Just bought a phone a month ago and it was ran over so had to buy another phone. Had this 1 financed and had to pay off the last phone which was no big deal. The last time I came in I had a wonderful experience this last time I came in to buy another phone it was the worst customer service Ive ever had with a cell phone service. The guy behind the counter gave me every excuse not to help me. He basically gave me my phone with a goodbye. He wouldnt even help me set it up, turn it on, sync my Gmail or anything. I wont be back to your location to spend my $
Was lucky and visited when slow. Got a very friendly and competent salesperson Erik. Fixed my issue in less than 5 minutes. So thankful!Always my go to store for my cell phone buying and problem solving.

Horrible customer service. Manager was aggressive kept us there for hours trying to get through to someone and in the end still didnt have the answers and walked out empty handed, actually we completely changed phone plan providers because of this. Would recommend just going to a Best Buy thats what we did and it was way better and faster.

Worst customer service!!! Yesterday at 5:30 hope it helps narrow down employee. My husband went in to possibly get a new phone or screen replaced. Employee just told my husband we don’t do insurance claims . Dint offer to look at his account for any information on the phone. She just gave him phone number to call. She was rude and absolutely not helpful. This is the second time something similar has happened in the same location.
I was having some difficulties with some voice activated services, Eric was so expertise at this,tried online service but they 3 times couldnt help. Go to Eric he is amazing & so kind.
Came over to t-mobile from Verizon and Abby and Shanya was fantastic best customer care service that I have ever experience with Mobile expert. Was very impressed with the way the explained billing and how it came out to be the right price . Addressed all of our concerns and had patience with us to see everything through making sure that we sent our old phones back and any questions that came across they answered it with a direct answer.T-Mobile always has my back when I have any questions I can always give them a call Best experience.

I have been using T-mobile for more than 6 years, the service staff is very good, my whole family uses 4 phone numbers, and also buys insurance phone numbers. But the insurance service is not responsible if your phone is damaged. Insurance wont pay for your new phone. I think I will switch to another company to get better benefits for you. to another service for better sake, but for friendly staff. I dont leave
Erik was super helpful. I went in near closing on one of those really hot days when you know everyone is trying to go home! Erik helped me pick out the perfect headphones for my dads birthday gift. The purchase was easy and my dad is thrilled with his Beats, he thinks he’s a cool kid now. Big thanks to Erik for his help and professionalism at the end of the day.

Plans are pretty good but very disappointed in what they are willing to offer existing long time customers in the way of providing at a reasonable cost for upgrading to a newer phone.
Kostas helped me out getting my new phone and was thorough, quick, and answered all our questions and even went above and beyond to find me the best deal! I walked out with a. Free I phone 11 pro thanks to him but I had to port over From att and trade in my old iPhone XR. But it worked out I’m a happy camper! 5stars!

Kat and abby were amazing. Despite pulling through 20 minutes before the end of their shift and being swamped with two karen-esque customers prior, abby and Kat were 💯 willing to assist my father and I. Abby and Kat mentioned all the options available to us and we ended up walking away with better plans and new phones for my parents. Customer service and effeciency like this go along ways and had I still been working in washington I would swoop them away to my company. Great attitudes and positive energy are hard to find let alone maintaining the energy despite the circumstances of society. Hold on to them and recognize them otherwise you will lose them.

Lied to me and gave me the wrong plan that doubled my monthly payment instead lowering my payment. Customer service is asking me to go back to this store to fix the issue because they cant work on from other stores. Ridiculous. Waste of time. Horrible Customer Service.
The employee went ahead and activated an account for us without our permission. This place is terrible along with T Mobile as a company. Avoid this place if you do not want a fraudulent account set up in your name.

My husband and I have been T-Mobile customers for many years. The service at marysville store is great. Shayna set us up with a great deal that saved us 40.00 a month on our plan. All the salespeople are super friendly and very knowledgeable. We will continue doing business at this store.

