Im sure Ill be back with more names but for now I must say this store never fails to enlighten your shipping experience. Here it is Halloween and despite busy conditions I saw children getting treated like neighbors with treats for their Halloween spirit and Kathryn took the time to help me find the perfect gift personally..... Thanks to the team members of foodmaxx for always keeping this place shining even before the makeover 👍💯

Staff is rude. Some meats are expired. Never buy crab from here I puked for a whole day.

There renovated it. Made it so much nicer and easier to shop in but prices are really high. Not sure if I can afford to shop there too many times but it is nice, clean and organized.

This store has the best produce in the area, it is excellent. And the prices are great too. Theres nothing about this store that I dont like. It even has bathrooms, and they are clean.

Was Dissapointed with this store. They used to have great produce, but now... Poor selections and they look like seconds. Cheaper to go across the street to Wal-Mart.And not handicap friendly. They only have 1 motorized cart so I didnt do all my shopping.

Better then Walmart clean, didnt have to wait in line to check out

I like food maxx.they are located in my area.BUT,I am getting awfully tired of being over charged for items that are on sales yesterday I bought 24 noodles on sale four 4 a dollar.i should have paid 6 dollars.BUT,they charged me $6.48.the price by the case which is 24 regular price. When I got home I as always went though my receipt and caught it.But,I am not going to spend 3 dollars worth of gas to get refunded.48 cents...plus time and arguing value.thanks

They have the absolute rudest cashiers! I can’t believe how they talk to customer’s with such disrespect and disregard of common manners. I will never shop there ever again absolute toxic environment in that establishment

As far as staff friendliness, one cannot beat FoodMaxx. They also sport a great produce section where one can even find exotic fruit like the King Jack Fruit for a more than reasonable price. Sure the buildings housing FoodMaxx arent always in the best location and often a bit rundown but its a small price to pay for the stores other qualities.

I want to give a big shout out to the ladies, and gentlemen, of my local store. I came late last night, after work, and needed cash back as a gift. The manager, who happened to be my cashier took the time to search for nicer bills. I appreciate that.

First time at a Food Maxx. We went in with a specific list of items for a baby shower. Although we didnt find exactly what we were looking for we found close enough. Its a good sized store with good prices and helpful employees.

Wife liked it. Says better than Walmart or Sams for meat.

Almost the only place I do my grocery shopping. Love the people here. Helpful and friendly. Great prices always a good deal on meats.

You can never find someone to help.After walking to the front of the store and asking for help/assistance the woman (who was just standing there looking at her phone) replied she will send someone back to the department where I needed help... that didnt happen!Every time Im going to buy some cake (they was out of my cream cheese flavor that day) it has now become over cooked and burned other than the light color it used to be. The guy working the back told me he noticed it too and seen the dark over cooked cakes for the past two months now... he has no idea whats happening because they come pre-cooked and packaged.(See images)

Groceries were amazingly cheap, or at least cheaper than most places. So we stopped going to the other ones. With regards to the staff, i have no complaints at all.

The store was great. They should most definitely fire their cashier in Marysville named Crystal. She is very flirtatious to the point where my family no longer shops there. Which is very inconvenient that we have to drive across town to Save Mart to do our shopping. This has caused many problems in my marriage. Theres a time and a place to behave promiscuous and I dont believe it should be at your work place with married men. Especially a family store like food max. Maybe she should consider working in a bar or strip club. This isnt only my opinion. Ive heard this complaint from others as well. This is the reason for rating this particular store.

They ALWAYS have long lines that take 20+ min to get through. It’s a joke honestly I keep trying to give them a chance but nope always long lines that never move. Just keep the damn self check out open

I enjoyed the layout of store. The only negative is the carts all in the parking lot and you do not discover it until you get to the building.

Its ok in a pinch. I dont really like the produce or meat. They have a decent selection of products, but not all the brands that I like. Ill continue to shop there, but get meat and produce elsewhere.

My first time shopping here I usually shop at Walmart. It was clean, organized, easy to shop, great deals! Line went fast and they have self checkout for 20 items or less. I will be back.

Sometimes they have great deals on some items. But all in all way too pricey. Dont shop here regularly because its too expensive for me.

I shop here frequently because it’s right near my house. Good prices. Clean and organized. Employees are friendly and helpful. The only thing is there are some shady people out front at night. I wouldn’t go there alone if I was a woman.

The store is always clean and the prices are comparable if not cheaper then other box stores i.e. winco and Wal-Mart. when it comes to save art, rayleys, Belair, albertsons,vons etc they are substantly cheaper. However that does come at a price when it comes to customer service.

As FoodMaxxs go, this one could have my 5 stars if only their water vending machines were maintained/ a bit better (they do work though) and if they had better produce, although Covid probably has a lot to do with that.They DO have great prices, REALLY GREAT MEAT SALES (If u keep ur eyes a watchin for sales), and if ur ever dissatisfied or were charged wrong the management is VERY HAPPY AND QUICK to fix the problem and do what they can to keep u as a customer.

Not too good today,the most of the people dont wear masks, and I see a gentleman coughing really bad with out mask and he cover his mouth with his hands this was nasty and disgusting, I was very sad about to see the people act like that!!

I am disabled. There were no carts. I asked the customer service at the front of the store. She pointed to the parking lot. There all out there ( parking lot) you will have to go get one. We have no ne to push them up.

An excellent store. I was amazed at the variety of items that didn’t appear in my one stop Walmart. But, at the same time there were a lot of things that I buy and got used to and em weren’t on the shelf here. All in all a good shopping experience with ample space for a wheelchair, and they have shoppers electric scooters which is a big plus for me. Nice store.

Store is great. Outside and area is not the best or kept up nicely.

Well, its cool inside, looks clean, although, entering store a sign stated a free $5.00 gift card which can carry up to 300. No one knew anything about it, comparing today s shopping to shopping 40 years ago, past, is 5 star, today, no other choice
