As I went to leave this review, I saw the additional recent reviews that clearly show a pattern of customer service and process issues at this location.My wife went here to get a covid19 vaccine and following instructions given, she proceeds inside. They tell her to go outside in line after verifying reason for visit. After getting through the 5 cars in line, she’s told that vaccines are inside (like the instructions said). So she unloads the kids again, goes inside. This is why people wouldn’t get the vaccine. Running inside and out and back in during a 30 minute wait is discouraging and a mark against Rite Aid if they are continuing to let this type of service go against their reputation.

If I could give a negative number I would!I got to the drive through over five minutes before they close and I was refused service because they were about to close. NOT CLOSED but ABOUT TO CLOSE in five minutes and they sent me to a different Rite Aid. I am not a mean person - the prescription had been called in at least half an hour prior from my doctor. It is one simple pre packaged pill to fight a bladder infection NO EXCUSE for such poor service - I will never be back!!!!!!

If receiving a vaccine from this pharmacy I would highly recommend they present the vaccine vial you will be receiving as to show that you will be receiving the correct vaccine that will be administered to you. I was administered the wrong 2nd dose of the Covid Vaccine, which is considered a medication error that Rite Aid did not take seriously at all! I then had to get 2nd dose of the Covid Vaccine all in the same day. I was mortified and terribly upset and had them document their error which still does not correct/never mind the horrible response my body had to the double exposure the next day. I filed a complaint with corporate the very next day and I have followed up with them twice since and still have yet to have a response from someone other than the person forwarding my complaint/message and saying someone will get back to me. It has been two weeks now! Horrible care and concern for the customers!

The pharmacy is slow and incompetent, asking any questions is pointless as the employees become agitated and rude to the simplest questions. If you like waiting in lines for an extended period of time just to pick up your prescription this place is for you.

I am sick and tired of this pharmacy. They lack customer service ! The staff are inconsistent in their messaging and support and are not focused on patients in anyway. I’m tired of every month having to negotiate getting my medications filled which is done the same time of the month, every month. I should not have to negotiate getting my medications filled, reminding them to fill my medications and using the right insurance abs discount card. I would strongly recommend that no one use this pharmacy. As a healthcare leader I have never seen this level of poor customer patient centric support. Stay away from this pharmacy.

Been getting my prescription there for many years and been satisfied with the customer service. They do a good job keeping on top of prescription refills.The store itself is nice and clean. Staff is friendly. 👍😊

My Wife needed a Blood sample testing, Glucometer. Upon trying the unit the it was a fail. To make matters worse, the store knocked off $8 [no receipt] ... however she probably spends $400-500 annually at Rite Aid. My advice, drive by this pharmacy and shop elsewhere where relationships matter.[Update, I spoke w RiteAid and told I should hear from someone in 48 hours. ]

Claimed I had taken up their entire day yesterday and today by asking them to move my prescription. They hadnt moved it back to the proper place until I was at my other pharmacy 30 minutes away. I then had to wait an hour for them to get it in, only to find out the persciption wasnt there. I called here, they claimed to have never gotten the order from my doctor so I called my doctors office. There was proof that they had sent it in and Rite Aid said they received it. She sent it back to Rite Aid, where I drove all the way back so they had plenty of time. My doctor confirmed they said they have received it, but when I got there after being greeted by one nice employee, the other one that I assume was in charge that day told me that they had already spent too much time on my prescriptions and had taken up days of their time. I wouldnt suggest doing this Rite Aid unless you want your day to go from good to awful.

Went in to look at nail polish. EVERY bottle was OLD and goopy or OLD and VERY separated. I turned one upside down and it didnt move, like cement. Put back all the other things I was going to buy. Why would i spend over $10 on one bottle of nail polish i couldnt even use?

Wish there was more help every time I go in we wait in line as one cashier slowly moves along talking her way and slowing it down more. if they want personal SERVICE LIKE THAT HIRE MORE CASHIERS!

This location had incredible staff, quick service, and was clean and very organized. Really happy to have this as my local rite aid.

Great staff, good place to go when need something fast and dont have time to go to an actual store. Its also great to get photos developed here.

I hate hate this pharmacy. Wait in line for over a half hour all the time. People at the window shouldnt be there. Sign on window says they ask for month and day,, but employees want the year to. When you dont give it they get mad.. I could go on but u get the idea.

They dont refill my prescriptions on time, and Ive had issues with life saving prescriptions being delayed weeks. Its close to my house, but Id rather go out of my way to avoid it.

Its a smaller Rite Aid than most, but the workers are the most helpful with any problems and 99 percent they make you 100 percent satisfied... I have been coming here for over 10 years, if that means anything...

Worst pharmacy ever. Is regretfully closest to me so have filled here many times over the last several years each time a pain. Give yourself an hour if you need a scrip. They Magically loose insurance info almost every time. Loose previous prescription info claim something they filled was never filled even if you have the bottle in your hand showing they did. Dont like contacting drs for refills. Dont call when scrip is ready even if they say they will. And if something is wrong with insurance they just dont fill it. Wont even make a two minute call to the customer to double check. So when you show up they tell you they didnt do it and you have to wait there for them to figure out what they fd up and then fill the scrip. They even told me well i could fix it but its almost closing (20 minutes til when i dropped off 1 hour til).

Had what I wanted but had to wait 10 mins to pay.

This rite aid pharmary tryed to steal half my prescription and also tryed to charged my double the cost and lied to my face about untell we called the cop. Never trust this rite aid again

This pharmacy is just exactly as all the other one star reviewers have stated. Not out of the normality for this chain. But this particular store goes out of its way to be indifferent and incompetent towards its customers. As with all rong aids expect long waits upon checkout. One star is two much!

Hire more cashiers or train the ones you have to ask for help!

This Rite Aid is the slowest most unhelpful pharmacy I have ever delt with! Due to being close to home have been dealing with them for 2 years... No more! If I was you I would run not walk to any other pharmacy unless you want the run around and deal with lazy unhelpful service.