They have been over charging us every single month since weve joined. We signed up for a special deal that was never applied to our account. Every month we check our bill and no discount. Getting the discount applied to our account is a multi day venture. We have tried going in to the store and have also made multiple phone calls. I am on my 7th phone call this month. The district manager wouldnt even come out to speak to us when we went in to have our bill fixed.. This has been a 6 month ordeal that should have never happened. Save your money and go to Verizon.

I Have been a T Mobile Customer for Many years and have always been impressed with the Customer service from Day 1. Yesterday was no exception and I am taking the time to write this review due to the INCREDIBLE, EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service I received from Shanya at the T Mobile store on 116th in Marysville Wa. I had called T MOBILE on the phone where they went over many options on purchasing multiple phones for Christmas presents. Shanya took it up a notch with taking the time to look at various other options and also reviewing my entire plan and saving me not only hundreds on my phone purchases, but also on my monthly bill. During these crazy stressful times Shanyas professionalism and just caring nature was such a breath of fresh air! Her knowledge of t mobiles products, pricing and options is second to none! She greeted everyone in the store as if they were long time friends. If you want the best T mobile experience, stop into the T mobile store on 116th in Marysville Wa and ask for Shanya, or the the Manager Dustin who was smart enough to hire her!!

November purchased two phones, was told I qualified for a free phone, so I accepted it. One month later saw free phone appeared on bill, was told it took a couple pay cycles to have credit show up.One month later still no credit, called customer service and was told again that it takes a while to show up. Called customer service today, 4 months later, was told my plan didnt qualify for the free phone but they would give me a partial credit. I have been a customer since 2002, but I am not as of tomorrow. You hate to use the term bait and switch, but I guess it still exists. It isnt even the money, at some point the principle of the thing is what matters. Their customer service just quotes cliches and pre-written responses with no desire to listen to or help. A horrible experience, I know a $45 billion dollar a year company wont miss my business, and I will not miss doing business with them.
After dealing with terrible service in the smokey point location, we stopped here and thankful we did because melissa and Eric were AMAZING!! their help went above and beyond. Thank you 116th tmobile!!
I stopped by because the SIM card in my brother’s phone was not working and one of the associates, Melissa, was so quick and helpful to replace the card and fix the issue. My four year old and I would give her 10 stars if we could.

It is such a relief to be able to go our Cellphone provider and be treated like a person, not like an annoying nuisance. The workers are always polite and professional. It is by far one of the best cellphone stores Ive been to in a long time.
They are nice people but dont seem to connect with 611 very well or be equipped to solve big issues. Often putting the issue back on customer to call 611 instead of doing it through the counter. Quick to sell another phone. 611 and this store dont seem to communicate well. Classic customer no/eh service.

This store is not a corporation store and they will charge everything for a profit and trick you to pay for more and one they charge you they refuse to refund with hella of reasons. Being tired of paying outrageously high prices for my phone plan I went to check out phone plans at tmobile. All the staff there were very friendly and took their time explaining my options. Especially Dustin. Very happy with my new family phone plan and new phones.

