The guy we dealt with was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They have an excellent selection of used machines in all levels, laptop to desktop, for everyday use to very fast gamers. Their prices are extremely good. Highly recommend this place!

I have been relying on Computer Clinic to repair my computers and save my data when one of my three computers has been hit by a virus for the past 3 years. Each time I have feel victim to a Trojan Horse virus Computer Clinic always saved my data and restored my computer back to operation. I have also purchased two rebuilt computers from Computer Clinic in the past year. My son purchased a rebuilt laptop from them also. We are both very satisfied with the computers we purchased.

Having computers since 95, every time I have needed repairs, upgrades, assistance as well as newer computers, Computer Clinic, owned by Sam, is the place I have returned to. I have been to 2 others in South Everett but once I discovered Sam and his advice and products, I found him to be reliable and honest in every aspect of the business of computers. I have recommended him to my friends as well, and they were thankful to have found him.

I stopped in to see if they had a Molex connector cable for a SATA drive, and the guy behind the counter found me exactly what I needed. Then I started looking at the computers for sale, and was so impressed with their prices that I ended up buying a better one than the one I had at home. The price was great and the sixty day warranty was icing on the cake. Took it home and plugged it in, and its working beautifully. We will definitely be back!

The touch screen cracked on my Apple laptop. Geek Squad quoted me $500+, to send it away for a week and fix it . Computer Clinic charged me half the amount and fixed it in-house. I picked it up 2 days later. It works great- like new again :) I Defiantly recommend supporting local businesses.

Sam is fantastic. His customer service is top notch. I had to bring in my computer two times to solve the problems I had. Sam fixed them happily. I would recommend him highly for any computer problems you might have.

Very rude! I brought in my used laptop to find out if I could trade it in. It did have an issue with a loose power jack, but when he found out that it wouldnt boot because of a dead battery he immediately started to assume that there were other issues with the laptop (including accusing me of having dropped it and fried the hard drive). Instead of taking the time to talk about repair options, he called the laptop worthless and all but dismissed me from the shop. Completely unfriendly, not to mention belittling.

Its a small but good store, they are very price friendly compared to the bigger computer stores.

The clinic had great service and only took a couple of days to get my computer fixed. Definitely would recommend!

Good prices on quality computer repair.

Friend of mine was quoted $200+ to replace her HDD in her MacBook Pro (mid 2012).She was told the hard drive had issues.Fixed it by replacing the hard drive cable (which she was told was good).Cable costed $12.Im not saying these guys are terrible. But, as a computer repair guy myself, I am seriously disappointed that they would give out the wrong diagnosis, and overcharge for a fix...

Bought a used laptop here. The laptop was almost brand new worked perfectly. Took it in after a couple months because it said the battery wasnt charging. They fixed it and when they gave it back to me the computer ran suuuuper slow. Took it back to have it looked at they charged me 70 DOLLARS to have it looked at and tell me they couldnt find anything wrong with it after it was obviously something they did. Go to johns pc they are more knowledgable and dont charge to look at it and run diagnostics.

They did what they said they would do and the bill was exactly what they said it would be. They earned my trust.

They got the stuff to make your old computer run and you dont have to wait months on end waiting for it to ship when buying online, just pop in and you will get a fair deal.

Brought in a laptop to have a diagnostic service done. A week later we have heard nothing from them! Frustrated and wondering if they ever answer their phone.
