I’ve never liked this gas station, but I will stop on occasion if it’s along my route. It needs updated badly and it never looks clean. It’s never been fully stocked the times I’ve been there. My main issue with this establishment is the type of people that they hire. Most of the time they are rude, lazy and unhelpful. I say lazy because more than likely if you drive by there you’ll see all of the employees standing outside smoking cigarettes. The woman today at least said “good morning” which is the only reason I didn’t give this gas station the lowest rating. Other then what I’ve mentioned previously this gas station could be amazing with the right management and employees. It’s conveniently located downtown and many routes through town will take you by this gas station. There’s hope for this business yet!

Walked in to get a pack of cigs. And the guy in there was so rude. He said no... every time I told him what I wanted.. I said what about that pack rite behind u. He then threw them on the counter for me.

Been playing 5 plays on Mega Millions with multiplier & 5 plays on Power Ball with power ball... One cashier attempted to charge me $100 for that, which is $30 of plays... Next time in, order same thing from a different cashier, got home and realized she gave me two tickets for Power Ball and none for Mega Millions... Then made 4 attempts to call the store and speak to a manager, and never once has anyone answered the phone

Devin was very unprofessional and it was clear he had not been trained very well. He seemed confused and unwilling to help. But hey its a gas station, gotta take what you can get, right?

Receipt printers are always empty. Always something wrong with Keypads, card readers etc, so you have to go inside to pay. Older guy that wears the hat, even when inside, is rude.

I come here all the time the employee he is very nice and deserves a raise idk what the other reviews are but this is an honest review.

Go to UDF instead you will thank me for it

I am a regular at this gas station, stop in daily on my way to work. Often times there is no fresh coffee made and the line is always long. I have suggested a number of times to have over lapping schedule for first and third shifts because all the morning traffic. Sharon is great but she gets bombarded between 530-730 am. The register/computer system/reward system is slow making things worse. Today I go in and of course no coffee, atleast the kind I drink so again stuck with drinking another blend. The cashier, who had sold me cigarettes many other times sold cigarettes to two women in front of me who clearly looked younger than me (Im 46yrs old) yet carded me then lied when I said did you card those other two ladies by replying yes when I know he did not. I get that its at the cashiers discretion but be consistent, I know I dont look that young and those women didnt look that old. This topped the cake. No more of my money will be spent at any corporate owned marathon. I found out Hicksville marathon is not corporate owned, better customer service and gas is cheaper. They will get my money daily from here on out rather than marysville.

Worst gas station in Marysville, never any receipts in the pumps, have complained and have seen no change or even a care by Staff in months!!!!

Cashier laughed at me when I asked for my money back because the diesel pump was not working correctly. Never have regular coffee if they even have cups and lids. Deli and donuts are never available. All around horrible service.

Decent gas station and average prices

Me and my brother have gone to this gas station many times only to be let down. Service is horrible, but the worst is that there are skimmers on every machine there. Twice now, this specific gas station is why our credit card information has been stolen and sold to people. All the employees need to be arrested.