Used to be a lot more of a friendlier place to Shop for a new phone, I bought the new Galaxy Note 7 in the past and believe me I have owned a lot of new phones the service was super, Willing to transfer your photos over etc. This time after spending over 850.00 for a phone all they did was hand me the box and say have a good day. I have been a loyal customer for 14 years. I still like T-Mobile but some employees need to learn customers are the reason they have a job.
They work off commission so if they try and say anything is free don’t believe them.
Dont have a problem with tmobile. Just this location. I went in for a question about a weird thing my phone was doing. Guy who came up to help me didnt know how to fix, thats fine. But he just told be to use a different app I dont want to use. Didnt try asking the 3 coworkers there if they knew. He basically was dismissive of my issue.
Unable to give 0 Stars, sure wish I could. The other review I read on here about the lacking of honesty in the employees and horrible service was great! I felt like he and I shared the same experience. Dustin, has personally lied to me and failed to return calls. He actually made my customer experience that much more worse. I used to love T-Mobile now I hate them, go any other carrier even boost! the positive reviews probably come from friends and family of the employees, because no real consumer would say such things!
I came in to add a business line and Vanessa was amazing! She took the time to explain options, show several phones and even called customer service to help me get the best rate possible. Normally I hate phone shopping but she made it completely enjoyable.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE POSSIBLE! BEWARE!My phone stopped working so i went in to use the warranty they said it had. They said they would ship me a new phone and once it shows up to come back so they can transfer all my info over. THAT WAS 12 DAYS AND COUNTING! I went back in to ask where the hell my phone was and they simply re-placed the order. No loaner phone no apology nothing! I asked them why they wouldnt just give me another phone and was told that I didnt have the monthly charge for jump so they wouldnt. in other words you must pay them for service AND pay them an additional fee so they will stand next to their product. If you dont Pay the WE WONT SCREW YOU FEE then screw you buddy.i have been with t mobile for over 7 years but with this level of so called service, I plan on switching all three of our lines to sprint or Verizon. enough is enough.
MY HUSBAND and I have gone in ALOT to fix our cell phone problems a bogo that were getting charged for both phones when one was Supposedly free.Each time they tell us everythings fixed we wait 24 hours and nothings changed. DO WHAT YOU SAY! I feel they just tell us what we want to hear and do nothing, nothings fixed! There bullS***ers

Worse t-mobile store ever! There are always big waiting lines, most of the employees just dont care about giving a good customer service, they just care about selling something and make their commission they even misinform customer in order to make a sale. I been on this store twice, and never going back again, I was very disappointed.
2 reps are on duty and 1 customer being helped but the other rep doesnt want to help me. 10 min later im heading for Verizon. T mobile has weak coverage, I had no service on the Washington coast, my gf had 4 bars all 3 days
I went in today with call quality issues, guessing I just needed a new sim card. The guy there gave me one but didnt activate it. Now my phone wont work until I can get into anther store. Seems to me their focus is on getting you out of the store as quick as possible.
Went in looking for new phones, worker said I had to turn in a phone that I paid in full for to utilize the jump program that I have been paying for. I am on the phone with customer service now and they say that is not the case. Lady in the store didnt seem to know what she was doing, was distracted by other workers, but she tried to handle an upset customer alright until my back was turned.T-Mobile has been great in the past, but every experience I have had with them in 2018 has left me agitated and wanting to look for a new provider.

Dustin was the manager I worked with and he was vague about the prices and after calling tmobile I learned that he was either lying or just ignorant.The other rep working was literally arguing with another customer about their bill. Im never leaving my current provider to t mobile.
I am so happy with my new phone and T-mobiles service. Kostas at the Marysville location is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. After he assisted me I saw another couple come in and ask for him by name. The other employees are also great but his service is exemplary. Switching to T-Mobile was one of my better decisions.

SALES PEOPLE DUP YOU INTO HUGE BILLi went into to complain about the LG4 needung to be replaced during the warranty. Being told it would be 2 weeks out before they could ship ne a phone. I went into THIS store and they said we have the phone we will even throw in some extra stuff ..... I asked over again no charge??? They said nope your bill will not be extra.... THEY DIDNT TELL ME THEY WERE ONLY TALKING ABOUT MY SERVICE BILL not equipment AND they changed my jump program from a monthly payment to buy to a leasing equipment contract. Bad form T MOBILE on 116th. ONLY caring about A SALE. And NOT the customer. SOOOOOOOOOO UPSETTTTTT!
They offer me 6 gb of lte data for $65.00 with 2 months unlimited data. And $30.00 discount on the first month plus $15.00 discount on the second month.as a reimbursement from switching to The garbage. The staff is really inconsistent with service, either ignore you, theyre ok, or too friendly to the point youre uncomfortable.Check your bill for added services you didnt want or need. Also for the right plan, instead of the one they want to give you.

They have a promo going that says you get a free I pad. Then they charge you for it every month on your bill. Then if you call customer service and tell them about it, they hang up on you.
