that is going directly back into the shop less than 10 days after purchasing for pads, rotors, leaking brake booster, an alignment, and internal noise behind steering wheel column. The vehicle couldn’t be safely driven home on the highway due to how bad it shakes and the minimal stopping power from the bad rotors and pads. I would never purchase a used vehicle from them again, this turned out to be the worst used vehicle in terms of how much work is needed just to make it dependable for day to day driving.

Even when the car I fell in love with sold before I could come back for it, she did everything she could to make sure I had that same car within the next couple of weeks. Very on top of making their customers happy, would 10/10 recommend them and get Lia if you can!
When we came to Honda Marysville everyone that greeted us was very nice and helpful. We purchased a vehicle from the used car lot. Chris was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the whole buying process. When we found the vehicle that we liked, we took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. After we finished test driving it we let Chris know that we wanted it. We thought we were getting a really good deal on the vehicle. Ya it was a little scratched on the exterior and the interior definitely looked like a used vehicle but we didnt care a whole lot about that. So we went ahead and got the paperwork started to purchase it. Once finished with that we were sent to the finance department were we finalized everything. Once finished we were handed the keys and off we went. So, two weeks later I was hearing a funny noise under the hood. So I took it to my local mechanic. Well $3800 later everything was fixed. So, apparently when the vehicle was originally brought into Honda of Marysville and traded in. The mechanics that checked it, missed a whole lot of things that needed replaced such as, battery, alternator, ALL hoses, serpentine belt, etc... If I could give this place negative 5 stars then I would! Ill never step foot in this place ever again!!!! So before buying a used vehicle from this place youre better off going someplace else because apparently they dont check the vehicles that are being traded in!!

The buying process was super easy, coming from a different state to buy the vehicle they were informative with how everything was going and more James was great! Wish i could’ve met him… the problems began when i got there to sign the paperwork. I signed them and then when i got into the vehicle the Left headlight was out. Walked and i stated that i refuse to drive 3 1/2 hours back to my city with ONE headlight. They told me “there is an autozone down the street if you wanna go buy one” like YOU should’ve made sure the vehicle was good when i got there! Then they gave me the WRONG vehicle registration. I called 2 days in a ROW to talk to “Michele” she never returned my phone calls. I called and left a voicemail to her and the GENERAL MANAGER nobody returned my phone call. & on top of the vehicle it needs an alignment! I got into the vehicle and the steering wheel wasn’t straight and it still isn’t. I’m highly disappointed with the customer service of my purchase and i hope to hear from someone soon so we can HOPEFULLY make things right. I will update my review if someone reaches out..

Murphy Williams was the sales person who happened to answer the phone when I called to set up a test drive. As it turned out he was the one with whom I spent time with “working through the numbers@ of a possible trade. He is extremely courteous and very articulate. Together we worked out an agreement that led me to trade in a vehicle that I had purchased only two weeks prior so I could take advantage of a new car purchase with zero percent financing. I would recommend the dealership although I do not think that publicizing a car price as one price and then adding a non-negotiable dealer applied option (in this case a exterior/interior protection product) for another $950 is really transparent. Though that kind of practice is common I define it as “semi-dishonest” despite that the dealer may say in small letters of their ad that the “sales price does not include ——-.”

Superior Service DepartmentMy daughters Honda Van recently had a rattle in the suspension. We were in Toledo at the time. Concerned, I took it to a local Honda Dealer for her. They kindly took a look at the van. The needed repair was quoted at $386+ tax. Something about that quote just didnt feel right, so I had my daughter take it to Honda Marysville in spite of the concern about her driving it that far. The same repair at Marysville was $222 tax inclusive. Lesson learned, not all Honda Service departments are created equal. Every experience from purchasing a new van, warranty repair on an old van, and now non-warranty repair on the old van has shown Honda Marysville to be a cut above!

First showed interest in a Honda Fit 2 days prior (9/9). Unfortunately, the vehicle could not be located until another sales person overheard our conversation and let us know that the vehicle was sold 2 days before. On 9/11 I saw the second Honda Fit on the website and texted to confirm its availability. The car was ready upon our arrival approximately an hour after sending the original request. We test drove that vehicle as well as a second vehicle I test drove on my previous visit. We chose the Honda Fit and was out the door with completed paperwork in less than 30 minutes. We wanted a second key in which the salesmen said he would contact the service and text us with a response while we were running an errand. We never received a text, so after our errand we went to service ourselves, purchased the new key and waited 2 hours to have it programmed. I am thinking that should have been completed while we were out and about. Other than the 2 hour wait the process of test driving, choosing and signing documents was smooth with no high pressure sales.
This is the third vehicle I’ve bought at Honda Marysville, two of those with Adam Hatton as my sales rep, and I could not be happier. He makes the car buying experience a pleasure. He knows his product well and takes time to help you find the right fit for you. He also makes sure you understand all of the features available to you on your new vehicle before you leave the lot, and takes the time to make sure you know how to use them. It was such a great experience. We went in just to browse and see what they could offer us and we ended up taking home, not only one but two cars. Service was exceptional. Absolutely the worst place I have ever dealt with, I would not recommend going here. I had bought a used Ford from them. I instantly had problems with the car and tried to contact them multiple times and set up a time to get it checked out. Nothing as soon as Id call they would hear my voice and hang up on me every time, then finally I get them to set up a time to look at it and I get there and then they have no record of me having a appointment. I live a hour and a half away so I was very disappointed in this whole process. Finally I get a straight answer from a service tech. theyve never even sorted the issue I still cannot drive the car that I have just recently purchased. I would not buy a single thing from them. I would also recommend any other dealership in ohio.
Recently took my vehicle in due to noises around the transmission. Turns out that my transmission was on its way out. Service advisor Brian helped me get the transmission replaced under warranty and kept me up to date on everything. My vehicle was down 17 days due to delays and warranty conversations, however, I am pleased with the work they did. My only criticisms on the situation were that I didnt get a loaner vehicle for the downtime, and my vehicles exterior was filthy when I picked it up. I dont fault service for any of that, I know they were busy. Anyhow, if you have any issues, go see Brian, he will be honest and take care of you. I really feel he under promised and over delivered on the situation overall.

Enjoyed the car leasing experience overall. Pretty pleased there was a car I wanted in stock since no one has cars right now. The online application process did not explicitly state that the price quoted excluded taxes, it said something like taxes differ by geography not that they were not included at all in the quote so that was a bit of a surprise when we arrived. However we got things worked out which we appreciated a lot. They were super busy which is great for them, but lots of waiting for the buyer which is how car buying always is.
